We ordered from their ghost gluten free kitchen via DoorDash. You can t order gf crust through the main restaurant s website. I ordered the Hawaiian with no cheese, but it came with cheese, so I couldn t eat it. I was able to pick it off of a few edge pieces, and it seemed like it would be good! Unfortunately I still feel sick, so I m guessing there s dairy or egg in the gf crust; they don t list the ingredients anywhere. Overall, I would recommend it if you eat at the restaurant and can ask more questions. Disappointed with delivery and making mistakes with allergies. Dietary restrictions: Have gf crust, but unclear what else is in it, like egg or dairy. No way to see ingredients list. They didn t pay attention to my cheese free request so I couldn t eat my pizza

This is my go to whenever we stop at firewheel. Food is always good here and reasonably priced, good lunch specials, and the service is always fast and friendly. Also, the restaurant is always clean and cool! Bring a sweater if you re someone who gets cold easily. If you re not, you ll be very happy here! Wheelchair accessibility: The space isn t huge but it s easy for my daughter to get around in her chair even when it s busy.

I come here all the time, I work and live at Brio at Firewheel so when I found out Palio s was nearby I came to get pizza and desert, I come atleast 3 times a month. service is great and the food is amazing. They have so many different pizzas and it s thin crust the garlic bread is top tier!!!! The manager remembers you by name which is crazy because so many people come here. If you haven t tried you re doing yourself a disservice!

If I could give this place No Stars, I would. We ordered online, and the order said pickup by 8:30 PM. We arrived, and our order was not even ready. The place was very empty, with barely any customers. Their excuse was, Do not order online but call in; our system is faulty. They said they would make the order now, and it would take 15-20 minutes. So, we decided to wait. We went back in, and the young boy asked the other boy who was making the food about the pizza, and he verbally said, Oh, I forgot! So they came and told us that they forgot! How can you forget our order twice? Now you are serving others who came after us. Then you want to give me cheesecake? The kids working here are unprofessional and talking rudely about people in Spanish. Then they have the nerve to forget someones pizza after saying they would fix it! Now we are waiting longer than expected. I will never come back to this place again to order or take out!

Pasta is decent but every time my partner goes in here to pick up our food they ignore him. Sometimes 5 minutes, sometimes 30 minutes. They ll make eye contact with you and still just pretend like you don t exist and take care of others who walk in after. I ordered a XL build your own pizza with pepperoni, bacon, beef, onions, and bell peppers. The pizza tasted good, but it was cold. I ordered delivery and it showed up 25 minutes after the end of the given time window. When questioned about the mixup, the response was oh, we dont do large cauliflower crust, but this way you get more pizza. The food was great, but the girl at the front desk was aweful. She barely acknowledged we were there while scrolling through her phone, was barely alert while taking our order, was dressed inappropriately for work, and never looked up from her phone even when there was a huge drink spill in the restaurant. I tried to order something earlier tonight over the phone but nobody ever picked up. Had issues online ordering. Called back to back with the phone only ringing for about 5 Mins long with no response. I would think being a Monday it would be slow but idk. I know the Owner will not respond back to this comment/review ahead of time as well. I see he/she only responds back to 5 Star Reviews left. Anything less than that, the Reviews get no reply to/feedback lol. I will not be referring this place to anyone whatsoever.

Ordered delivery from this location yesterday. We had not tried Palios before and wanted something different. Gotta say we were impressed with the food. Order was delivered correctly, the pizza was great - tasted fresh, the sauce/cheese topping ratio was spot on. Baked wings were good as well. Good stuff overall, will order here again.

One of my families favorite pizza places but tonight they failed miserably that s why I giving 1 star. For starters my delivery normally 20 or 30 minutes was 50 minutes because it was peak time on a Friday night I understand that but Ended up being over 2 hours waiting and calling and being told they were on the way twice just to get burnt bread that had to be trashed and paid extra for fresh basil and all we got was Italian seasoning. Very disappointing!

The guy at the register was such a sweetheart, the wait was long but SO worth it the food is SO amazing! went with 4 friends, we all loved our food . please keep up what you re doing! it was so delicious. i recommend leaving after ordering and walking around the mall for about 45 minutes, then come back.
