At 8:50pm in the drive-thru line I was behind several cars that attempted to order but drove off. Once it was my turn I quickly understood why when greeted with, would you like to order one of our items we have left? Everything online says they close at 10pm but when I asked they said they close at 9:30pm. They had nothing I wanted to order and like the 4 cars ahead of me drove off without ordering. I had even checked the app to make sure they had the Hot One s Blazing Bourbon Chicken listed as they had been out of it for days and it is really good. I drove after work to the other side of town which was aggravating. If you have a menu and are open you should have items available, closing 40 minutes later, 30 minutes ahead of the listed closing time, is no excuse. Please do better because your food is good.

When I come to Panda Express, I make sure to get my extras of food to make it worthwhile. Bigger Plate for the entree and side. They also sell A La Carte boxes in small, medium, or large for their amazing flavored chickens/entrees. Okay, let me get to my favorites. Honey Walnut Shrimp tops my spot as #1 and with their Red Chili Sauces packets tops it off as Delicious. When you order, get as much of their entrees because it is so good especially their Honey Walnut Shrimp. And I love their fried rice. I have tried many other Chinese food places around Beaumont and I choose Panda Express as a reputable/well-known franchise that I know meets expectations of every visit and has authentic food that makes me enjoy their food. Panda Express might be on the higher end of cost, but it is definitely well worth it to eat from a well-known restaurant that has thousands of franchises in different cities. My absolute new favorite Chinese food place. Very fast Drive-thru, friendly staff, knowledgeable staff, and everything is so well-kept & clean. Highly recommend Panda Express. As Im typing this, I am already craving honey Walnut Shrimp. Best invention ever!

I am a regular customer at Panda Express. The food itself is tasty, but the service is always lacking. When I first started going, I only went through the drive thru. On 3 separate, consecutive occasions, food was missing from my order, or I was given the wrong dishes, so Id have to go inside to get it fixed. I started just going in to order to avoid this problem. Tonight, however, was my most frustrating experience. While the staff were polite, communication on their end was exceptionally poor. One of the dishes I wanted was being cooked, and I was told 5-6 minute wait; no problem. I paid for my food at 8:04pm. After 15 minutes, I asked an available staff member if the dish I was waiting on was ready; again, I was told 5 more minutes. I was annoyed, but they were busy, so I waited another 10+ minutes to walk up to a third employee, not only to find that the dish I wanted was ready, but that my original plate was given to someone else. I asked the staff what the process was for someone waiting on an order; do I approach them, or do they come get me, etc. They said if you paid, someone should have taken your name. No one took my name, and the original girl that took my order seemed confused that I was still waiting, even though I was sitting there making eye contact with her off and on throughout this whole experience. Please instruct your staff to properly collect information regarding customers that are waiting. I work in public service, and have been a server so I understand the struggles they face. However, as a paying customer, I should not have had to ask twice about when the food would be ready, nor should I have had to approach them a third time after literally 30 minutes, to find out the dishes were in fact ready, my original plate was gone, and neither of the first two women took my name down. I should not have to do their job for them. This was bad communication, and a lack of care on their end.

Service was horrible the girl didn t make my order right like i asked we had to wait 15 mins for chicken almost everything was out, so we waited only to get our plates and my husband had no chicken whatsoever on his plate then she recharged us for the two sides that we originally paid for! I couldn t believe the service it was horrible i wouldn t recommend to my dog! Never going back

I received my food and did not like the quality or quantity for the price and politely asked for my money back, giving them their uneaten food back. I was told by the cashier she would have to call her manager. After calling her manager on the phone, I was told no refunds! No where was it posted as their policy!! I was talked to very rudely and cursed out as I left the building with no refund and the trash food!! Definitely wont be going back! Staff is rude food is terrible!! Its funny how rudeness is always behind a counter!! Dont waste your money here and dont risk catching a case over the rude cashiers!!

I was disappointed to find my favorite dish had been altered and did not taste the same as I expected. Why do restaurants, who have popular menus have to change what they do best? I had chicken and green beans. Carrots were added which I dont like but worse, the meal was not nearly as tasty as it used to be and I got very little meat compared to the amount of green beans. You add new dishes often and thats great, but dont change your existing recipes that we all know and love. My sister noted her noodles didnt taste right either. I xhose Panda Express because I often eat there. But these new versions were not an improvement at all. Vegetarian options: Glad they are an option, but prefer meat dishes.

Honestly, we at Panda Express anywhere. It is just a go-to option for our family because you can eat healthy options there and theres something for everyone in our family. This is only my second time going to this location and we stood and waited quite a while before being served and although Ty wasnt helping anyone else he wiped up food bar and did other things not ever addressing that he saw us and would be with us shortly. The portion size was almost half what any other location served, and it was subpar, to say the least. The egg rolls were so dark they were nearing burnt black. The teriyaki chicken was so overdone that you couldnt get through the burnt side. The noodles were so oily, and they had massive hunks of onion and way overloaded with veggies....no location has ever had them so poorly done. Even though we were dining in our food was put in Togo containers and in a bag. The garbage was FULL of takeout boxes, filled to the opening. Truly a waste of resources. The reverberation of the fans is harsh on the hearing. It sounds like a big mac truck backed up to the door and is reving the motor. Not a pleasant atmosphere at all. The gal running the drive thru window had gloves on and didnt change them once. Touched the register, money, put them in her pockets, touched her hair and then filled drinks and put the dirty gloves on rim of cup and lid. Why wear gloves at all if youre not going to change them after contamination? Its sad this is only location around because our family loves Panda. Very disappointing visit.

