We always experience super quick delivery and well-prepared pizza. Everything is always warm/hot and correctly created. Never been to the location, so I cant comment on atmosphere, but we are always totally satisfied with delivery.

Bad experience, they served with a bad face. First we asked if they spoke Spanish and the boy said no, and then it was clear that a girl with a bad attitude came out to serve us. I didnt notice her name, but they serve you as if you were gifted and asked for one! My advice is to change personnel, better arrive to buy at 8:55 pm today July 20, 2024

The daytime isnt bad, but the night crew are not good pizza makers. Very thrown together and sloppy. They need lessons from across town. Drivers are very friendly, though. Yeah, I just had a delivery. Driver just sat my pizzas down and left. I am traditional delivery. Service takes a hit on this one... Yall need better trainers or a new manager! I surprise to see the rude way of speaking by one of the girl employee when I asked store manager offer written on the sign board. She said that is not the offer in store. I questioned why so beautifully written on the sign board Manager special. It doesn t read only online! She replied they didn t change it! Never expected from brand Domino to treat the customer with unpleasant behavior. This employee should have honored the offer written on the sign board. They must remove from the sign board to avoid confusion to walk in customers. Hope some one from higher management look in to this and guide them to remove the sign if they are not honoring? Thank you. I had to go back and order on line and wait for the pizza wasting time in the car.

Update, supposedly they no longer give pepper and cheese. Ordered 1 medium pizza at 8:20pm and it took them 48 minutes to make it. I placed the order online and I went to pick up myself. 1 person was working, taking calls, working the register and making pizza all by herself. Later a guy came to help but the process was still slow. They do have a hiring sign but until they find people who want to work we the customers might have to keep putting up with situations like that one. My rating is all due to speed of service. The food is great.

I ordered my pizza today from work at a online order to be scheduled for drop off at 12:30pm waited until that time as i am getting notifications about the pizza saying its in the neighborhood however i put details on where and who to ask for on the order somehow Dominoes seem to deliver to 1204 some address i have no idea and im sure no one there had my name how did 1204 be anything near to 902 address however I called Dominoes after waiting for my order to see what was going on the so called manager there said that he was going to call him to see where he was at then he said he was 5 mins away I was patient and said ok another 30 mins go by no food contacted Dominoes again not to mention trying to find the number for this location online is not good at all so i tried to go to the app it had logged me out if i hadnt contacted them they were just going to keep my money with me no food anyways I finally got in touch with the right location same guy this time said he would remake it and the order would be free i was like ok still waiting on my order now its 12:45pm called back to see where he was he said the driver was 5 mins down the road making another stop i was patient the driver gets there with my food i asked him was this free because of there miss happ and of what the guy told me he said he didnt know the food was soggy and barely hot I told him i would of done better coming to pick it up and he said that they were short staffed and that he didnt want to take up for him i said ok i understand i told him i would call the store to see i called the store back and asked the same guy about if it was free after all i got my food at 1:30pm and he handed it to a stranger and not me he HAD NERVE TO SAY HE DID ALL HE COULD DO TO HELP ME AND HUNG UP IN MY FACE..I called the store back and am making a compliant and no one should be treated as I was when i was very nice when they kept messing up and not good to argue when someone is telling you what they put down as there drop off address because its not always the customers address should pay more attention and if he is the manager he should not be allowed to do that!!!!

Whoever was answering calls or managing that day around 8:00 pm needs to be more polite. Order a basic or pasta and pepperoni cheese bread messed up on the bread part called back nice guy put me on hold for a minute some other guy answered and was very rude. Told me it would be ready to be redone in 35 to 40 minutes water about a hour. Called back same thing nice guy answers was put on hold and rude guy again I didnt have a problem waiting its just the fact that he seemed too annoyed to even care how he was talking idk.

First pizza was burnt to a crisp with lack of cheese, the second one was ordered with Alfredo sauce barely any cheese and all the toppings slid right off because of I dont know perhaps it was UNDER COOKED!!!! By paying a tip in advance, you re out of luck if the service is poor. I called requesting to take off the tip. At first, the manager insisted that I did not pay a tip. When I looked at the email, it was very clear that I had paid a tip. Fortunately, for Domino s, it s very unwieldy to change the tip. The whole order needs to be voided out; very convenient for the company. Managers tone was very patronizing.

I normally never write reviews, but they got my order wrong 3 times. The first time I called it in, it was a chicken Alfredo, extra sauce w/ mushrooms and onions. When I first received my order they forgot the chicken. The man I spoke to was very nice and said I d have credit to get the same order for free when I go back. Then when I just went in after work to claim my free meal, I double check this time before leaving to make sure that it was right and they forgot the mushrooms. I looked right now to see it s 18 minutes away I ordered for delivery. Whoever the manager was on Saturday, March 11 at around 9pm, should be fired along with whoever taught him customer service. I placed an order online that was cancelled. I called to get at least an explanation, but the manager couldnt even do THAT. He didnt apologize. He was in no way contrite. He told me that it was out of his hands that they did not deliver to my address. The Dominos website choose the store as the closest one. He told me i should order delivery from the Sachse store (the Sachse store is 5 miles further away than this one). I told him that i had received two previous deliveries from this store. He had no explanation for that. Literally, he literally told me he could not explain how Id gotten the two previous deliveries. Based on this performance, i wouldnt trust this store to prepare food for me, again. I seriously doubt Ill go to Dominos Pizza again anytime soon.

