Waiters are friendly and attentive. Chicken wings and chicken on a stick are juicy and fully cooked. I love the egg drop soup here. Wheelchair accessibility: This place is very accessible. Enough distance between tables to get through the dining area. Rows between buffet warmers are wide enough people can get by my chair. Large handicap bathroom stall that is easy to maneuver in. Only 2 handicap spaces to park in though, unless you go to the end of the building where there are 2 more spaces.

The manager of this restaurant yelled at us and was angry just because he didnt believe the girl was 10 years old. The truth is that you always pay but I never go back. The other time we had a fly in the salad and they said it was because of the season, they have 0 ethics

My father and I walked in at 850 and waiting to be seated. The male host says we close at 930 .. Not hello or welcome in The food was tasteless, only one beef option and the hibachi grill part had already closed down. Our waiter didn t see if we needed another drink or anything. Didn t even speak to us. We proceed to leave and the same rude host didn t ask how was the meal or anything. Just took my card and asked me to sign. Not friendly or appreciative for your business. There are Waaay to many options to do business w this company. Save your time and money

Gave it a few tries since it was local. Overall its too overpriced now for the quality of the food and I believe they are serving day old food as one employee was salvaging crab legs and crawfish at the end of the shift into a container to go back into the refrigerator or freezer. Will not be back. Save your money and go to Golden Joy in Richardson or First Chinese Barbecue if you want something fresh.

Good solid buffet. I am sensitive to MSG and I am able to eat here cautiously, so perhaps they don t load up their dishes with MSG as much as some Chinese restaurants do. I enjoy the sushi and shrimp. I tried the crab legs, but it s a lot of work for the amount of crabmeat you ll find in the legs. Be sure to request a seafood cracker tool, as they are not available at the food stations. I have yet to try the stir fry station but will do that next time. The decor needs a refresh. We were seated in an area where the peeling wallpaper was held up by packing tape.

no greetings when i walked in, I had to wait 20 mins to get my water the table was sticky. the only good thing was the food expect the waitress will take so long to come pick up the plates. at the end she forced me into tipping her $5. and the manger didn t seem to care when i told him. i recommend going else where

Went yesterday for my birthday 6/12 with my wife and two kids sat down with our plates didn t even eat and enjoyed our meal when a big cockroach is crawling on the wall next to me that s an infestation when they come out during the day got up and notified the server about the situation and left very upset place needs to be cleaned to prevent sickness to other people this is a health concern needs to be addressed immediately

Flaming Buffet In Garland-I like the senior citizen coupon we always get from the mail. I like the selections , good hot and sour soup, the peach cobbler , the chicken wings , fried banana plantain, baked mushrooms , egg rolls, are some of my favorites. I love vegetables like green beans broccoli etc but they need to cook it more. The beans are so hard to bite and taste not very well cooked. If they can cook the beans, the broccoli , cabbage a little longer to make it softer to bite that will be 5 stars .Those make my jaw hurt trying to chew those veggies . By the way I have complete set of teeth but still hard to chew.

It was a place that my Husband Buford and I enjoyed so much! He passed away almost 2 years ago and we were in AZ. at the time... it was hard for me to go to the restaurant when I came back to Texas because it was our thing we loved doing together. Today my daughter ask me if I would go to eat with her there and I knew it was time... I am so glad I did with my daughter Raquel... Friendly people.. good service and even better food than ever before... I am so glad ... it almost felt like my Husband was still alive and there enjoying the wonderful time we had so many times together! We have a son that is born on 04/14/2021, and the owners said he was too tall. They charged him as a three year old even though he cant get before and they treated him as a two year old. Blatant discrimination against an infants height, do they want to see the birth certificate? Because we can bring it straight to their face to show that he is two years old as of this review and they will trash it and say that he is three. This place when it opened up was good, then it declined quickly. Service, food and demanding tips from customers was witnessed the whole time we were there. And when customers didn t speak English which obviously was not theirs either the would speak in broken Spanish saying Mucho Dinero and some customers were Ethiopian and Middle Eastern, Mexican. It was demanded not earned. The food was not fresh and when asked for fresh food I was ignored.

As we were finishing up a lady working there was watching us from another table with nobody occupying it. Then she kept asking for a tip as if she help us with anything, when another lady who ACTUALLY helped us did. She then just hovered over us watching us and preceded to ask for a tip or asked if we were going to TIP. TIPPING is for how well your service is, if you didnt help me or provide a good service to me to feel that you earn it then thats a NO but for you to be bugging and demanding a tip just because you watched us as we are getting ready to go after giving us our check or to just stand there is ridiculous. If you didnt help me or serve me in any way of service then NO. I Understand tipping but to tip just because you want money is ridiculous especially demanding it. The food is very good, I go with my family and I recommended it to many people, but I went on 01-12-2023 with my daughters and the waitress was very rude until she threw the tray in front of my daughters because she said she wanted more tips, thats the one youre working on. Food on the buffet line is not hot, but none of it was gross, the hibachi is the only way to get hot food and it is delicious especially for its value. Though if you are vegan or have shellfish allergies I wouldnt recommend the Hibachi as I got some shrimp from someone elses order in my plate and I could taste other meats that werent in my dish, to me thats no big deal but I imagine people who can be hurt by such cross-contamination wouldnt feel the same. The staff was attentive and courteous. There was only one truly bad part of my visit, the restrooms. Both the toilet and the floor around it were covered in a grime of dried human waste, the soap was empty and the paper towel machine hadnt had its batteries changed in weeks meaning it gives you about an inch of paper towel. These are not things that happen overnight, as someone who works in food service I find it doubtful that they have maintained that place at all in AT LEAST a week outside of just changing out the trash bags and toilet paper rolls. Still a bad bathroom doesnt make a bad restaurant would still recommend.

