Went to the movies last night 10/2/2024 -7:00p.m and walk up to the counter to buy tickets. Ask the guy at which theater the movie was in. He responded with it was on the receipt and in fact wasn t and we asked him again he just turned his back and wouldn t answer. Talked to management about the extremely rude interaction and he did nothing about it. You shouldn t have someone with a terrible attitude work the front desk. That s the first person the customer see.

The place is really cool. The bartender, Sonny, was awesome. He was super helpful and quick considering how busy they were. The party seemed a little disorganized. Most of the food came out when it was almost time to give up the private room. So getting 4 year old to eat and do cake quickly was a challenge. The pizza came out minutes before our time was up, and mostly had to just be boxed up and taken home. One of the servers was also pretty rude when asked for help getting stuff out so they could prepare for their next party. So that was definitely disappointing for the price paid. That being said, the food and drinks are good, and most of the staff was awesome.

Movie date night Friday 9/13 We purchased tickets online, pretty simple and easy process. Ample parking, and easy walkability. I will say we were taken aback with the handgun/weapon screening process at the door as I ve not experienced at any other theater locally. During our entry we noticed mostly younger teen aged workers, when bringing in orders to theaters there seemed to be lots of joking, horseplay, as well as one serving huffing and puffing over the food trays while delivering orders. The movie itself was great, nice reclining and seats with optional seat warmers. We did not visit the arcade or bowling areas during our visit. Prices seemed average for local venue, I would try again possibly during a school day to avoid some of the younger crowds for a quieter/calmer visit.

I will start by saying, my group had a really good time. But, I reserved the VIP bowling area ahead of time. Website didn t offer any general availability so I had no choice but it cost a good bit extra. But when we got there, all of the general lanes were wide open. Not to mention, the VIP felt packed. Barely any space to move around. The big positive about the VIP area was the AC was kicking. The general area was really warm. When we wrapped up bowling, we went over to the arcade for a bit. Again, we had good fun but it was so warm and stuffy, we had to call it quits a little early. My recommendation would be to not reserve lanes ahead of time. It didn t seem worth it to do so. Overall a fun local spot.

There was a gentleman in the theater that answered a phone call and spoke on the phone for at least 5 minutes without even attempting to lower his voice. Also, this place is consistently out of many items on the menu. Would be a better experience if kitchen management was on top of inventory/purchases.

I don t ever leave reviews (ever) but worst experience ever Don t waste your time or money at this business. I arrived with my family of 3, gave info for bowling waitlist, spent $80 on games, watched a movie, then checked the wait list skippy the incompetent employee (same guy that checked me in on the waitlist) told me that I must have missed the text .i received none. I asked kindly if he could put me next sine I had waited 3 hours and he told me that we would be on the end of the line and giggled when I told him no thanks. Debated asking for a manager but this is a clear indicator that this business and its conglomerate (such as pinstack) that I frequent personally and with team events twice a year will NEVER get my business again. Scam. Incompetence. Save your money and go elsewhere! Enterprise properties group will never see another transaction from me. Disappointing.

This place is great! Nice theater, lots of arcade games and kids activities, haven t tried bowling yet. My only complaint is the ridiculous ticket cost for prizes.. 500 tickets for a simple sucker candy or 450 for a fun dip?! We spent $300 on games and the kids got a few Laffy Taffy s out of it. Also the food is meh. We ve tried the pizza, quesadilla and chips and queso. Really bland and small portions. Still a great place to bring your family for some fun.

