I ve done over 300 escape rooms and have recently tried this newer franchise! I ve done two rooms so far and do love that the rooms are equally diverse in theme and puzzles! I plan on completing all rooms as the rooms have great concepts and tech I haven t seen in my previous experiences which is always a pleasant surprise! But overall the staff have been the best part of these rooms! Percy, Macy, and Brady (apologies if I spelled these wrong) have been extremely welcoming and helpful and truly made this location within a mall such a fun experience. A lot of escape rooms have staff who aren t welcoming or don t know exactly how much help us too much/ not enough, however in my experience they are very well trained and truly support the teams playing without taking away from the room! Thank you guys and I look forward to more bookings with you!

We had an amazing experience at this escape room! From the moment we walked in, everything was fantastic. Ben was absolutely hilarious and really helpful. He has a great sense of when to give clues and how detailed of clues to give. He was super engaging and really set the tone for a fun experience. Brady also deserves a shoutout for making the sign-up process for our next escape room seamless and for having a great conversation with us about escape rooms. Both of these employees really know how to make the experience special. The best customer service we ve gotten from anywhere in a long time. The escape room itself was so well done. The puzzles were fun, challenging, and clearly crafted with care. The overall presentation both inside and outside of the room was impressive, and you can tell the owner put a lot of effort into it. We had such a blast that we signed up for another escape room that same day! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an engaging, challenging and fun escape room experience!

This was an excellent escape room. The difficulty was intense enough to keep us moving the whole time but not too much that we didnt clench victory in the last moments! We ve been twice now- escaped the Salem room with friends and the Billy the Kid room with just hubby and me. Game masters both were helpful when needed, but made sure to ask if we wanted nudges (we did not and they respected that). Both great rooms and as avid escape room goers, we were super impressed by the clues and that everything worked the way it was supposed to! (You d be surprised the number of rooms we ve been in that had to be interrupted because something didn t happen when it should ve. We re looking forward to coming back for the other rooms!

Best escape room Ive ever done! The technology was so advanced and the puzzles were logical. We did the Salem room and it was spooky fun! Its located in the malls first floor, 3 rooms are next to Dillards and the Salem room is next to Barnes and Nobles. Definitely recommend!
