We actually thought the place was closed since it was so empty. That shouldve been a sign. The girl at the counter was nice, but the wings were super bland, and the last one I had tasted awkward. The biggest knock was how out of stock and dirty the place was. The salt and pepper shakers, as well as the floors, were super sticky. The napkins, ketchup, and cutlery were all out.

I placed an order online in a parking area near the restaurant. Placing the order online was simple and easy. I went in to get my order and it was bagged, stapled and ready to go. I did have to ask for the drink cup with my order and I told the cashier it was a large drink and he responded we only have one size. I definitely paid for a large drink. Ok no big deal. I get to the car and decide to eat in the car. No napkins, no straw, no ketchup- all of which I added when I placed the order. Lastly, all of the food was cold which is odd since I placed the order outside the place and then went in to pick it up. I may be able to understand if the place was busy but it was literally a ghost town in there. Maybe it was an off day

Note to the owner/manager: I usually never write reviews but this place was SO dirty, we couldn t believe it tables, napkin dispensers, tea dispensers, and ketchup dispensers, all caked with nasty gunk. Had to ask for ketchup since the dispenser was out, was brought a handful of ketchup packets with something that resembled honey coating the outside of all the packets, they were just stuck together in one giant blob. Floors were heavily coated with grease, food, and trash. Lemonade machine was off and half full of what looked like stagnant lemonade. Food was decent, but we almost left just because of the state of the location. This did not used to be like this. Please someone get this place under control. It is in far too nice a location, and prices are on the higher end for the inside to be so egregiously dirty and unkept.

This place was positively disgusting! Everything was sticky and gross, and the drink station i have no words. I have nothing positive to say about that place. I sure hope me and my family don t get sick after eating there.. I went into the bathroom to wash my hands, and it was nasty. Grimy and gross, with trash and a bit of I don t know what in the sink. The food was mediocre at best, and customer service was average. If a health inspector set foot in there, this establishment would be closed in a heartbeat. We will not be returning.

I m going to keep it short and sweet because I don t want to waste another minute talking about how gross this place is. I did not think you could mess up wings but here we are. The wings are nasty. Undercooked. Cold. Tasteless.The buffalo sauce was bland and I m very glad I didn t get a side because we just wasted 35 dollars buying wings and drinks.This was my first and last time eating here.

I wouldnt recommend to order take out the quality of food was horrible, we live approximately 5mins away and there is no reason the food should be cold in addition to this Im most disappointed for the way the food was thrown together especially for the price. The burger was so sloppy you couldnt peel it out the paper due to the veggie juices and grease from the burger which left the bun to nothing. The Chilli cheese fries were a block of soggy fries buried under neath a blend taste of Chilli and wax feeling cheese. I had to literally cut a section on the ccfries to make an attempt to eat it. I would like to think if my family and I had of dined in the food would have tasted better. However we didnt dine in instead we ordered online for takeout, either way it was a horrible experience that I greatly regret my family and I dont eat out often and the one time we treat ourselves in months to do so on a recommendation from another restaurant employee Im regretful and highly disappointed I spent my money here for what we got. I called to speak with the manager about this and was told the manager is on break.i called back and was able to speak with the manager, Jason who was so nonchalant and dry about the situation. I shared with him the disgust and regret I have for spending my hard earned money there with them and he went on to state how he is in no position to do anything and how the owner is on vacation and he dont know when he would return. I only wish I could get my money and time back from people who do not care about how one is affected by things like this. To some this may be petty but situations like this is why I do nor like to eat out. The one time you do you have to deal with people like Jason and disappointments from your food not being prepared properly and throughly cooked.

The location in Plano, Texas has been closed and the nearest one is almost 40 mi from where I live. The food was good at the location in Plano but I say close. Im not been able to get to another location. You need to find the more locations in the area if youre going to continue to get any business here in Texas.

