Great small brewery! Stopped by on my way back from a trip to Neches, had the honey ale and the IPA enjoyed both. Will definitely be sure to drop by next time I m in the area.

Got not one of us looks from the second I walked in. Do not recommend to visitors. Plus, the beer was mediocre. Half the people at the bar were drinking bottles of michelob and the like from the cooler.

I have been coming here since they opened, and yet to be disappointed. The atmosphere is great, the crowd is diverse, and the beer and food are some of the best in the area. I cant say enough about how good the place is ran. The owner is around so much and open to his customer base that the one time I did have an issue he handled it him self. Not only is this a great place to catch a beer with a friend but it is also a family atmosphere with kids in house on the regular. They also hold a good amount of community events and draw in some great live artist from the local music scene. All-in-all I would recommend anyone I meet to stop by and check out what they have to offer.

Beware of their hours. I drove almost an hour and half to get here because Google and Facebook said they were open. Got here at 11 like everything said, to be told by the bartender they open at noon. Come back at noon, all the doors are closed and locked. Also, window says open at 2pm. Get your hours together for people who want to travel to support small local breweries.

So Im at a private party on a Sunday! Baby shower. Ive tried many of their Ciders and Wow fantastic. Our server behind the bar was a very cool guy! Definitely turned me on to ciders, My husband and I had a great time!

Great vibing little brewery off the beaten path. Stop in here on Friday or Saturday for live music at its roots and drink with Jesus while your there. (If that sounded weird just go and order a Jesus. It s their best beer on tap and has an interesting story). CHEERS!!

Was here 4 years ago on an odd week night and was nice. Back again on a trip and closed up 2 hours early on a Saturday night so its blackout when I get there. Something must be going south. Wasted stop because its why I got a hotel here for the night. Glad the new brewery in town was kicking.

This place is a brewery only, despite the many different food menus that come up associated with it on Google. I looked at 4 menus that all had the brewerys name & address. When I called to place my order, I was told they do not have food there.

Tyler, the owner, was awesome. Went above and beyond to make The Functional Gentleman (@HTTTFG on Facebook) feel at home, from the in house brewed beer choices to touring their future building everything was top notch. Dont let the small town fool you, this is a place to be.

Family owned business. Great service. The house beers are nothing I have ever tried. They are amazing. I have worked for a small brewery before and was a bartender in the past. The unique beers were amazing. Some of my coworkers even want to drive hours away to try them. So unique and awesome.

The only local brewery in town, so its a good thing theyre skilled at it. Plenty of clever beer options/styles. Ignore Google - no food available, but you may bring in anything (suggest pizza). Pleasant local vibe. Worth a visit.

A little bitty brewery in a little bitty town with certain charm. The beers they make are all fruit flavored and Im just not into an apricot IPA. Thankfully the guest tap beer list was normal stuff. Cozy place with no food served.

I lived here for over a year and finally got around to visiting. They had a peanut butter stout that I could NOT stop drinking. Incredible. The atmosphere is very typical of a brewery, but also has a very friendly neighborhood vibe to it. The bathroom is single stall (men and womens restrooms separate) and were nice and clean. The entire place was clean and the bartenders were exceptionally nice. I am sad that the peanut butter is gone now, and I hope they bring it back at some point!

Honestly considered moving to Port Neches area to be closer to NBC while in my recent house buying process. Local music talent Reid Guidry is a frequent patron and is always there to make mention of Port Neches is God s country or something of that effect. It s a great time, friendly staff, fun environment, and the owners are always around to shake your hand to make you feel welcomed and appreciated. I do intend on going there! #thatainttrueRonda

I was carrying about my Noble quest when my squire noticed I was in an all but happy mood, he suggested we stray from the path Because he heard of a small shoppe that sells a potion brewed by wizards that will put me in better spirits and we can get on with out quest. After consuming this potion I went from feeling like a low stable to the king of all the land. 5 stars would recommend.