Absolutely horrible service. After placing our order my husband was told it would be a 5 minute wait on part of our order, well 30 minutes later it turned out they forgot about the order, and it was just sitting in the drive through window. She asked my husband wanted to wait longer for the item. He said no, just refund whats missing... She said she couldnt do that because there was no management on duty, even though there was because my husband spoke to them. So they gave extra spring rolls instead which were undercook and gross. I had terrible tummy pains all night and still this morning! This was our first and last time eating here.

I usually don t write reviews but this place is going downhill. We ordered a BIGGER plate to share and our sides were all ridiculously small. We have shared that before and it normally was more than enough food for us. They never asked us if we wanted to dine in or take out and assumed we were getting takeout. They tried to be slick and act like they were putting a lot of meat and would take some out when they would put the spoon back. We paid 3 dollars extra for 2 premium sides and 18 dollars total for a small amount of food. Additionally, the soda machine did not have a sign saying the fountain drinks were messed up so my friend got sprayed by the Dr. Pepper. Save yourself the trouble and money and just go to an authentic place instead.

When I stopped in to get lunch for myself and my female friend and her family it took a while to get waited on , and they had nothing to drink at all. They did have signs on both doors stating that they had no sodas at all. However they did not state they had no water. Food is decent. It took them over 45 minutes to make an online order. Even though they charge you as soon as you place the order, they do not put your order in the queue with the drive thru and dine in orders (even if you paid before them). Kind of annoying when you look up what time they close and it says 10pm on google maps, but then you get to the restaurant before 9pm and the employees have the doors shut to the lobby as they are cleaning the lobby-chair on over half of the tables already- and they are directing people to the drive thru with hand signals. No signs posted on the door or anywhere for that matter. Doing closing duties sucks but its part of the job and closing the lobby over an hour early without any signage is not acceptable. We waited in the drive thru line for 15 minutes only to get up there, not being able to read a third of the menu and them only having 3 entrees available and 4 different sides. Drove around front when we left the drive thru and counted 7 employees, so short staffed cannot be an excuse. Annoying.

Half my order was missing from the dowlen location. I live in winnie. 30 minutes away. I discovered missing dinner items at home when we sat down for dinner after I put in a 14 hr day at work. I was p.o.ed to say the least. I called management about missing items and told her this has never happened to me at this location. She offered to replace them next time im in town. My husband was nice enough to split his dinner with me since i was missing my entire main entre. & some eggrolls as well. I ve been there twice at 8 p.m the last week. They closed already and said they the drive thru speaker they were closed. When I stated the sign said they close at 9:30 I got no answer. People were in the drive thru behind me also. Two weeks ago at 6 p.m. they were out of stuff and said it was too late to cook more. The workers were dancing and playing around behind the counters. I dont think Beaumont knows what it has with this PE. I eat all over the country and this is, by far, the BEST one. Austin, Pittsburg, Phoenix. I usually go thru the drive thru but tonight I went in with a friend and we sat down and ate. I nearly always get the honey walnut shrimp plus I got the new steak dish. I like both the rice and the noodles, but went with the noodles this time and added sweet and sour sauce to them. We shared the cream cheese rangoons and each got a drink. The whole meal was an A+.

It s now 1045 I walked to the door and four people just stared at me it s now 1050 and they are still not open! Completely unacceptable and you guys need to change your hours or get more people so the restaurant is ready in time.

My husband and I want to Panda Express for lunch a few days ago and it was terrible we ordered a bowl and plate each with broccoli beef one with noodles and one with rice. The Broccoli was rock hard and inedible and the noodles were not fresh at all. We also ordered 2 unsweet tea because my husband is diabetic and they tasted like there was peach flavoring in them which my husband cant have. When we told them this all the said was we only serve unsweet tea. Very disappointed because when we have it delivered its delicious and the order is always correct. However, the in restaurant experience was very different. We will not be returning.

I am only giving this place two stars because the food is at least good. The customer service here is horrible, and depending on the manager, the dining room is either open or closed. I have been to this place different days of the weeks and different times and there is no rhyme or reason to win. Their dining room is open. They have no signs on the doors to show the time and they are all rude to customers.

Everything is good and seemingly fresh. The staff is friendly and everyone wears a mask which is great when dealing with other peoples food. Theyre good about letting you customize your plate, but the chicken was on the fatty side. The dining area was clean, and one of the staff members that was cleaning when we walked in saw us coming up the walkway and opened the door for us. Very polite and welcoming.

So drove for 30 min to get there based on there website details. Once we entered it was total confusion as people were very disorganized. I waited patiently and ordered my food & even asked the girl that was putting food in carton if we could dine in & she said yes.They bagged my food and a lady I take as the manager said no dine in as people sat at there tables eating. She said dine in closes at 8:30. Very disappointed after the drive and it says nothing anywhere about closing dine in at that time! Never again!! If I could give a zero I would!!
