Great experience at Shake Shack with Leticia helping us. We came on a very busy day due to having free vouchers from the Space Cowboys, but the service was very friendly and helpful, we got our food very fast. Everything was delicious, very fresh! Sunday August 25, 2024 - 6:30pm. I noticed worker throwing away trash with black gloves touching door etc. Afterwards employee walked in and served me with the same NASTY GLOVES in his hands. I noticed another employee wiping the mucus/buggars from his nose with the inside lower part of his hands. He along with several others did not have on gloves or hair nets. This is what I noticed from the drive thru in my car. There should be consequences for the lack of cleanliness and good hygienic behavior. TOO many episodes of nasty behavior is present. OWNERS PLEASE HELP US!

Went through the drive ordered an avocado bacon chicken sandwich. Then took off , then to realize it s just a plain chicken sandwich. Joined the line again, told them. I decided to try this place out since there s not much In and Outs here in Texas. Well I m not impressed. For one, overpriced for a basic cheeseburger and fries. Second, it tastes basic. So, I went to SS for the first time today via drive-through. I ordered one ShackBurger and a side of fries. Once home, I took my order out and low and behold, I was given the wrong order. It was my order (identified by the customers name) but was given the Shack Stack burger. The burger was bland, to say the least, and the fries we basic. Total cost was $17.08 for a burger and fries (no drink). I would recommend trying this place if you have never been. As for myself, I will not be returning. There are too many options nearby.

It way my first time at any Shake Shack. I went through Drive- thru and placed order. There were 4 cars ahead of me and it took them 25-30 minutes to give me my order. I asked the person politely if this is how long it usually takes at shake shack? Employee replied it depends on how busy we are! 30 minutes in a drive through order? In order to add to my frustration when I reached home,which is 10 minutes away! I found out that my burger was just placed in the bag without any wraps or cover! Just directly in the cardboard tray with fries and placed in the bag! It was freezing cold by the time i realized that. Seems like they prepared it as in store order but just dumped in the bag and gave it to me! And for all that it took them 25-30 minutes approximately! Very disappointing first experience and definitely will not be going back to shake shack.

Literacy is not a requirement to work at this particular location. I placed an order online and went to pick it up. I went to the pick up location, saw a to go bag that looked like it could be my bag and waited for someone to come to me. after about 3 minutes someone showed up and asked for my name, which I spelled out for them. The idiot looked at me , then at the package and told me that my order was not ready. So I waited, for about thirty minutes. In that time the employees got 3 different orders wrong back to back. I wanted to like this Shake Shack branch, but turned out not. As a Shake Shack fan, I was glad to see they opened one at Sugar Land, which is next to my location. The initial several visits during the opening seemed not bad, though the burgers were not that satisfactory compared with the Galleria and Rice Village Shake Shack branches. Recently I had visited several times, the food were even worse. If it was just happen 1-2 times, I guessed it might happen by chance. It happened each time..... The beef patties were so burned and flat each time, which you could not taste the juicy meat when you took a bite like in other Shake Shack locations. The buns were also so burned each time. For the chicken sandwich, it was too salty, and only salty sadly. From my point of view, I had thought Shake Shack was a relatively healthy burger chain because the food was fresh and the beef they chose were good. But they were burned and the taste were bad, which obviously not healthy. I would not bother to try this location until they improve the food quality.

Its a cool interesting looking place. They dont have combo options. I thought it was a bit on the pricey side but I thought well the food and quality will make up for it. It was very bland and unimpressive. Their shack sauce tastes like every other secret sauce but with more of a vinegar or radish taste. The cheese sauce tasted bland like something they would serve in a public school. This is the first time I ever tasted cheese that I did NOT like. Went through drive through last night order 6pc chicken bites, Non-Dairy Chocolate Shake, and Small Strawberry Lemonade. I watched the server at the drive through window Hand out orders, accept cash, run a parked cars order, and return back inside to ring up orders WITHOUT changes his gloves. And, when I mentioned him he presented an unbothered attitude while asking the manager to pass the order because I want him to change his gloves. She didn t have him wash his hands or change his gloves. I will not be returning because the apparently don t care about peoples health due to cross contamination. Updated 5 star review: This location has gotten their act together and now has a few employees that are great. Happy they turned it around. We only dine in and the food is fantastic. Previous 1 Star Review: It pains me to write this review as I love the food at Shake Shack in general. This is the slowest, least organized, most stressful drive thru I have ever been to. We have waited 20+ mins several times. Food was totally cold which made the high price tag very frustrating. The way you need to merge and there is no staff outside directing the cars leads to complete chaos and confrontation. We had multiple people who ordered after us get ahead of us in line. This shouldn t happen. Unless you want cold food go when they aren t busy, go inside or go somewhere else. Also the staff does not appear to be as customer service driven as the other top fast food places in the area.

Food tasted good, what i hit to eat. Was also happy they have non-dairy ice cream and shake. If you have an allergy that is not a normal allergy, do not go here. They couldnt figure out how to handle my non-traditional allergy. Ended up with an allergy attack even after reassurances from staff. There is no way to input a non-traditional allergy into their system, and they really want you to use their tablet kiosks instead of ordering from a person. We tried the drive thru and although the card machine wasnt working, we were able to pay at the window. They asked us to pull over and wait and our food came out about 10 minutes after ordering. It was good but a few things could be improved on.

When it comes down to it the burger was just amazing. The Korean burger was so juicy and flavorful that I ate it super slow. I almost forgot to drink my shake before it melted. I would rank it up there with Blakes Burgers (closed now I think) and Tornado Burger. Im hungry just writing this review.

I was really excited to try this place but was insanely disappointed. The environment is clean & pleasant, but the food is ridiculously overpriced for how small of a portion they give you (it was smaller than my hand), & how bland it is. I got the Korean chicken burger & it had barely any flavor. Way too salty, not filling at all. Couldn t finish it the saltiness was too overbearing. I did not get anything else - no drink, no side - & it came out to near $11.

KB our server was super attentive. The burgers were good just smaller than I imagined. We had the avocado burger and mushroom burger with Korean fries. I had the cookies and cream shake which was similar to oreo McFlurry and my daughter had the coffee and donut shake that didnt taste like coffee or donuts lol. This meal did cost us $49 with a tip but over all its was good.

Tried to order a chicken sandwich through the drive through and was given a burger 3 separate times. When I finally went inside to speak to someone at the counter, the employee said they don t have chicken on the menu. There is CLEARLY a chicken sandwich, which is what my receipt says. When my order was remade a 4th time, they took away my fries. Absolutely terrible service.

I normally dont leave a review but we stopped by the sugarland location tonight., I was so pleasant suprised how awesome the staff is especially Tristan he went above and beyond to make our dinner great I have my mom in a wheelchair and a handicapped sister that I had with me the staff opened the door for us coming and going and assisted with any of our needs. Went to try the spicy chicken sandwich. Chicken itself isnt spicy. The alot of pickle. The pepper was spicy. The chicken breast is pretty dry. Not juicy like out sandwich. And for the price I dont think this is worth it. 9$ just for a below avg sandwich is crazy... Doesnt look like the promotion image. Chicken was small. Bun was soggy

Very poor service! Visited yesterday and despite being the only one on the line I waited over 10 mins for a burger, bites, and two different fries. For a fast food place the waiting time is ridiculous! After I picked up my take away went to the car to check and the bites were missing!!! Went back in again, they were indifferent and unapoligetic after I told them they made me wait so long being only customer and order delivered partially! The burger was tasteless, cold bun and the meat had hard bones inside which means not fully grounded! Went into the bin! Horrible experience, poor service, poorer food , never again!