Absolutely horrible service. Toom 30 mins to get a drink from the bar. Took 15 mins to get greeted at the table. Ordered a margaritas pizza and was all sauce with literally 10 blats of mozeralla. This is definitely one of those places where I felt like I can only visit if someone invites me. I love all the things that they have here from arcade to bowling to movies. I also feel like this is a very premium place where families can hang out. Unfortunately, when it comes to premium places, there are some expectations of service and food. Came here for some bowling & arcade. Getting a bowling lane was interesting. We can t reserve and come back later. If you reserve online there is a 3 hours grace period. They had plenty of lanes open, so we just said give us a lane and forget about starting bowling at our specific time. Just too complicated. Paid $80 for 1 lane 1hr with 5 shoes. Food was 2 pizza, 5 drinks, and chips and salsa. Came out to another $80. There was only 1 person serving so the chips and salsa got missed, twice. But I felt bad for the guy so I tipped 20%. We later ordered food at the bar and the rules are you have to stand by the bar. You can t just go play and come back to get your food. We got 5x $50 cards and that lasted 2 hours with laser tags and arcade for the kids. I think this is the best choice when coming here. You don t have to depend on any service personnel in order to do what you want. I really can t recommend this place. It lacks the service to match the price.

I came here to celebrate my birthday with my husband expecting to fully enjoy myself. The best part of it all was the movie we watched. When our food got to us it was very cold and tasted like it was sitting out for a while. We asked to send it back and redo it, when it came out the second time it was hot but this time the wings were tiny as hell like a HUGE disappointment, the quality couldnt have been worse. They made the receipt look like it was COMPED and when I asked the manager about it he simply told me that the amount showing on the new ticket was the same as what was on the incorrect one. But if you notice the wrong ticket ( showing 3 wing orders and 3 fry orders) at the bottom shows GUEST SERVICE ISSUE -$20.00 SO ULTIMATELY.. they truly didnt discount us they made it seem like they did. I planned on staying longer to bowl, drink some more, and play some games ... but I couldnt let any more of my money be spent after being lied to

Today/July 21, my kids and I came to the 6P showing of Despicable Me 4 in Theater 3. The entire place had not been cleaned prior showtime (plates, glasses, popcorn bags, etc. everywhere). Simply unacceptable! However, once I notified management, a team of 5+ crew members immediately reacted. I usually have a great movie experience here, so this is a one off - but a major one.

My wife and I attended a showing of Twisters last night Aug 7th 7:30 showing in theatre 6 . We placed our food and drink/ snack order in during the trailers mind you waited until half the movie was over to even recieve our food ( without drinks ) we asked and the attendant said they be right out separately, 15 min later drinks finally arrive , meanwhile mind you they had already charged us for everything before we signed a bill , so I had to track down a manager to adjust my bill for the items we cancelled . The staff apparently were inexperienced, ill trained and quite frankly ridiculous. We went to this facility because its clean , seats are very comfortable and the theatre is nice but we also come so we can order our food/ drinks from our seats but if you cant deliver until HALF the damn movie is over without drinks mind you is quite frankly ruined the entire evening for me , my wife , my best friend and his wife as well whos experience was actually worse than ours . I dont think its worth the drive to get this low level of service . Think twice before spending your hard earned money here . I wont be recommending this theatre anytime soon .

Me and my family have always loved going to S+R, tonight we went to watch Twisters. My two teenage kids ordered a pizza each. They were paying their own food each one. Well, they were charged a higher price on their pizzas. After the movie was over we stoped at the concession register and one of the managers came to assist, however, her response was that their prices on the PDFs menus were outdated, that we needed to go to their website and look at the menu prices there. She said that there is nothing they can do for Google to update their prices. My son politely explain to her that yes they can. They can email Google and have them update the new PDF menus. She also said that they offer the printed version of the menu, which was not offered to us. I may be wrong but, this looks like they don t care and they actually are lying to all their customers. If we go to any store, they will honor the price the customer saw either online or on their add, or even on the shelf. Why is S+R advertising one thing and charging something else? That is just wrong. How are we suppose to know that they don t really care to be honest with their customers? Be careful and ask for prices before you order food from them.

