We bought the new boneless wings in the signature hot & sweet and spicy & they were great. We also got chicken tenders both with mashed potatoes. We were so glad Popeyes was open after hurricane Beryl because not only was it convenient but very tasty.

Ive had a couple of bad experiences with my food being fresh. This particular Popeyes bank with the bank I work for. When Joe, the manager, came in to conduct business, I informed him about my experiences. He informed me that he would speak to his staff about it. He also said to let them know I want my food made fresh and that Joe said so. I havent had any problems since. I would recommend this Popeyes on 96 in League City.

So tonight me and my family experienced the ABSOLUTE WORST experience ever at Popeyes on 96 ! We were sitting down eating dinner and the childish employees thought it would be funny to turn all the lights off on use and make us eat in the dark . That s not the worst part ! They looked us in our face and laughed at us as my autistic son was screaming because he s scared of the dark ! Then lied to our face and said the lights automatically turned off on their own . This is the closest Popeye s to my home. I never know if the chicken will be good or not. Tonight the chicken pieces were tiny (a breast and a thigh) and not much meat on them. The crust was tough and greasy in spots. The mashed potatoes and gravy were too spicy and the biscuit was dry and hard. I used the drive-thru and the girl taking my order could not get it right. It took three tries. The guy at the pickup window was okay but seemed a little confused when I asked a question. Popeye s used to be the best fried chicken around but lately it hasn t been. Parking: Not enough spaces in front of the restaurant and parking lot is very busy as cars come speeding through.

I ordered a biscuit, I paid for a biscuit but low and behold there was no biscuit in the box with the chicken.
