Sanus does phenomenal work! We hired them to soft wash our house because we were worried about the state of some of our paint and our roof. Sanus came out and told us that a soft wash would be perfect for us, and it was. They were punctual and the work was top notch. Absolutely plan on using them again. Give them a try, you ll be very glad you did.

This company is extremely professional. Their priority is the safety of your roof and property. Before coming out to wash our metal roof they had called the manufacturer of the roof to ensure their chemicals would not cause any unexpected reaction. I recommend them 100%

Sanus Solutions has done a wonderful job of power washing my front circle drive and front porch, and my back porch. Nothing is harmful to plants or pets or people, of course. They are very professional and polite answering all of my questions. The quality and value of all they do is excellent. Amazing service! They came out and cleaned my driveway and by the time they were done you wouldve thought I had all new pavement put in! Never realized how much mold and dirt was on my patio until I had them power wash it. I was staining the patio, so I m accordance with suggestions, I had area power wash beforehand. Patio is so clean the stain worked perfect no issues. Plan to have them back to do driveway and sidewalk soon.