This place is dirty! None of the tables were wiped down a lot of trash under the drink station. I asked for my bacon on the side, and they still put it on the burger. They probably forgot as they were just on their phone. I asked for the bacon on the side so I can give it to my wife since I do not eat pork. Bad service overpriced. I will not be back to this location. They need a true manager to get these people off their phone and to clean and do their job

Customer service was normal . The burger was triple cooked. Dryest burnt burger I ever threw away after one bite. I literally almost choked. I should have known once I started looking around the place was filthy! I was afraid to use salt on the cold stale fries that also were thrown away, they were covered in black greasy finger prints ! There will be a TLDR at the bottom. To say that the food here was bad would be a compliment. I came to this establishment on 4/28/24 I ordered a double cheese burger, sweet patatoe fries and a drink my total coming to 21.52. Upon putting in my orderd I had request my burger be made medium rare more on the rare side. When I had made this simple request the cashier had what could only be described as a look of fear in her eyes as she had stuttered with her response of all our burger are made medium well, but I can request the cook to make yours medium rare after a brief moment of her speaking with the cook she came back and stated he will try to which i replied thats all I can ask. after an extended time of waiting (20 mins plus. Which seemed odd since the place had a total of 3 customers including myself and the other two people had already been eating) I was presented with the most medium well burger I have seen in my life with a side of burnt sweet patatoe fries. I was amazed on how my request to make his job easier by requesting he have the meat on the grill for less time was Ironiously ( incorrectly) done in such glorious fashion. At this point I was hungry and unwilling to wait another 20 + mins for the cook to attempt to get it right a second time. I went ahead and bit into the burger I was surprised and amazed on how tasteless this burger was. It was as if the cook looked at the spices and said not today someone from England would have thought this was the best burger ever ( if you do not get the joke English people are known for making bland food with no spices) I then looked at the sweet potato fries and thought to myself well atleast these will be good. Folks, Fat burgers did not fail to meet my expectations in failing AGAIN. Even the sweet patatoe fries were tasteless. After eating all of the fries and most of the burger I had my fill and was about to bring the left-over burger to my 160lbs King Cane Corso I then decided I wouldnt want to share the disappointment with him and put this food where it deserved to be from the start IN THE TRASH. For those of you who read this I hope you enjoyed. TLDR If you like tasteless over priced food go here.

The burger was good but it was missing pickles and relish that was supposed to come on it. The service was friendly and the restaurant was clean. The price was a little pricey. We didnt like the hard chairs but it was pretty other than that. I figure it was good but it wasnt great. I was hoping for a bit better but it was okay. With so much Burger competition above average has to be way above average. So yeah it was above average but it wasnt way above average which may not be good enough.

I was hoping for a really good tasting hamburger, but the bread wasn t toasted like great hamburgers are. I was told the relish wouldn t be sweet, but it did have a sweet flavor to it. I requested no mayonnaise, only mustard, but it wasn t spread on the bread, it was on the meat side? I ve had better hamburgers.

Ive tried several Fatburger locations, but this was very bad. I should have taken it as a sign when we walked in on Easter Sunday, and the place was dead. Burgers were all overdone, and mine tasted like they dumped a cup of salt on it. I ate it anyway because Im leary of sending things back. Now I feel sick and will not be going back.

We got there around 5:30 pm on a Tuesday afternoon, the two employees that we working the front were both talking on their personal phone through ear buds, I ordered my meal and when asked what side I wanted I asked for onion rings then got the reply of oh we re out of those. Ok then fries. My boyfriend wanted to order a burger that had onion rings on it but was going to change his mind due to them being out of them, oh we have enough for the burgers when ordered. So your hour when a side is ordered but not for burgers makes no sense. Then we asked for a side of ranch for the fries oh we re out of that. The food was horrible and there was trash left in the napkin holder at the table!!!! Never going there again!!!!!!

I went in for lunch for two today. I wasn t greeted but while I sat and waited for my guest I was asked was I ordering something. The guy at the register didn t seem like he wanted to be there. The tables still had crumbs and other debris. I asked that it be cleaned and the same crumbs were still there after they half cleaned. The meal was freshly prepared but the meat was very salty. We finished half of each of our $20 combo meals; and left the rest.

I tried Fatburger years ago in LA long before they came to Texas and it was one of the best burgers I ve had. I ve tried this location three times and it s gotten worse each visit. My burger was dry and it tasted burnt even though it wasn t. It was like they didn t clean the grill or something. bun was dry too. I took 5 bites and threw it away sad to say but I don t think I will come back. Also there is a lack in customer service. You can tell no one behind the counter wants to be there.

Burger was incredibly good. Our fries arrived between cold and warm but still tasty. The fountain drinks were mixed on the watery side. Had a teeny tiny spider come down from the ceiling to visit with us; looked up to find that ceiling was dusty and needed a good cleaning. First visit to Fatburger, and probably last. The restaurant wasnt crowded, but it still took over 40 minutes from the time we placed our order until we got our food. While the burger was good, it was over-priced. We ordered fries and onion rings, and neither were hot (or especially warm) when we got them. The onion rings are probably really good if you get them while theyre still hot. It was overall a disappointing experience.