I went to me and my sister and one of my friends and so we went to the arcade and the card thing wasn t working then we finally got in and I wanted to do the rock climbing but the guy who was strapping me on was a little creepy and he was touching me on my leg and lower back so mid way I said I didn t want to do it anymore so then we played a couple of games but then we went to the prize shop and we where getting some sqishmehllows and we where having fun picking them out and the the guy said to STOP and then literally a minute later he said hey do you guys have yellow tickets and we didn t know what yellow tickets were but then he said okay you don t have them and said to put them all back all rude keep in mind I m 11 years old then we were picking out something else then we went to check out and he was all rude about that too and we asked why we couldn t get the sqishmehollws and he said to bad the we called my mom to talk to him and he was all rude to her to he said we can t get it also he said to bad so sad the he talked back to my mom I ve been to this place so many times and never in a million years I had that type of experience never coming back I would give it zero stars but I can t And I got this fry thing my sister got a dolphin that s clear and blue and does NOTHING and my friend got to hedgehogs and one more thing we went to the restaurant and I asked for a refill on my water and never got it and we waited FOREVER to even get our drinks and there were a lot of employees and we were LITERALLY the only ones there it was bear next time we can go somewhere else but the bowling was OK and the laser tag was empty so we thought we were playing with other people nope just us 3

I was so excited about this theatre but once is way more than enough. Starting with police and a security guard out front putting everyone through a metal detector isnt the most welcoming entrance. But, a sign of the times right? Well, lets get into the theatre. The most uncomfortable seats I have at in for years. Food? Id rather live off scraps from the McDonalds dumpster. I truly do not remember ever having a burger as bad as this one. Now lets talk about service. We ordered a pizza and a burger plate with a bottle of water each. The food came out in about 15 minutes. No waters. We pressed the call button again and asked for water again. No water. Pressed the call button again, no water. Finally, about an hour and a half later a different server drops off two bottles of water. One had a hole in the bottom of the bottle but he just say it down and walked away without saying anything. We were both extremely disappointed but will happily drive past strike and reel to the next closest theatre like we used to.

Good place to catch a movie. It also has a fun center full of arcade games, an above ground obstacle course, laser tag, and bumper cars. The bowling alley is also a good way to spend an hour or two. Full bar for the adults in your group. Small restaurant style area or they will also bring your food to the bowling alley or your seat in the theater.

Yesterday we took our little granddaughters to see Despicable Me at the Garland Location. We have taken these little ones to many movies here and the staff is always kind, helpful and willing to go the extra mile for their guest. We left an item there yesterday and I called and TreyI (i think he was the manager??) answered the phone and said that he would put it away for me to pick up today. When I arrived today Holly went way out of her way to locate and track down the item. I wanted to single these two out for their kindness but all in all I think the whole staff is great.

The place looked pretty when we first got there, the movie room was clean, chairs were great but the service was the absolute worst weve ever experienced. We ordered alcoholic drinks, an appetizer and four dishes. It took about 20 minutes to get our drinks, the very first drink. We called and ordered a second drink and finished those wayyyyyy before the food ever came out. We finally got the appetizer and food all at the same time which was literally 3 minutes before we got the final tab at the end of the movie. We were eating in a hurry during the credits so we could leave. This was a horrible experience and we most likely wont be going back. Well do the drive to Frisco instead and visit Cut! Or hit up Studio Movie Grill, literally anyone else. I DO NOT recommend getting food at this location. You should positively eat somewhere else BEFORE going here.

Overall, loved the place. Bowling, arcade, laser tag, bumper cars, suspended rope course, climbing wall, movies and food. Food is a touch pricey, but the portions are decently sizeable, so worth the value, did was tasty. 14 lanes bowling, but tight fit, if busy, but manageable. Movie theater had GREAT reclining chairs, which seemed to be heated, which made already warm from bowling, to hot (put on heat by accident) Just about all attractions but movies and bowling are point/cash , and quite well priced. Feels like you get good value for the money. LOVED the laser tag arena. Cons: A/C was weak. Coolest room temperature wise was the laser tag arena. Definitely warm in the summer. A number (not a lot) of the ticket/ arcade games had minor issues. Especially if one or two had faulty sensors which caused a (large?) Decrease in potential tickets Movie theater was a bit warm too. At times seemed like a LOT of newbie staff, which made a few things a touch frustrating and slower Will DEFINITELY go back. Hands-down had a great time. Just a few tweaks/ fixes to make it 5- star

