This review may be overdue, but I have to express my gratitude to my real estate agent. Sally Mireles assisted me in both buying and selling my home in Garland. Despite our lengthy search and losing out on other offers, Sally managed to find a property for me before it hit the market and negotiated on my behalf. She not only staged my home beautifully but also conducted exceptional marketing and went above and beyond during a challenging period. I am truly grateful for Sally and her teams dedication. If you are in the market to buy or sell a home in Garland, I highly recommend them. They deserve 10 stars!

Ashley Johnson was so helpful and attentive to every detail and every question that came up that I felt like the whole process was on autopilot. Ordering food on Door Dash was more confusing and problematic than this was. She helped through the entire process, and I had to just lay back and kick my feet up while she did the leg work. Made sure everything was in my comfort zone and led me to the best possible outcome. Would 10/10 recommend her to anyone wanting to look in the DFW area. All my friends will be using her 100 percent!!!!! Thanks, Ashley!!!!!

I visited this office a few weeks ago with a few colleagues with the intention to see how we can both benefit each others businesses. What a great office and team! They have completely revamped the entire office, from management to customer service. The agents here are phenomenal, I worked particularly with Sally Mireles and her team but everyone here at this office have been super helpful. I sold my property in Rockwall and thought it might be too far but it was all facilitated for us. My family is so very grateful and will continue to recommend Sally and her team!

Worst real estate agency ever. Their agents try to scam people by purchasing homes in the area for sale by other Keller Williams agents who priced your home well below market value only to resale them for more money. Save your time and money and use a real realty company.

Receiving payments do not happen. I have requested payment from one of the sales reps several times and all she said was I mailed a check. Now I see that she has moved on to another company. This invoice is from 9/6/2017. Never received payment as of today.

This broker is also broker of Dallas Preston and one in Arlington. They do no honor independent contractor agreements and do what they want. Pick another Keller Williams office.
