Got the classic Red Robin Gourmet Cheeseburger (They got a Tuesday $10 Cheeseburger deal, definitely worth it) with Garlic Parmesan Fries. Good As usual. Thank you to my server, Trey, for this excellent service and warm hospitality. (Older review) Burgers, good as always. Just wanted to shoutout my server, Brian, for his great service. (Oldest review) - My favorite burger place. Juicy tender burgers, unlimited fries with that delicious seasoning. The service is consistently good each time I come back. If you come here definitely try out their Royal Red Robin Burger, nice sunny side up egg and add caramelized onions, its worth it.

Our family loves the food and always get excited when we go, which is only about every 3 to 6 months. For some reason we always get put at the back of the restaurant. Maybe because we have kids, but they are 14 years old. May just a coincidence. We waited for our server for at least 10 minutes. When she finally came to take our drink orders, we went ahead and placed our food order at the same time. My sons asked to no lettuce on their burgers and I wanted the guacamole on the side and not on my chicken sandwich. After about 10 minutes, the waiter came back without the drinks and wanted to ask my son if he wanted cheese on his chicken sandwich. We waited another 5 to 10 minutes to get our drinks. The food came and the fries were cold, both kids had lettuce on the burgers and guacamole all over my chicken sandwich. We did send the boys food back and the did take took a majority of the lettuce and hid the rest with and extra piece of cheese. My kid found it but I made him eat it anyway. We never could get refills on our drinks. What we assumed was the manager came over and brought us new hot fries, never apologized for anything. I did leave a 15 percent tip because as poor as the service was and the quality of the food, we did have service. As much as we love the food, it will not be an option for as any longer. We paid $100 bucks and left disappointed.

Red Robin is a family favorite when it comes to burgers, despite a few hiccups during our recent visit. Their burgers are undeniably some of the best in town, and the bottomless sides are a nice though we usually tap out after two servings! I think our server was new and still in training. It took a while to get our drinks, and three out of four meals were wrong. One order of fries was cold, and refills were scarce. The manager did check on us, but she didnt acknowledge the service issues. We realized this wasnt an isolated incident; our last couple of visits had similar service problems. But, we all agreed that the food is so good that well keep Red Robin on our burger rotation. Hopefully the service is better next time. Vegetarian options: Impossible burger options Parking: Not a orblem Kid-friendliness: Its a family restaurant with a couple of crane games out front and even balloons for the little ones. Its my favorite burger chain. I just wish there was one near where I lived. Vegetarian options: They have the impossible burger patty that can be put on any of their burgers. Kid-friendliness: Free balloons for kids and a nice kids menu. Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp right next to the door and large doors for easy entrance.

My family and I ate dinner at this location last night. Its a drive for us but red robins is a favorite in our family. This was our best visit by far in recent years largly due to our fantastic waitress Alyssa. She was super sweet, quick to refill our drinks and sides, and helped us pick out what we wanted to order. We were celebrating a birthday and she was super sweet about that too. As far as the food goes all our orders were great. I highly recommend the garlic fries!

This place is an ice box. I wanted to Start a fire to warm up, but I was worried the fire sprinklers would go off and it would end up snowing. Several of the employees had jackets trying to survive their arctic adventure, when I walked in I thought they were mental, but now I know why. My kids never finished their meals because it was freezing and they wanted to leave. My daughters went to the bathroom several trips because they said it warmer in there. Who ever keeps it so cold is an evil person more than both my ex wives. My food went cold from trying to get warm. My kids and I were wiggling to generate body heat I think we made permanent butt impressions. How is it 105 outside and below zero inside. How can they afford to pay their electric bill. This made this my worst Red Robin experience ever, and I grew up with red robin as one of my favorite restaurants. Next time I will bring a space heater with me. I watched several people get jackets and blankets from their car, and its 105 outside this ridiculous and mental, absolutely absurd. I hope the manger quits and works as an ice sculpturer in the great white north where they belong. Idk if I will ever return to this deep freezer.

So, I went here on my birthday with the intention of dining in. Well, my mother wasnt feeling 100% after getting lost trying to get there. Our server (Rich as it shows on my receipt) kept interrupting me every other word. Perhaps if he had the patience to listen attentively, our order would have come out correctly. My son ordered an avocado smashed burger and I ordered an avo Cobb salad with no blue cheese. He took two bites into his burger and asked why there wasn t any avocado in it. The sweet potatoes fries that we got an up charge of $2.00 were cold. They brought out my salad with blue cheese when I specifically stated no blue cheese. We brought it to the server s attention and he didn t apologize once for the mistake. Mistakes happen even to the best of us and I am ok with that. I am NOT okay, though, with the server being so abrupt and dismissive. I literally had to ask him to sub regular fries for sweet potatoe fries on his next venture back because he walked off immediately after my son gave his order with no opportunity to ask for substitution and didn t even wait for me to order my food. When he came back the second time to take my order, he kept rushing me and didn t even ask me what kind of dressing I wanted. I know he was probably busy. I have been there many times and all the waiters appeared busy but I have never had anyone so rude and dismissive before. I would have walked out if my son hadn t been starving. We won t be back.