Sea food are salty and lots of flys are playing around the food specially around the desert section.floor are very sticky and unhygienic the front front Desk personnel is rude and very sassy and if ever you will bring your 2 year old kids to accompany you they better have appetite or you will be giving them free money whether Your child eat or not. The food was good! It was our first time eating here, it was hot and fresh. Good service. The reason i rated it a one star is because, after we paid for our food. The lady with a bob hair cut asked us why we didn t leave her a tip and got rude with us. Atmosphere is minimum for an Asian Buffet. I have attended as both a sit down customer and from a take out perspective. While my interactions have improved over return visits, I m still not getting a warm vibe from any of the staff. Take out boxes lacked depth. Labeling of buffet items varied from limited to nonexistent. It s a failure of many buffet type restaurants. Not sure why there s such laziness in this area. Not only does it provide a critical need in providing patrons with valuable information, but it s an easy way to improve the experience at a minimum cost. The ability to take home soup which in fairness is a common flaw in many Asian Buffet establishments. Prices were very fair given the locations demerits at $5/lbs. The taste quality of what I ve eaten so far is good. The failure is in how they keep the food fresh for patrons. The dumplings for example were tasty but dried out. The fries were borderline hard to point of being able to be used for a weapon. The lack of a Mongolian cook to order section was a major disappointment. I will have to return in a sit down capacity to provide a more complete review. Parking: While I was able to find a spot it is tight and possibly of a lack of space is a distinct possibility when they are busy.

Everything was fine. The problem was an employee. She does the same thing. She always does her show and shouts for more tips when she doesnt even serve us. She serves in the area that is near the bathrooms in the. location of 78 in garland

The service was good, the servers were very attentive and always very busy cleaning things up, getting drinks, etc. The restaurant itself wasnt the cleanest and the layout wasnt my favorite. This is a smaller buffet than others Ive been to, but there were still a lot of the typical options available. The food was OK, but some of the items didnt taste right. I will say that the temperature of the items was great, everything was piping hot. It was okay for lunch, but I wouldnt come here for dinner and pay full price to be honest.

The server was nice, only that she kept asking for tip. The food overall was horrible. Main course wasn t bad but not good either, was edible enough. The dessert on the other hand was just nasty. When people say save the best for last surely doesn t apply to this place. The desserts were nasty, some even tasted like just butter. Save your money!

Still as busy as ever as a buffet despite the pandemic. (Im mentioning this in a positive way ) Q.) Do I still have to wear a mask when I go here? A.) Yes & No. Explanation: when a customer asked if he can come in despite not having a mask b/c he forgot to bring one, one of the ppl in the front @ the cashier said its ok. His whole family forgot their masks. However, the majority of the customers in the buffet wore their masks . They only took it off when they sat @ their tables to eat. Which is what I also did. Bonus! aAsk an employee! They provide light plastic gloves (not easily breakable, one size fits all) that u could use whenever u go back to get more food, so ur not touching the utensils w/ ur bare hands when putting food on ur plate. Dependent on u if u want to reuse the glove for each visit u go to the food. Q. How is the seating arranged? A. Honestly Im not sure, but I have noticed that some ppl are seated by the waiters, others can walk in & get their own table, & most ppl were seated at least a table in btwn the next set of ppl eating. ( Guessing this is their way of social distancing) Q. How is the food? Are they still serving crab? A. Yes & Yes. They still have a variety of food as u would see at any buffet u go to & is delicious . I came to eat here on a Friday & they served crabs. This day, their crabs are not as big as before, but still tasty. (Depending on whats delicious to ur taste buds ) Q. Do they still have someone there ready to cook ur food? (Hibachi) A. Yes. I noticed the employees doing this are also wearing masks as well. Hope this review helps b4 u decide to come eat here.

Save your money. This place was actually nasty and had terrible service. The food tasted old like it had been out all day. There wasn t many choice either. The restaurant itself is very unsanitary and disgusted me. The staff has terrible attitudes and demanded a tip after not saying a word to us the whole time we were there. The staff lurked around the table as we ate which was annoying. I will never step foot in here again!

There is not many options, the environment was bad. The staff was very rude she didn t even say Hello. They forced us to tip and it was just disgusting. Please don t come here if you like food and the Hibachi was not sanitary there was just random food everywhere I did not think that looked tasty and I love buffets but this was not the buffet for me. There was mo good atmosphere either. Please go to another place and save the wait

I don t recommended dining here. The food wasn t the best even thought there were so many options. However, this isn t my biggest complaint. Our server was super rude and hovered over us while we were eating. A couple of times, she rolled her eyes while filling our waters and didn t even smile. She also gave us the bill before we were done with our meal and was pressuring us to pay. As we left disappointed in both the food and service, she yelled at us No tips! . This was a super unprofessional notion and embarrassing on her part. If the waitress with the glasses and long hair comes to help you, beware you ll not only get the worst service but also be put on full blast about not tipping.

This place is fabulous if youre hungry. The sushi was excellent and was constantly being updated by a live sushi chef. The Chinese dishes were hot and very tasty. I would highly recommend this establishment