Another 16 minutes passed. went to call back at 20 and received a call from the driver. Driver was extremely late, pizza wasnt hot, the chicken was burnt and the sauce on it dry and crusty. The cakes look like they had been sitting for over an hour. Wont order from any Dominos again. EDITED 5/23/2022: An entirely new staff has been had apparently at this location a nd they are once again doing well, the new crew definitely has some stuff to learn but they can actually slice pizza and made it well, definitely give these guys another chance now. Used to be a great location, consistently poor service the last year or so though. Pizzas are never cut all the way through or properly, order is taking almost 2 hours to be delivered and isnt even marked as out for delivery because the employees forgot to mark it as such, been on hold for 20 minutes now with their automated system because no one will answer the phone. EDIT: Ended up being on hold for 22 minutes before someone answered and told me my order had in fact not even gone out for delivery and just sat there for an hour and a half

Hi, I ordered two medium pizzas for pickup today. I ordered my pizzas at around 4:00 p.m. to avoid the dinner rush. When I arrived to pick up the pizzas both of them where overcooked and the boxes were greasy. I asked the manager what he could do to correct the issue and they offered to make me two more pizzas. I declined and just took the pizzas as I did not have time to press the issue. After getting home both pizza were overcooked the crust was hard and was only able to eat a few slices. This is the second time this has happened to me. Come on Dominos how hard is it to make two medium pizzas? Please make an effort to cook the pizzas at a proper temperature and check them before giving them to the customers. I will be looking to order pizza from some another business from now on... We go to Dominoes on occasion. The best way to get your pizza is to just go in and order. Online takes too long to go thru the process and forget about calling they simply dont answer the phone or they do and immediately place you on hold and never come back. If Im desperate (my husband wants Dominoes) Ill go in and order. Forget about delivery it takes an hour. But like I said if Im desperate Ill order a Dominoes take out. Everything is always very good. And the manager was so kind to me the last time I came in. Keep up the good work, these are some trying times.

Store hours 10 am to 12 am and we show up at 1130 pm on a Monday night to get some bread sticks and the store is closed. We talked to an employee and said that the store hours are until 1130 and wouldnt make our order of breadsticks that we placed online 15 min before arriving. HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED where is Dominos to make sure store closes at store hours. Or at least update your store hours so people dont waste their time ordering and driving to the location.

Their communication SUCKS!!! I traveled to them during bad weather, on Wednesday, 2/2/2022, around 10ish p.m., only to find them Closed. I was still on hold with their machine that was promising someone to come on to assist me soon. Their web said open. They did the same thing on last night, Friday, 2/4/2022, around 9 p.m. The web said 1:00a.m., and I held for over 20 minutes. When I spoke with TREY (a said manager), he Immediately said that he couldnt do anything about that. THOUGH ROWLETT WAS CLOSED EARLY TOO, THEY ANSWERED AND INFORMED US ON BOTH NIGHTS.

Ordered a cheese pizza, a pepperoni pizza, and stuffed cheese bread. We waited for 1.5 hours for it to be delivered cold! It was not warm, but cold. We had to nuke it in the microwave to reheat it right out of the box. Considered going to little Cesars and throwing this in the trash. It is not good pizza and they certainly dont care to get it to your door hot! For anyone new in this part of town, I promise you Little Cesars is the best in this area over the 3 big pizza names. Little Cesars is always fresh and always tasty. Dont waste your money at Dominos for sure.

Pizzas good. Never got bad food. But, I ordered through the app and it was curbside and I watched the 2 min timer count down and down...it went past the 2 min more like 6 min. Then I assumed theyd add the free pizza to my account but it didnt. As soon as the time went off it said I was to get a fre pizza the next time I ordered. So I checked my account after I got home and it wasnt there. They apparently dont honor that 2 min or free pizza. Disappointed. Havent been back since.

I placed my order about an hour and ten minutes ago. My order has been sitting at the quality check stage according to the Dominos tracker for 52 minutes. I called the store and was told theres a shortage of drivers, theres literally nothing they can do for me, and that Id be better served calling another pizza place if I want my food delivered more quickly. No reason to call this Dominos with places like Lovers, GapCo and Cane Rosso, which are so much better quality, closer, quicker, and with less tough sh*t attitude. Pathetic.

Person on the phone who claims to be the manager was very rude on the phone. Tone of voice sounded like he was tired. I let him know I was not satisfied with his service and he still had his 2 cents to place in. Definitely do no recommend ordering from this place.
