So just about anywhere else I ve been taco cabana is awesome. I love the food and usually very good people handling it, but this place is absolutely disgusting. The food is not cooked right and the quantity is terrible and the people working there are rude and just overall a terrible experience eating over there or even getting any food from there I ve never seen anything from a fast food chain this bad.

Ordered breakfast Tacos, tortillas falling apart and the eggs were HARD. I opened them up and lost my appetite. Almost like the portions of ingredients for the tortillas was... off? Like a cup too much flour and not enough of anything else. Every piece of bacon was burnt, and they threw in shredded cheese into the Tacos. I specifically said no cheese, lactose intolerance makes this dinner a waste of 24$. Overall just seemed like nobody either knew what they were doing, or didnt care. Never had an experience like this at any other taco cabana.

We used to eat here a lot, ever since yalls company has not open the salsa bar. Just refuse to eat and any of the locations. Someone needs to take note!! Finally went back and was very impressed. Let s try and be nice. The breakfast tacos aren t terrible. That s as far as that goes. 42 minute wait for tacos and coffee with only 3 guests inside. When I asked about my order, said they accidentally cleared it from the screen. Atmosphere - what can I say? Interior looks like it was hit by a hurricane. Dirty table tops, no plastic sauce holders on island, just a sh!thole. For being around since 78, TC acts like it doesn t want to be around through 28.

Service was absolutely amazing! You don t find good customer service like that anymore. The young African American man with glasses working the drive thru tonight went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and the way he just made the conversation flow so easily. I really wish I would ve had cash on me tonight because this young man deserves a nice tip for his outstanding customer service. Thank you for bringing a smile to our face tonight. We kept saying how we love to take you back to Lake Conroe with us LOL!

I came to order 2 meals and a drink sat there for 5 minutes with one person already at the window, waiting to order. I was asked to pull up and sat there for another 5-10 minutes. The lady came out with half our order and then had to wait.. AGAIN. Then a guy came out to go over our order again and sat there.. AGAIN. And one of our meals didn t come with all the topping it was supposed to. Get back to the hotel to realize.. there is no utensils and I ordered a salad there was nobody else ahead or behind us.. this is ridiculous..

After getting sick from a restaurant down the street, my husband took me here to get something plain. I ordered their bean and cheese tacos, and they helped my pregnant tummy feel so so much better. The tacos/beans were really fresh, the queso and chips were very yummy and even the regular sized cup is pretty big. For just under $7 it was a heck of a deal. The service was also friendly, especially considering the fact that we did go in close to closing time. Over all, the food was great, service was great, and it saved my tummy from feeling worse. Thanks Taco Cabana :) I will definitely be back

This was my first time at a Taco Cabana. Were from out of state and we dont have one where we live, so I wanted to see what the hype was about. Not bad for fast food. The cheese on my enchilada was perfectly melted (queso style) and I really loved the carne asada on the street tacos! It reminded me of great taco trucks back home. My husband wasnt impressed with the cheese quesadillas, but I liked them, especially with the salsa. Overall, really good food if you want to get something quick through the drive-tru! Speaking of drive-thru, as convenient as it was, this experience was not great. The lady taking my order was all over the place. Not only was she hard to understand, and she struggled to understand me for some reason, shed say go ahead, and I told her what I wanted, and then shed immediately stop me and say hold on and there would be a loooooong pause until shed come back and ask me to repeat what I had said. This happened a few times. I only ordered 4 things, it shouldnt be that difficult! She also messed up several items while reading back my order. I refused to move on until she got it right, which Im sure aggravated her, because when I got to the window to pay, she was less than friendly. Maybe she was new and training? I dunno. I didnt see anyone else with her at the window. It was just bad timing for a rather long line of cars behind us too. Either way, the food was good!

This is our first time to a taco cabana and the food is a step above what we were expecting and the price is right. We were here for breakfast and there wasn t a crowd (but to be fair, it is Christmas Eve). So it was very quiet. Service was just ok. And although we had the same food pick up number as the table next to us, we got it figured out quickly and the food order did not get mixed up. We will come back.

We used to love Taco Cabana. Its ghetto now (as of 2023). There is one nice hard working woman who tries, apologizes, but seems to be pulled 99.9% of the time in different directions to try fix things. The manager there is worthless as she tries to get help. If your order is missing and have to address it, You will find either drunk, high, or head-phone wearing individuals with a ghetto-chip on their shoulder (at best) or physically jamming to tunes blocking you out completely. When they feel like it, they close early, whether you ordered in advance or not. However, a little tip... They leave the back door open while they drink and smoke weed. The manager is a waste of space. Smacked out of its mind most days. Taco ghetto, seriously. How do you take what was once a great place to take a family out and turn it into this? It can only be that it reflects the personality of who and what the owner and managers really are. Do yourselves a favor and go ANYWHERE else. You will be grateful you did!

Service was terrible. The lady who took our order made us feel like we were inconveniencing them just by being there. Lady at the drive thru kept forgetting my order then gives the person in the car in front of me my order. She seemed high to be honest.. She walks off with my credit card for awhile and comes back. The guy in front of me went inside and returned my order at the counter. The drive thru lady then tries to give it to me. Luckily the lady who I assume is the manager tells her no you cant do that and they remake my food. They eventually give the guy that had been in front of me some food that isnt quite what he ordered and I can hear him just give up and accept the food because he was tired of dealing with it.

I went there with my family for the first time and the last one,I went through the drive thru and the lady was very rude,the food was bad,no flavor,no salsa and the tacos very poor,I dont recommend this place

We drove 14 hours to Galveston and were looking for tacos for dinner once we got in. We went to Taco Cabana first because of reviews and menu options. When we walked in we were greeted with a very snippy and short attitude telling us what they were out of (which is fine) then informing us that there were four people working so it would be 20 minutes plus wait time. Not sure how it would have taken that long with four people and NO OTHER CUSTOMERS in sight. Given the employees attitude we wouldnt have trusted them with our food even if we had ordered. Very rude. Very unwelcoming. We walked out and went to a taco truck that served us within ten minutes and only one cook. Even though we arent from here, we have a lot of friends and family who travel and would not recommend this place to anyone. I can get better service in St. Louis and since we opt to go out of state to avoid the horrible service there, thats saying something.