1st time there and we did the movies! Very easy to get tickets online and definitely recommend doing that but if you don t they have plenty of kiosks available. We ran late so we didnt get to check out popcorn and stuff. Parking was not bad and the seats where nice and comfy. Definitely will go again.

Went to see inside out on Monday and our server was a amazing and very helpful since it was our first time going. We got to play in the arcade as well and my kids had a blast. I would highly recommend if you have kids !

Very unprofessional staff here, I had my son Birthday Party here & I was told over the phone I could bring Cake & Icecream but they do not have a place where they could store the Icecream to keep it frozen, they supply Spoons & Forks, which they did not have enough of they only had 1 waitress and she never greeted us nor did she take our order. So we did not get a chance to eat there. They are so understaff to run a business like this, also they had 4 bar tenders that could have at least helped out as a waiter/waitress. Never again will we ever come here. Their was no team work at all what so ever. I do not recommend this place at all for your children/kiddos party.

Used to love going there, but the last visit left me with a negative attitude. Ordered food and a drink. The drink never came-I hit the button a few times, and asked staff walking by a few times. In the end, I subtracted the $5 from the bill and wrote in never received by my iced tea. I left a small tip, then they added back the $5 and charged my card that amount. That is theft. I never called as I thought it was pointless, and I had the photo of my receipt to show that they increased the charge by $5, but it wasnt worth driving over there for. So I just have a bad taste about the place when I used to really enjoy it.

Strike and reel was our go-to place until they started adding extra charges to our credit card; different transactions for items that we didnt consumed at all. We have been trying to address the issue for several days now without any success. We have spoken to operators and managers (Francis) without any luck. Just promises to look into the issue. Do not spend your money at strike and reel. Firstly, we were charged 20 dollars in taxes which caused us to have to pay over 60 dollars for an hour or bowling which was not worth the price. Secondly, the balls were all missing and disorganized which caused us to be left with sizes that were too big for us. Thirdly, the server never came to us and when i called for one we were told that we couldn t order a shake bc they were closed but, i seen 2 people order shakes 10 mins after. The bowling seating was also very dirty with trash all around the seats and finally the restrooms are filthy. Do better strike and feel .

Garrison helped make our family time so much fun! He helped us on the rock wall, ropes course, bumper cars and laser tag! We asked if he could play laser tag with our family and he said that sadly he could not while working. Once he had clocked out, he came and found us to say he could play one game with us. We played as a family with Garrison and had a blast (no pun intended)! Employees like this take a fun experience to the next level! Garrison went above and beyond today!

most of the time the place is enjoyable, Im writing a review this time because I had a strange experience. I was in the movie theater area and asked a lady working if there was a water fountain anywhere. She told me no but she would be able to get me a glass of water from the bar if I would like, so I told her it was all right and I would just go to the bar myself. But when I got there the gentleman working there said, Im sorry Im not allowed to give you a glass of water but you can buy a bottle of water I was just thirsty after having done the rock wall using the last bit of my points, and wasnt looking to spend more money, I just needed a couple sips of water which is why I asked for a water fountain in the first place

