Today I went to Hospitality ER Galveston today for emergency care. The care and treatment I received was excellent. The staff was very professional, caring very attentive, took care of me immediately. 1st class service and the facility is Absolutely Beautiful! Five star all the way and most importantly I feel a 100% .Thank you all for the care I received today it was Awesome.

Omgg listen I am terrified of doctor officers and from the time I entered the door there was a warm embrace that I never felt at any emergency department in the twenty eight years of my life. My blood pressure was excellent usually high when I visit any place , the staff were hands on and perfect great smiles and energy love love this facility and the staff and cleanliness from the front lobby to rooms felt like was home being taken care of by family seriously grateful for this facility Highly recommend!!!!

This was the best experience I have ever had at an ER/ walk in urgent care. I was severely dehydrated and needed immediate care. I was immediately taken back and given a room. Within 5 minutes I had three individuals working on me and the IV was flowing. After about 30 mins I was moved to a more comfortable room with a bigger bed. I am not kidding when I say they checked on me every 10-15 mins. They made me fresh chicken noodle soup and made me feel as much as home as I could be from visiting from out of town. I wish this ER resided in my home town.

Let me paint the picture for you. We drive 8 hours to the beach enjoying our first evening there. Our 5 yr old slips through the railing of the bunk bed at our AirBnB and splits open her eyebrow. Blood everywhere. It s apparent she will need stitches. It s 2:45AM and I m holding her while googling different E.R. options. We were across the bay and would have to take the ferry to get to any of them. Hospitality ER was farther way than other ER s but had wonderful reviews. Since we were dealing with a child so I took the gamble taking her there. From the moment we walked in to the ER I was met with immediate help from the staff. They were kind and reassuring to me and so comforting to my kiddo. They gave her a bag of gifts to distract her while getting everything ready for the stitches. They went above and beyond explaining options and what they would personally do if it was their kid. I felt like they were my own and talked to me with love and care and I can t thank them enough. I hope to not need an ER again in Galveston but if we do I will 100% be going straight back here.

I have never been treated with more respect than I have in this ER. They don t make me feel like I m a burden at all. I feel safe here. And I can t say that about others around here. And more at ease with my care and they actually Listen to me and try and give me the medicine that helps ME!! I do have to say that I have never had massage before and wow it helped me beyond words. Thank you for having such caring and compassion for your patients.

I am from California and visiting Galveston when an unfortunate health emergency happened to me. I was brought to this ER and was so struck by the hospitality, steadfastness & welcoming attitude of all staff. From the front desk, to the tech, nurses and the doctor. Everyone is very accommodating and made me feel really comfortable despite my condition. Their process flow from rooming patient to MD evaluation and diagnostics procedures are flawless I should say. Great place too in terms of cleanliness and accessibility. Highly recommend this super duper ER. KUDOS!

I barely walked in due to an unfortunate lower back pain and guess what, they immediately started the treatment. In one hour I could walk and sit again as new . You are amazing guys! Thank you for your help, your unique attitude, and the gift bag. This is all highly appreciated by a person who traveled from so far. Highly recommend to everyone.

Truly 5-star experience. This free-standing ER lobby looks like a hotel lobby and has all of the amenities therein. We were taken back quickly, and within minutes, multiple care providers were tending to my ill daughter, getting her situated and comfort medications asap. The physician noted surprising negative test results and pivoted to a different diagnosis - which was spot on. We appreciated the hospitality this facility exhibited as well as the excellent care we received (while on vacation!!).