The service here needs improvement. Ive been to Red Robbins at other locations so I was expecting the same level of service and it wasnt. My first visit the waitress hardly came around and we had to flag her down for refills. We decided to try it again yesterday for dinner and the experience was the same. We are a family of 4 and stuck with ourorder burgers and fries and I asked for a side of macaroni. I was told that I couldnt order macaroni because I ordered fries with my kids meal. I then said oh well they want the fries I just want an additional side of macaroni. The waiter then says it wont be bottomless and I said no problem I dont need that to be. I just want a side of it. He responds with I will see if the kitchen will make it. Needless to say I never got my side of macaroni because it didnt come out with our order. I didnt make a big deal and just disregarded it but still had to flag him down for refills and we were never offered more fries. So I guess the fries arent really bottomless either. All in all this place needs to better train their staff. I have never been refused a side as a paying customer and if there is an expectation to refill fries they should at least offer. Wont be back.

This was the BEST Red Robin experience we have ever had! Our server Jazmin was so quick and helpful. We had multiple refills on our bottomless sides and it came out quickly. To serve a family of 7 and keep up with all of the requests and refills is no small feat- on a Saturday evening too! Fantastic job! Also, we HIGHLY recommend the garlic Parmesan broccoli. Everyone loved it Dietary restrictions: Sesame allergy- brioche buns are delicious and sesame free! Kid-friendliness: The kids menu selection is awesome and bottomless features are fantastic! My 6 y.o. chose oranges and a salad because he could. And ate it all!

I have stopped using their so called rewards program. It used to be so simple buy 9 entrees get the 10th free and a free burger on your birthday to spending $4.99 or more to get a free burger on your birthday to a point system of every 100 points get $10 off $45 or more. From my personal repeated experience, the Red Robbin location at 5031 N Garland Ave, Garland, TX has consistently proven poor customer service. Short of standing on top of the table to get the attention of the server, I could not do it regardless of what I tried. She was repeatedly passing in front of me back and forth and avoiding eye contact and even pretending not to hear me calling her. When she finally brought the check, I said it would help if she gave eye contact to her customers. Surprisingly, her answer indicated she was actually avoiding eye contact on purpose! When another server brought the food earlier, I showed her our ketchup bottle was empty. When she brought the ketchup back, I asked if she could refill my soda since my server was a hopeless case. She then said Ill leave that to your server, and walked away! Not a whole lot better, is it? If management cared about customers, they wouldnt assign too many customers to one person, would train their staff, and above all be a role model for customer care.

Went to Red Robin in Garland, TX on North Garland road today and the way we were treated by the General Manager Dan was wildly ridiculous. Racism on 2024 at a restaurant of this stature is just unacceptable. Other tables around can order multiple drinks and be loud and have fun but a table of 4 black people cant enjoy a birthday celebration. Spent $250 and regretted spending a dime! Will be escalating this further!!! Our actual waiter was excellent.

It took me having to get a waiter to get service after being seated for 10 minutes. We order of eighteen onion rings, two burgers, strawberry lemonade, and an ice cream shake. It was all good but the lemonade was not very sweet as it used to be so I added some sugar to it and it was perfect. This was our first time there but will not be our last. 24 minute drive for us from Plano. Excellent fresh food and very good service. It appears to be a very inclusive place. Our bill was fifty dollars but we ended up taking most of the food home because we got so much. One feature that delighted us is the never ending sides. All the different kinds of fries and other sides you could eat as much as you want. Red Robin, to us, is a winner to which we will return. And BTW, I am a picky eater. What other burger place serves Angels Envy Bourbon? I was shocked. My only underwhelming point was the house margarita; needs more Tequila. (I am also a discerning drinker.)

We had always had good service and enjoyed the food. Unfortunately, this last time we were there, we were seated right away, given menus and told Tyler would be our server. Five minutes later, no Tyler, 10 minutes after that, no Tyler, after 15 minutes, we got up and left and still no Tyler. On our way out, we saw a server we assumed was Tyler, standing at the end of the row of booths where we had been seated. He was standing in front of a laptop looking at something online and be-bopping to the music. We had planned to leave without saying anything, however, our way out, the hostess thanked us for coming and asked us to come back. She should have never stirred the pot. We told her we never got a chance to order because no one waited on us. Without any reaction, she said she would get the manager. We explained to tge manager why we were leaving and pointed out the server who was still standing where we left him, bobbing his head to the music. Had a cheese burger with fries. I enjoyed it, and it was good tasting. Had it cooked medium and was cooked all the way thru. The fries were plentiful and fully cooked. I will go back for a good family meal.