We have always enjoyed going to Strike & Reel, but after June 9 Ill spend my money elsewhere. I had 3 young grandchildren with me to see IF. I pushed the blue service buttons several times on a couple of our seats and, although several servers were coming and going, no one approached us. I then took the 7 year old (in the middle of the movie) out to the concession stand. The girl behind the counter, at the concession stand register, told me they were closed. This was at 2:30 p.m. on a Sunday. We finally flagged a server down at our seat, who said he was sorry, that the call button on our seats werent working and hed send someone to take our order. A young lady came and took our order, which I paid for, and never came back. When the movie was over, I went to the concession stand, which was still open, and asked for my money back. The next day I contacted Strike & Reel to let them know what had happened. Unfortunately I received a reply telling me that I didnt know how to work the call button and I was probably using the table light and proceeded to mansplain to me how that worked. Also he had reviewed the video of us, describing my grandchildren under blankets and one sitting on my lap but failed to see a video of me at the concession stand. I have ordered many times from my seat at Strike & Reel and had great service. I understand a button might not work, but to be told to my face that they were closed was wrong and I wanted to let management know that one of their employees had done that. Instead management chose to tell me I was either lying or dumb.

This strike and reel consistently has the worst customer service. Every time we come here, attempting to give the establishment another chance. We re, yet again, let down. It seems as if the employees do not want to work here (minus the young man in the wheelchair who is always attentive and helpful). The restaurant workers offer slow and poor service. We have also experienced being sent from person to person, place to place, multiple times. We re told to go to the machine to handle an issue, then go to a person, then go back to a machine and a person while that person (the bowling desk supervisor) disappears and reappears with no sense of urgency. These experiences have happened on at least 5 occasions with the same employees. Do not recommend. Save your time, energy, and money.

We came at 3pm on a Monday. They had 1 person for the waitstaff running the restaurant and all the bowling lanes. Food came quickly and was good, but we were 30mins into our 1hr before we were even able to order food. The arcade prize room is a joke and a total rip off. $66 is what we spent on 3 game cards. The prizes for lower ticket prizes are cheap junk. We definitely WONT be doing the arcade here anymore.

Progressively worse each time we go. Always figured it was just because it was a slow night. Servers dont come, forcing you to go to the bar, which means you have to go to bar all night. Lanes jam so you have to sit and wait. Random games not working or missing key pieces. And the associates working the climbing wall will totally ignore you. Its fun when its good, but the people piece is missing for sure

We ve been to this movie theater a couple of times and it s always an issue with the food. We got there before the movie trailers even started and we ordered just a plate of chicken tenders at the snack station window and it still took 40 minutes for a plate. The kid at the snack station got a bit irritated that I even went to ask about the food, he said it had been delivered 15-20 minutes ago which I was at the seat the whole time so it hadn t been. The food was delivered but to wait 40/45 minutes I won t order food there again.

Something has changed here- the last 2 times my family and I have been to the movies here it has just been awful. Yesterday we ordered, popcorn, 4 drinks, 2 candies, and chips and queso. After 30 mins I turned on the button again when we had not even received our drinks. 10 mins later someone finally came and brought the chips and queso. Still no drinks, popcorn, or candy. Another 10 mins- so 50 mins into it they brought 1 drink. 10 mins later they brought 1 more drink and one box of candy. Another 5 mins and they finally brought the popcorn, 2 remaining drinks, and other candy. 65 mins into a 96 min movie. Absolutely insane. 2 weeks before that I was there with just my husband. We ordered drinks and popcorn. 30 mins later I pushed the button again and asked for our drinks and popcorn again. Another 20 min went by- nothing. 60 mins into it we finally got popcorn and drinks. I drank mine- the sprite was flat. Pushed button again- 5 mins later they came and I said it was flat. 15 mins later they brought it back- flat again. Then after that I called to them to come back for it and asked for one that was not flat or to have water. Another 10 mins go by and they finally brought in a water. Just absolutely awful service. Obviously they need to hire more people and have more staff, but this was just crazy honestly.

