I go here often late nights as I am a delivery driver but I also go for myself like tonight and there is always a lady working she has tattoos but shes really nice always super busy but you can tell shes giving it everything she has and the food doesnt suffer its still great I really wish I knew her name so I could give her a proper shout-out

Employees are very rude. The manager is rude. Every time we go there they could never understand my grandmother and she speak english and very clear. We ask for to ice cream cones. The employees keep saying. What was that and didnt my Grandma? She didnt like that and the employee said. Im not about to deal with this today. I demand someone be fired. Or there will be consequences. Or they will. Big consequences.Im taking my business to McDonalds since they get more customers. Things need to change This should not be happening if ya do not know english. Go take some english classes or go to Olive Garden or go to Dunkin. Donuts where people actually understand you barely get customers. This is horrible, the food is disgusting.

As many times as I have been here I cant understand why these employees cant understand when I make my orders. I made my order very clear today, 2 ice cream cones but they couldnt understand and wanted me to repeat but whenever I come I have to repeat my order over and over this gets frustrating. Time out for Repeating my orders and maybe I need to take my business to McDonalds.

The impossible burger is the bomb!!! Add on: Tonight, I ordered a Whooper with nuggets. The nuggets were dry and cold like they had been sitting there. Lets not get on the whooper, omg!! It was cold. The meat tasted like it had been sitting there. It look like someone dug their fingers in my bread and it had a funny taste I dont know if it was the tomatoes, mayo,or ketchup but I just ended up just taking the meat off and eating that.

They decided to make lemonade a premium drink by putting it in a much smaller clear plastic cup and calling it a large instead of country time lemonade through their normal fountain drinks. I asked for the large cup I normally get and I was told they cant do that. I guess I will quit going to Burger Kings 3 times a week, because I cant do that attitude. I realize the decision to rip customers off by serving less and trying to package it as something premium is not the workers fault. Unfortunately, the only way to get companies to change is just to not go there and rarely will they figure out what turned people off from being fans...

We have a large family, so ordering through the drive thru is sometimes stressful, on both sides of the speaker... however this was a very pleasant experience. Its 3 am (Sunday night-Monday morning) and the guy working the window has EXCELLENT customer service. The food (lol yes, even the frys) were hot and the sandwiches were put together very nicely. Not sloppy at all like Ive definitely experience at other locations. I just wanted to take a moment and say thank you. I appreciated this experience. I dont know your names, 3rd shift, but you are doing great. Walked in and was not greeted, girl passed us and did not say excuse me. Guy at counter did not acknowledge as well but was more concerned about stocking receipt paper and leaving to back. This place you can tell mainly service the drive thru and don t care bout the inside. So I left, will not be back. Kid-friendliness: Needs to train on hospitality. There appeared to be a homeless woman, who wasnt eating in the dining area. With her shoes and socks off. And she was scraping what appeared to be dead skin off in the the floor. I said something to one of the workers because you could smell it. They said nothing to the woman and she continued to stay there the entire time my family and I were there. I have 3 kids and my husband with me. My kids were asking what she was doing. We also had 2 extra people come and meet us there. The food was good, other than allowing the woman to stay and do that, the staff was generally polite. Kid-friendliness: The play area was pretty cool my kids loved it.

If I could leave zero stars I would but it doesn t allow it on here. All management here is horrible. I ordered a meal that cost me $26. And I didn t receive half of it and got charged for 3 items I didn t even order. Then was promised a refund from Nasha(manager) and I went to get that fixed today and the other manager (Rosa) was very rude and denied me my refund for their mistakes and was very upset so I had to call the other manager Erick and himself was not helpful and hung up in my face because he couldn t handle a simple conversation on my fustration. Very weak management and weak communication within the store. Don t go here, it s trashy as well, and they don t even take orders properly and they just don t provide service well neither.

Not very good here. While ordering had 2 flies hovering above the register and almost crash into me. The employee taking my order didnt know what all ingredients came in my burger, wanted the big king so I asked the manager named Jennifer and she did know, 4 cheese and 6 bacon. Well thats what I wanted. Took my food home and couldnt believe that my whopper had a cheese on top 3 bacon and everything else below dry. I called the BK and the manager said her cook said I was lying! She said she could fix it but to take it back. Oh my God! I was already home and its kinda far. So with gas being so expensive though it wouldnt be worth it. So please watch out with these employees and manager here. Because it seems that they are always right not the customers. Took my grandson to get a double cheese burger no pickle. His was right. I got a double cheese burger with extra mustard and onions. There was at least 2 tablespoons of mustard on it. It was literally dripping and oozing out mustard. No pickles, no ketchup. And No Napkins to scrape off all the mustard. Its a 50/50 chance that a person will get what they ordered at this particular Burger King. I guess its according to whos working. The seagulls enjoyed the jar of mustard with a side of burger. This is why I usually go to the one on N. Alexander. They always get my order right.