We usually love coming here! We wanted to have lunch for my sons birthday and were really disappointed with the whole thing. The server didnt welcome us, grabbed menus and walked off. Turned around and said are you guys ready. Yup, right behind you, except for, you sir are speed walking away from us. I dont know, I immediately felt like a neusance to him. It was the little things, but kind of one after another after another. Lack of engagement, we all just kind of felt uncomfortable. The fries were good as always. I didnt eat my undercooked burger. Is it fair to assume he was just having a really off day. I dont know, but making someone feel welcome and checking in on them goes a long way. I promise our expectations are not unrealistic, but splurging a little bit for the family should be something enjoyable and this was not it. Let me say first, I absolutely love Red Robin. However, I went to the Garland location last week, my two daughters, and it was the worst experience EVER!! When we finally got a table, we were placed right next to the kitchen. Not too long after we sat down, we heard a commotion in the kitchen. Then we heard dishes banging and cussing. Then we heard, who I assumed was the manager or someone in charge, called someone a Motherf@#$!&. Now, while this is happening, my daughters are looking at me, wondering whats going on. I asked our waitress to move us away from the kitchen to another table. The table and floor were a little dirty, but it was much better than sitting next to the kitchen. Our waitress was pleasant, but we barely saw her all night. Im assuming she went and told the manager why we moved, so he came to our table and apologized. He explained there was an employee in the back who had become very upset and started throwing dishes and cussing. I wanted to tell him that I heard him cussing as well, but I didnt bother. I hate when a manager blames everyone else but doesnt take accountability for his actions. But, eventually, I guess when everything was settled in the kitchen, we got our food. It was pretty bad. My fish sandwich was lukewarm and mushy. The fries were cold. My daughters shrimp was swimming in a mayonnaise sauce that looked disgusting, and according to my daughter, tasted that way as well. My other daughter reported that the burger she was eating was extremely dry, but tolerable. I ate a little bit of my sandwich before it was decided that it was too gross to finish. After eating one of the shrimp, my daughter said that she couldnt eat anymore. So, she didnt eat anything at all because her fries were cold too. The waitress did not come back to our table to check on us. So, my daughter and I sat with nothing to eat while waiting for the waitress to come back to at least offer more fries. It was so so bad that I eventually had to get the manager to give us our check. Again, he apologized and offered to make our plates over. I declined because why would I want another plate of disgusting food, it was close to closing time, and I was extremely frustrated and disappointed by the food and bad service. The manager offered to take my daughters plate off the check but not mine. I was in such a rush to get out of that place that I didnt even bring it up. That night was a mother and daughter night out, but that was pretty much ruined. Needless to say, I wont be wasting my time and money at that location again.

First time back here in a while. The menu has changed but not so radically it doesnt feel like the same place. Food was good, there were a few options I will want to go back for. Quality was much better than the girl in pigtails next door would have provided and with bottomless fries and real sit down dining probably a better overall value. Waitress was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Being an old rogue with a book that was definitely something to enjoy.

This was the first time Ive ever been to a Red Robin. Tommy was our server. Although he was young and I could sense that he was a little nervous about dealing with the public, I thought he was an outstanding young man and was attentive without being overbearing. The food was spot on as far as portion size and flavour. Five stars really isnt enough to adequate enough to rate my experience there. If this review is at all helpful and anyone goes to this location, ask for Tommy. Dietary restrictions: My wife is lactose intolerant, and Tommy, our server, was able to accommodate her order without any dairy products. It was most appreciated.

Clean and prompt service upon entry staff was polite and seemed to be enjoying their shift. I ordered the monster wanted as rare as possible, got two hockey pucks took the waiter about 20 minutes to pin down at no fault of his. He has a great attitude was just busy and working hard. Second burger still over cooked no pink. May need to retain chefs. Could have been due to being busy but still not twice. Might return and try again.

Took my 9 year old to this location for her birthday we were seated and then ignored for 15 minutes, when we asked the nearest waiter in sight who our waiter was he responded very rudly it was him and he still needed more time....keep in mind when we saw him he was not tending to other tables he was attempting to flirt with the lady who was responsibe for cleaning the tables. Also keep in mind this was a Wednesday night and the amount of people there was not very high.... After his response we left, but it was sad because my daughter loves burgers and for her birthday she wanted to try a Red Robin Burger like from the commercials, but she couldnt because poor service will ruin the entire experience.