Service is horrendous!!! Got there 20 minutes before the movie started and no one came by to take our order for the first 10 minutes. After I hit the service button someone finally came asked what could he get us. We said how about menus. He then asked how many our family of 4 were the only ones in the row!!! After about 5 minutes into the movie he comes back to take our order. About 15 minutes later, my burger comes out but no one else s did. As 3 of us ordered burgers I gave mine to my wife. After another 15 minutes I go ask for a manager, who was just slowly meandering his way to me. About 10 minutes later the rest of the meals, with only 1 slight issue, they forgot to leave tomatoes off one of them. No kind of recompense was offered. I left zero tip and said why. Afterwards my kids reminded me that we came here once for bowling and had very similar service. This ain t baseball so it s two strikes and we won t be back.

I like how wheelchair friendly it is. I know you don t go to the movies and expect the best food but Even easy food item to be messed up( not incorrectly made) but just not good in general. Pizza. How can ou not make good pizza? Pizza is good regardless. I found that the best thing on the menu is their beef hot dawg , it s really beefy and it s good. On a pretzel bun which I m usually not s fan of, but here, it works and its good. If you ask the crew to layer the butter on your popcorn they will. Popcorn, butter , more pop, more butter. This is optimal for butter popcorn as you move towards the bottom on the bucket or bag! I m a sucker for butter buttery popcorn.

Overall, Strike + Reel is a nice venue with lots to offer, but they have a serious problem in how they make it incredibly difficult to redeem gift cards. You can t use gift cards to book movies online, or redeem with their automated kiosks in the lobby. You have to stand in line (but make sure you are in the right line, otherwise you will waste 20 minutes and be sent to the back of another line), and then have to wait for a manager to come process the transaction. And while waiting, the seats you selected are taken by others (but you are still able to buy them, leading to confusion in the theatre of who has which seat). Great amenities and well maintained facilities and they make it easy to buy gift cards, but if you want to redeem a gift card, it is best to arrive an hour ahead of whatever you are wanting to do.

Service was awful we waited 45 min for a bowling lane and then when we finally got to the lane it was still dirty with plates left from the people before us. Then we ordered food and proceeded to wait another 45 minutes for it to come out. It came out like 5 minutes before our time was up and the food was COLD. Food was awful and seemed like it had been sitting out for a while. Arcade games are cool and bowling isn t too bad, but I would recommend going somewhere else.

Absolutely disappointed and literally sick to my stomach!! I had ordered food at the very beginning of the movie (5 minutes before the movie actually started). More than halfway through the movie, my food still hadnt come, so i told a waiter who told me that it should be out shortly. At this point im already starving since since I had not eaten a solid meal all day, as we had planned to get dinner here. Tell me why it finally came during the last THREE minutes of the damn movie! and honestly it looked like the most pitiful looking pizza I ve ever seen. The worst part is that it literally wasn t even that busy! After the movie i went to seek a manager and talked to a judgemental front desk who got manager Matteo. I told him the situation, he did not utter a SINGLE thing besides What is the seat number he then proceeded to mess with the computer (still not saying anything), after a few minutes he said hell be right back. He came back after a few minutes and showed me the receipt and said that the pizza got taken off. He did not offer a SINGLE apology,explanation or ANYTHING! not a SINGLE care in the whole world. He then turned around and typed on the computer some more and completely ignored me. Absolutely ridiculous! So don t come here if you re expecting to get your food before your movie ends! Or great customer service in general really (oh ps they still expect you tip them of course)

I really like this place. The games, movies, etc. The problem is that the food in the theatre is usually inedible. Burgers like charcoal, Caesar wrap hot and dry.... been sitting in the window took long. Service is ok but the food takes too long and is awful. Ill still go but wont be ordering food after 5-6 tries.

Although the games kept the children entertained, service was absolutely horrible. Me and two of my close friends visited and we couldn t have been more dissatisfied. Upon arriving at the bar, we were not greeted. When we made our presence known, we were serviced with attitude and eye rolls. It took 3 tries (20 minutes) and requesting a manager, before we were spoken to. Even still, the manager excused the lack of care and offered no solution. Will return in hopes that it was just a bad day. (The establishment was not busy just by the way.)
