After my accident, I was fortunate enough to find Mr. Derryberry and his staff to represent me. My wife was involved in a car accident that wasn t her fault. She began to have injury issues a couple months after the accident. I assumed there was no hope for us at that point. However, I called Daryl and he assured me he could still help us. Him and his staff worked extremely hard and kept us informed during the entire process. He went above and beyond our expectations to get us a settlement. They under promised and over delivered. I was hurt and their insurance barely paid for anything. That was ok though because for years I have paid for under insured motorist through my insurance company. Little did I know that my own insurance company that I have been paying for years would deny me. I called Derryberry Zips Wade and I immediately got an appointment with the doctor that I needed and they started the procedure to get me the money I was due. It took two years and filing a lawsuit , mainly due to COVID postponing us, but they got it done and for more than I expected. I appreciate everyone over there that helped me out.

They took really good care of me and my family.I was involved in a car accident that took my husbands life. The people assigned to my case were friendly and very helpful.
