It s I tried Iced caramel coffe at this location for very first time at this location more than 2 years ago and loved it, since then, I buy one every single day. I used to work in dallas, so I bought in different Jack in the box locations. I started working in Flower mound this june, so, main st location in Lewisville is on my way, I buy my coffe and some food many days a week. Well, when this mexican woman who seems to be the manager because she wears the gray shirt is at the drive thru, my coffe is just disgusting, it doesnt taste good, even the color is very clear it trastes just like vainilla. I made the comment to her, she ask me to pay extra 25 cenas if I want ti get it fixed it, just once I paid extra, because I usually dont carry cash. Well, even when I paid extra, she just pretended, she gave me exactly the same. I got my coffe at at least 5 different locations and its only when this woman works at the window when I really dont like it, I dont understand if she does the same to other customers or at this point she does this to me because I complain about my Coffee. Anyway, I dont think she is right

Ive been to this Jack in the Box several times over the past year, and nearly every single time, they get something wrong. Today, I ordered spicy chicken strips, and got normal. Sometimes its as small as that, but several previous times, Ive gotten entirely incorrect orders. Ive probably been here about 10 times over the past year and theyve gotten my order right once, maybe twice. I dont even ask for them to make any changes to items on the menu, I have always ordered them as is. The food is good enough and theres never really been issues with quality, but I never get what I ordered. Once, they had me park on the side of the building to wait for my drive-thru order, and after waiting for genuinely 20 minutes, I went inside. Turns out, they forgot about me, despite my order being ready on the counter, and me being parked where they could see me through the windows. I would not recommend this location at all.

On June 11, I went to eat at around 11:30 a.m. and there was a very rude lady. I asked her for a straw and she answered me very rudely and with a very bad face, then I told her, lady, behave well with the people. clients, take care of your work, I told her I am a client just like the others who come to eat here. She is a lady about 45 years old or maybe a little more, the owner of that business should fire her from that place, I was reading all the comments below the box and the truth is that almost the majority of people complain about that place, but as always the owner does nothing, they do not take action on the matter, for what reason is the violence The heights are getting higher and higher. I was surprised by the attitude of that lady. If she is the one with the microphone in her ear, one of those who take the orders, never, and when I told her to be nicer, the other workers were making fun. I know you get what you pay for but the customer service is horrible the lady at the window was rude and the manager named Maria is even worse. They over charged me. Item on the menu was a dollar less than what they charged me for. When I brought it to their attention they both started to attack me in Spanish in front on my daughter. I went at around 9:00am to get breakfast at the drive through. I waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order. The woman kept saying it would be just a few minutes. I asked her how much longer it would be and she said about 20 more minutes because she was there by herself. I told her that you could get food faster at a sit down restaurant. This was unacceptable for fast food. She told me that I could just go. This is not the first time that this location told me that they were understaffed. This has been going on for a while.

On a timed lunch break from training, decided to go to Jack-in-the-Box to grab food from the drive-through in order to scarf it down really quick. After ordering and paying, I was asked to go to park on the other side of the building and they would bring me my food. 10 minutes later according to my bank text (never got a receipt) I am still sitting in my car waiting, so I tried calling the store no answer, finally when someone does answer, I m told my food is already ready, and someone will be out in a few minutes to bring it to me. I m able to write this review before I get my food . Only reason why I did not go inside the store is because I didn t want anyone to mess with my food because they thought I was impatient.

Ordered 4 burgers and 2 burger meals. I asked the cashier for secret sauce for my burgers. The cashier gives me 2 packets. Unfortunately this Jack In The Box is plagued with many issues. The delivery of food is terrible. Literally waited like 30 minutes for a few burgers. Their drive thru is empty but all the parking spots are take up. Because they move all the cars there. The people are nice and doing their best. But still though close the inside and focus all on drive thru or something. The inside looks dirty anyway. My order was missing a few tacos and went I went inside several people were waiting for their orders. Like I said the people are nice but someone send them help.

I did a mobile order through the app. One of the items was a chocolate cake. When I picked up my order, I noticed that there wasnt a bag for chilled items. So I proceeded to open all the bags to make sure that the cake was included. Sure enough, it wasnt! When I asked about it, thats when I found out that they were out of cake. They were going to just let me drive away without it! Had I not checked the bags, I would have been out of luck. I got a cheesecake instead, so that was nice. But I did not like how they were going to let me just leave without item I had already paid for. There has to be a better way of doing business with these mobile apps.

I went thru the drive thru one day after I got off work which was around 12:00 am. When I got home I was disappointed because I had ordered a chicken nuggets and a drink with a medium coke and a medium curlu fries. The lady for the Drive-through has some attitude problem- I was trying to transfer money so I could pay and she kept on saying are you ready , are you ready I had said to her please wait- but she kept on repeating the same thing- so with a straight face I said to wait! Then she s like don t talk to me like that! And she started to speak in Spanish to her coworkers and they started to peak outside to see who it is! I was on the phone call with my sister making sure I get the correct orders for her kids! Everytime I come to this location I don t see anyone sitting inside and there s no wait in the drive way- I get it now after this encounter! She is very disrespectful- if she s the manager she needs to be nicer to the customers

I see the owner keeps replying but I guess nothing is being done about the issues. I don t understand if today 4/29 they did not have anything in the menu available why they would NOT CLOSE. It s common sense. AT LEAST PUT A SIGN OUTSIDE. Come on.
