No free chips! We finally asked if they had chips and salsa. We got them about 10 min later. We were charged $1 for a small plate of warm, thick chips and pretty hot green sauce. I love spicy, but that green sauce was pretty warm! The quesadillas were very good. The side of sour cream was about 1 table spoon and watery. The flavor was good but the consistency was way too thin. The pico de gallo was mostly onions. I was able to get more sour cream on request. Overall it seemed like the recipes leaned toward the more authentic Mexican food with the super spicy side of Tex-Mex. Personally I prefer traditional Tex-Mex over the more authentic Mexican food recipes..

Anytime you re in Galveston looking for a quick bite, come here!! The food is always fresh. The ceviche is really good, especially when it s summer time. The fajita street tacos and charro beans are my go to, and they never disappoint. They have tables outside also so you can enjoy the seawall during your meal.

While on vacation we had eaten a lot of rich, often fried seafood meals and were craving something lighter and easier on our digestive systems. We found Limon Paradise and had a Watermelon Agua Fresca to drink alongside a great fruit concoction called Bionico. The man making it was an artist with his slicing and assembly of the Banana, Papaya, Cantaloupe, Strawberries, Cream, Whipped Cream, Apple slices and crunchy Granola bits. It was truly delicious and the service was great so well definitely return.

Food was delicious compare to many restaurants around. The preparation and taste are on point. Sauce is good and spicy. Its a busy place specially during weekends so they were out of a couple of stuff but never the less it was worth it! Recommend tacos with the side of beans. Frijoles rancheros have been the best that Ive tried around the houston area!

Service meh, charging discrepancies and lack of communication among each other.... Went to this place excited they had nachos but ended up getting tinga nachos which a was a better choice thus the only reason it got stars. For starters the place was empty so there should not have been hurried to order. While ordering we were still looking at what else to order, mind you there wasn t even a minute pausé talking in real time not figurative. Mid order the older lady taking order just cut me off and gave me total, I just brushed it off and paid. We clearly said it was to go several times. The curritos which where mostly nonexistent were handed in an open box, one in the bottom part of a Togo box the other on the lid. Again that would have not been much of an issue the could have just put foil over it yet they struggle back and forth with what she said that s how the serve to go and the older gentleman who seemed embarrassed said he wasn t told it was to go. Then the younger man preps the strawberries and cream in a bowl after they had already struggled with the cuerritos because it was supposed to be to go. Oddly the tinga nachos and Gorditas were bagged to go yet he proceeded to make the strawberries in bowls. Again we were the only ones there. I also ordered a preparada which states cup of fruit and I quote large cup with a lot of fruit yet he took a large cup and filled it with ice. It was a large cup of ice with decorative fruit on top. It was filled with squirt and Chile. I was hesitant and thought there was a misunderstanding and told him I ordered a preparada and he said yes that s it. I said I thought it was a cup of fruit. At this point I was already mad. I could have accepted the charge discrepancies because I know using square charges and small businesses struggle but that and everything else is just not ok. And yes ma am I saw your faulty addition with each item, 3.99 plus 3.99 is not 9.20 and yes this is why I did not tip! Tinga nachos were good I do give them that but that s it.

This place is disappointing especially because of the bad-tempered grandmother who is charging and taking the orders, she does not pay attention or have the patience to serve since my wife had not finished ordering yet and she was already charging us, we ordered everything to take away and she did not He informed those who were preparing the orders, and I told them that it was for takeout, everything was a mess and very expensive, I ordered a chicharrón and they put a lot of cabbage and only three pieces of cueritos and the Valentina sauce that they have is old and rancid, and to top it all off, the grandmother, the short hand, charges too much, lady, dont do that, thats fraud, dont be a thief.

We when a man to have lunch at the place and the juice bar / refreshment part of the restaurant wasnt even open and she said oh the owners are not here yet so we cant serve you anything from that part!!! Bad business on a bit summer day. Lost several customers who just wanted to get refreshments just while we were having a less that standard lunch. I love the concept but they have some improvements to make for sure. I will give them another try. We will try something different simply because they were recommended by other people. Everyone deserves a second chance. But the way I feel if you are going to purchase a meal at the price we paid it definitely should be good and worth the$$$. Also we got an appetizer of chili con queso and chips. It was the ballpark canned cheese with some hot sauce added in it We do not recommend that at all very dissatisfied with that and never will purchase that again. Hope this helps the next person. Horrible customer service. Prices are overpriced. I go to many places like this & this is one of the worse experiences ever tried. He tried to not include all ingredients in what I order had to ask for him to go back and get it. He kept acting like He didnt know what I was saying until I had to speak in Spanish then he was surprised. He profiled me from the very moment I walked in the door.