If able to give 0 stars, I would the servers always have an attitude and get annoyed when you ask them simple questions, I went here yesterday around mid-day. Nobody else was in the lobby but me. There was a worker behind the register and ignored me when I said I was ready to be served. She then attended to me with horrible customer service, always giving attitude. I get it, you dont like to work, but atleast dont be grouchy around the customers. Not even to mention if you dont wanna work there, just dont work there then. But when my order was done. Not only did they say my name wrong, the just stared at me and when I asked for my order, the nightshift server guy with dyed hair just stared at me ugly. Its been pretty cold in North Texas yet we had to feed the monkies. The regular stops where not calling us so we looked for a new family place so the call was Fatburger. First thing to think about is the actual location and parking which is hard to find due to the set up of the shopping center. You enter and place your order at the counter. The place was dead so you would expect effective customer service. The cashier was nice and a bit helpful. I asked her what she liked to eat since it was our first time there. She recommended the Western BBQ burger. The wife was not feeling the burger thing due to the KETO vibe and my boys just asked for the traditional burger set up. The bathrooms were well kept and overall cleanliness was ok. After a while, remember only one other family was there, our food arrived. The little monkey kids meal reminded me of the 80s Wendys commercial Wheres the Beef?! My others son value meal must have also been on a KETO diet. My burger had missing onion rings, burnt meat and just no bueno. The cashier would later bring the onion rings on the side. The wifes boneless wing meal added a strong exclamation mark to a poorly prepared meal especially for $52 dollars. I should have purchased the wings at Sonic which would have been cheaper at half the price. There are so many other places I will take my family before I return to this place Im Garland.

If I could give ZERO stars I would! Started at the Allen location and they were out of the Impossible Burger. Now Im at the Garland location, and although they had the burger, the customer service is absolutely horrible!!!!!! Very dry and hurry up with your order ish, but I still placed my order. Went to the restroom and came out to see the one who took my order is also the cook. Even when HE (white guy with long hair) brought my food, I thanked him for my meal and he literally said nothing... AT. ALL. When food is made with a bad attitude it never comes out right!!!! The service was trash and so was the burger. One of those ate it bc I paid for it type of situations. Their menu is overpriced, too! First time visit while doing some shopping at firewheel. Got 3 fat burgers, king burger and wings. Steve did a fantastic job putting old school burgers together. Took me back to the good ol original Dq and Whataburger burgers. Really good stuff. Enjoyed the wings. J took our order and was very nice and helpful. Crazy, stupid expensive. Burgers are way too salty. Save some money and go to In and Out down the street. Honestly, for $15-$20 per person go to any of the restaurants around it and get better food and service. Not worth the money. Dietary restrictions: If you re vegan, just get the regular buns. The workers there don t have a clue what s vegan or not and may try to tell you that have a gluten free bun thinking it s the same. We had to look it up ourselves as the allergen menu didn t have the buns either.

Wanted to try for the first time as I heard they were big out in LA. Tried the original Fatburger combo with fat fries. Service was good at the counter and the wait wasn t long for our 3 meals. I didn t pay but for the price of everything ($50) you expect top of the line burgers and fries and this was closer to a regular burger. First time at Firewheel location. 2 employees at register didnt acknowledge us. Waited about 5 minutes for them to take our order. Not helpful with the menu for 1st time their. Ordered 2 kids meal 1 hamburger 1 chicken nuggets our granddaughter couldnt eat them due to BBQ sauce was spicy.noteput any sauce on side for kids. Most of the tables were dirty. Ordered online. Saw the charge go through. Waited 10 minutes. Went inside. They said they didn t have my order. Checked my bank and the restaurant had kicked back the order. So then I ordered from the girl at the register. The order was mostly right though she automatically assumed I was ordering meals and charged me for meals. Ok fine. Got the order. Took over 20 minutes. Ok fine, too long but ok. Checked the bag, missing a side order. Asked about it. she never ordered the extra side. Ok fine. Walked to my car. Took about 1 min to get there. Took a fry from each order, barely warm. Too irritated by this time and just left. Got home in about 7 min. Fries were not warm and burgers were like a cold sandwich. I ve been to Fatburger in another city and it was awesome. Came out hot and delicious. Not really sure why food would come out cold right from the kitchen. They were not busy. Maybe 10 ppl in the restaurant in various stages of waiting and the girl I ordered from was pretty quick. Just disappointing overall and paid $40 with tip for 2 meals. Charging those prices, everything should have been piping hot. The taste of the food was good once we heated it up at home. I was in the restaurant business for 35 years, you need to check your own service and see what customers are getting. They may not say anything but will never return and will tell everyone they know about the experience.

