These people have made many mistakes in my grandmas case. We experienced late or no communication at all when issues in our case arised. We were waiting years to be approved for an application they failed to send out THAT WE PAID TO BE SENT OUT. Don t forget these people are not lawyers and it s best to spend more money to hire an attorney, than to waste money and time here.

whoever runs this establishment only cares about quantity not quality. They dont check over on cases, never answer phones. And they still have the audacity to reply on these reviews instead of professionally reaching out to the client. Thats what they do, avoid direct contact. This needs to be shut down

Mother in law pardon was approved and they did not tell us. 2 years passed and took it to get reviewed somewhere eles and all it needed was a paper to get sent. They stall you way to much.got the interview within a year and now they upset another lawyer saw our case. Lazy people that dont check on you or your case

Very shady place. I ve been asking form MY forms for years and they wouldn t give them to me until now, yet I still had a few forms missing. Fortunately I noticed. One of the staff members decided to yell at me for double checking if I had all the forms I needed. And proceeded to say the forms were confidential information yet its all my paperwork. Not recommended at all.

Omg! I m so mad at the person who answer my calls, after I told her the reason of my call, she said she would give me appointment and put me on hold forever so I hung up thinking she probably forgot. I called back 3 times and no one answer the phone. What kind of service is that.

Very disappointed with this organization I had a criminal case pending an my attorney try more than 5times to reach out to ms.mirian for help on witch way would be the best outcome for me.. after more than a month of trying with no response or return call to his office.. will not use this establishment anymore on my future immigration needs...

Ive had them fill out my Daca, and the renewal, as well as the Advance Parole(which was approved) by them. They Really do try to help you and let you know everything. My Family members have been using them for yeeeaaaaaaarssss, that is why i gave them a try. Christina is really the best! she goes above and beyond to help you understand every application and the process. Right now we are in the process of getting my residency, and i couldnt be happier with the service they provide. Specially for the price. they dont try and rip you off like the a lot of the lawyer in DFW.
