A Man named Allen Martin and his supervisor, Julian Honor helped ne with my divorce case and they were awesome! Honest and upfront, if felt like they moved mountains to help me with my por se representation of myself. I wish all attorneys had half the ethics and morlas that these two gentleman displayed. I attempted to find a way to sing their praise on the website, but couldnt, so hopefully someone there reads this and gived them dudes a raise!

Wasted months of my time on this place after they accepted my case for VA claims. I was assigned to their VA Lawyer for 7 months, and nothing at all has been done. Their Lawyer was too lazy to even check on my claim status and told me to go ask some State Politician for help instead.

These people have not been able to help even though they stated they are a support and liaison. They have no care for the clients and dont offer the bare minimum when it comes to communicating with the client and their needs.

3 years ago I gave this agency a 5 star the attorney I had was awesome but now Those attorneys are gone. The agency had a change of attorneys, the ones now don t care no compassion for the people needing their help. The attorney that is now gone got my case right to the finish line, and she left and the attorney or so called attorney that they gave my case to quit my case 30 days before court, told they couldn t represent me I needed to get another attorney. The attorney they gave my case to well Wasn t a good attorney uncaring no compassion and she wasn t even a good lair. This agency is here to help people in need. Not No More sad sad sad

Noel is mostly who I talked to...was so nice and sent me a concise email with links that might be of help to me. This is a free service and you should manage your expectations. These people arent attorneys and cannot give you legal advice. You might have to do some legwork yourself to cut cost. If you dont want to do that, hire someone

I was seeking help to after 2 weeks I received a phone call from an Attorney that is in Corpus Christi. He told me he would not take the case and the attorney in Austin worked part-time and needed to tetire. He spoke down to me was arrogant and I could not get a question in. He would tell me let me finish. Having to live on disabled and now with COVID .It s a mess. So much from the help I was hoping for Legal Aid did not help me.

Absolutely useless, had I wanted to talk to myself I would have gotten further and with professional diligence and integrity. Free advice?? From a female attorney who for all I know works at Pizza hut, shame on these people, how will I really get anywhere with calling every law office that says they actually help for free.. I can Google more advice than this waste of time and effort. Useless and its the same lady that knows nothing about being a lawyer. Get a real job.

Useless. I would give them 0 if I could. They tried to push me off on Texas 211 or adult protective services, and when I asked what they would be able to do, the woman said she didn t know and HUNG UP ON ME.