I mean, it was a burger. Not terrible. Not amazing. The patty was tough. But has a decent flavor. The onion ringer were battered well but were served cold. My wife and son loved their fries and said they were tasty. We were surprised to see the kids burger was the size of a small slider. But it still filled him up. All in all. When I walked in, the place was empty. That should have been my first sign. Customer service was alright, felt a bit rushed. Tables were all dirty. Food tasted under seasoned and just not great overall. I ordered a turkey burger and it tasted like a frozen fake meat patty. The French fries had pieces of fried tenders or onion rings, or who knows all in the bag of my fries. They must cook everything in the same basket and then don t clean them out.

The young lady that took my order made me feel as if I was interrupting her talk with her friends who stared at me for being a little confused! Told young lady taking my order this was my first time there and not familiar with restaurant. The overall atmosphere is quite pleasant and appealing. It gives a welcoming vibe. We went and ordered for multiple individuals. One decided to get a shake, and the others wanted water. We were told the water cups were out and were provided 1 drink cup for water, so 2 would have to share one cup. It was beyond a bit disappointing as we spent over $40 and werent provided another cup. Then, we were told that there arent any more ketchup cups as those are out. It is a bit difficult to eat fries and have it for use on your burgers without the ketchup cups. The food was good, but the intangibles and service definitely left a bit to be desired. Unfortunate to say the least. Vegetarian options: Did not have the veggieburger in stock.

Labor day 9.4.23 3:37pm, first time here, sooooo disappointed in the service. Young man with a giant CHOSEN ONE tattoo on his forearm was the rudest person I think Ive encountered in food service. He was so unhelpful and made the experience here awful. He would not sell a kids meal with a gluten-free bun. Im not sure if thats a rule or what, but its very inconvenient for me buying my child a meal and needing a gf bun. Ive never been here and didnt know what he was asking about the fries, and he was very rude when I didnt understand his fat/skinny question. He just repeated himself and didnt even try to help me understand. He spoke almost in a whisper, so I couldnt hear him. He never said hello or asked if I was ready to order he just stood there and stared. When he gave me my order, he just silently set it down, didnt say a word, with a scowl on his face. The food was pretty good. We were glad to find a place that had dairy free options, but honestly, after the service, we received I wont go back. Id rather go somewhere like In n Out and have a bunless, cheese less burger and be treated kindly then return here and be treated like a nuisance. Very sad, cause this is the only place weve found that even has a dairy free cheeze option! Paid $50 for 2 burger meals, because they charge way extra for gf and df, and 1 shake. Way over priced. The girl that took our order was nice and quick. We paid $40 for 2 Turkey burger meals including tip and the wait was around 20 mins. One of the cooks was unprofessionally correcting our cashier in front of us.. kind of awkward. We laughed at the size of the burgers when they arrived. The burger patty was too salty but in combination with everything else on the burger, it kind of drowned out the excessive sodium. The fat fries weren t gross but they had no salt on them. Onion rings were mediocre at best. If it wasn t for how small the food was, it wouldn t have felt like a rip off. This meal was worth $12 at best. And also, what kind of burger place doesn t keep ketchup at the tables yet you have 3 Tabasco s at every table?.. price gouging and no ketchup? you people are monsters.

They messed up 5 of our items. 2 burgers we asked for no tomato, they had tomato on them. 2 kids cheese burger meals, didnt have any cheese on them. They gave us the incorrect side for another meal. Food was as good as you can expect from a Fat Burger. The service at the register was terrible. Young lady was unpleasant to order from and seemed overwhelmed and bothered that she had to make the shakes we ordered. She made the wrong ones and had to remake them, all while huffing about that she had made the mistake. While this was going on the kitchen staff got into a loud argument about something and started slamming trays around and yelling at each other. This really ruined the lunch vibe for my family after a fun morning at a local kid activity business.

My wife and I stopped in the other day with our dog to grab some lunch and it was not busy at all. Ordered a large burger meal, and waited over 25 minutes for it. When we finally did get the burger, it was ice cold in the center. Ended up just eating so we could leave but will not be back again. A couple next to us ordered before us, got 1 of their burgers and after asking the server, still never received the other one. For the price (and they do ask a premium), service should be much quicker and food shouldnt be cold. The burger wasnt bad but was cold. No char or even seasoning on the patty. The fat fries on the otherhand were amazing! Edited to add that I did contact Fatburger at the email they supplied on 04/08/23 and as of 05/12/23 I have not received any response.

Service here is absolutely terrible. I walked in, cashier didn t say hello or anything, just looked at me. I gave her my very simple order, fat chili cheese fries. She gave me my receipt, still didn t say a word to me. Why is this kind of service the same whether I go here or in Allen??!? Terrible staff. My chili cheese fries took 30 minutes. How on earth??!? And they weren t freshly deep fried, the grease was so soaked into the fries they were inedible. Two bites in and I had to toss them away. Terrible service, terrible food. My friend and I both had burgers and onion rings and sweet potato fries. Everything was delicious! Burgers had such great flavor, and the sweet potato fries were the best. My burger and fries were pretty good, nothing better than most burger joints though. I only gave two stars because a few bites into the burger I realize there is a piece of cheese paper still on my burger. I dont like confrontation and cheese paper isnt that gross so I didnt say anything and just finished my burger. It was $50 for two 1/2 pound burger meals including a tip which is a bit much. Also Im not quite sure why its expected to tip for them to bring me my food 5 feet from the kitchen. It seems to be the standard for places like this though. I wont be going back... Not having foreign objects in my food is the bare minimum for a restaurant and FatBurger failed.

The ambiance was very chill and clean the cashier was very nice and prices were okay I got a double burger meal added cheese and a 10 piece wing only with an extra drink total billed was 39 bucks. The flavor was great although the buffalo ranch flavor taste nothing like ranch lol I PERSONALLY THINK ITS WAY BETTER THAN WHEN I HAD FATBURGER IN CALI PROBABLY BECAUSE CALI IS WAY MIRE HEALTH CONSCIOUS THAN TEXAS. I was honestly shocked at how tasty and juicy their burgers are. Both fat fries and skinny fries came out great, too. They dont do such a great job keeping their drink fountain stocked. Even when they know a flavor is out, they dont bother putting a sign or telling you. And if you want the wheat bun, you really need to tell them two or three times, else theyll forget. Bit overall, a good experience. Dining area was clean, comfortable, and attractive. Mens room was adequately maintained. I will be back.

I was really hopeful when i saw this place open. I couldnt wait to get a chance to go. I was shocked when i came in and ordered my food and drinks and was told after I paid they had no drinks other than beer and lemonade. I asked if they had water and they said no?!?!? I have never left a review before, but after my last visit, I thought I should. The staff is always friendly, the restaurant is clean, and the food is always very good. I ve been to this location a few times and have had a great experience, but I noticed an overcharge from my last visit and asked the manager Sean about it. He went above and beyond to help me out, offered me a refund for the overcharge, gave me my order for free, and even delivered it to me a few doors down! I saw this location in Yelp as Hot and New, so we gave it a try. Two of us are on diets, so part of the review is that its still worth stopping in, even if you DONT get a triple half-pound patty burger. The original is 1/3 pound, they have veggie burgers, turkey burgers, and chicken sandwiches. and if you are avoiding buns, they have a burger with no bun, but two patties with everything else in the middle. Or you really can order a 24-oz burger. Its also worth mentioning that you can choose between thin-cut and thick-cut fries. But everything we ordered was good.

Horrible customer service, I have never been somewhere with worse customer service. After waiting 48 minutes for our food, as people who came in way after us were receiving their order in under 10 minutes. When asked about our order was ignored. Once we were finally acknowledged, they gave us a refund but didn t give an apology nor did they explain what was taking so long. It was miscommunication between the front and the kitchen which was evident as once our order was finally ready the workers were arguing about different orders. At this point I was very agitated and wanted to speak with a manager about the lack of communication and overall poor customer service. The man at the register told me he was a manager and that they had given us a refund and at that they finally admitted what took the order so long. It still didn t justify the no apology or explanation as we waited over 40 minutes with no food. As an establishment that just opened I expected so much more. Especially as I was so excited to try as all my friends from California raved about this place.