Unless you are dying within minutes and have 10 s of $1,000 s to waste, go some place else. This place did x rays of my daughter s leg after an atv accident. I refused the Full Body MRI as her leg was the only issue. This place tried to do any and every procedure they could and when I said, we don t need all of that they acted as if I was the bad guy. I could see they tried from the beginning, giving warm blankets, which they charged for, toys, x rays, MRI, etc etc etc. When they saw we had insurance it was like Christmas to this place. For two X rays of a leg this placed charged my insurance company over $10,000!!!!! Who knows what it would have been had I not declined the Full Body MRI and multiple other items they were trying to do. With ZERO regard for the HUGE amount of radiation being released into my daughter for all of the un-needed X-rays and MRI. Of course, the patient isn t the important thing, it s making as much money as possible. CAPITALISM! On top of this, they gave my daughter zero antibiotics for an open wound that happened on the beach where known bacteria and flesh eating bacteria live. We had to go to Texas Children s 7 days later and have the wound cleaned out due to an infection. Full blown surgery and anesthesia. And another $20,000 bill. Texas Children s was chocked this ER did not prescribe an oral antibiotics. Hospitality ER is super nice, and they bring toys and blanket and all kinds of stuff. Hell I would to if you paid me 10k for two x rays. This place is the epitome of what s wrong with our healthcare system in America.

I was on my family vacation in Galveston and the first day my family & I went to the beach for a couple of hours not wearing sunblock. I unfortunately got burned bad and this didnt seem like an ordinary sunburn cause every morning for 3 days it got worse. My hotel was next door to Hospitality ER so I walked over and at this time it was just a sunburn that was on fire and felt like sandpaper. The doctor took care of me and treated me for 1st degree burns like she should had. Well the next day my 1st degree turned to 2nd degree and I went back to the ER and the secretary, hospitality girl, my nurse, and Dr. Corey Anderson was the BEST! Im so glad I went back! They immediately got me out of pain and and doctored me! Dr. Anderson sent me over to a burn unit as well for precaution and they were great too! Im so thankful & appreciative for the care I received! Thank you Dr. Anderson very much for calling and checking on me later as well. I would give yall 10 stars if I could!!

Most impressed by this ER. Selfishly, I d almost prefer to keep this gem a Galveston Island secret. My 16 year old daughter thought she may have broken her ankle. In tremendous pain, we arrived. 5 star, full-service care from curb to exam room and back. Every person there focused, customer first, with highly skilled medical professionals in every capacity. In and out in less than 40 minutes. On our way home, she was amazed at how this ER was more Lux than the Ritz . I agree. If The Ritz Paris were an ER, it d be the Hospitality Health ER on Galveston Island.

Went to the Galveston location yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. The staff and doctors are amazing, and they even have someone who gave a mini massage and aromatherapy in the room! The care I received was an exemplary model of medical services. They addressed the sickness in my body with medicine, and a holistic approach! I love it! I will always use their services. 10/10 recommend!!

If you are looking for a luxury, 5 star ER, then you ve come to the right place. Hospitality Health ER is AMAZING!!! Dr Miller and his medical/support staff are great. They have snacks, they have drinks (tea, coffee, water), they have private rooms, they have convenient parking, they have a gift bag for you upon discharge. This place feels more like a spa than an ER. We were here at Galveston Beach on vacation but I would move to Galveston just to be close to this ER!!!

Hands down best ER experience I ve ever had! You will be treated as family, not like a number in line! I ve had the unfortunate pleasure of being there several times for various illnesses & accidents. Their service never disappoints! Special shoutout to Dr. Fontenette though! She is an AMAZING DOCTOR, and you can tell that she genuinely loves her career. She wanted the play-by-play of my recent injury to truly understand my accident and how to treat it. She walked me through what was wrong & made it easy for me to understand. I will always ask if she s there now whenever I have to go back! This woman needs a raise, Hospitality! My family and I were traveling from Chicago and my son got stung by a jellyfish at the beach. We noticed the ER across the street and walked over. And what a beautiful well run business. A close family friend has been here a few times, one of which lead to surgery. They handled the whole thing so well. Thankfully I hadnt needed their services till two days ago. My toddler had a head injury so I called first to ask if they accepted children aged 3 and they did. I said we were on our way. When we came in they asked if we just called and expedited getting him back quickly. They put us in a child frienda room. Coalita came in shortly after and brought my son a bag of comfort items/toys. She checked on my son and my family throught our time. We needed a CT scan which can be scary for a small child but the woman that helped us with that was so kind and so patient with my son and my nervousness. She even got him a fresh baked cookie and milk for after. The Dr was so sweet and comforting. He took the time to explain and talk to us about everything. I have had to be in other ERs for myself and I have never had this level of care anywhere else. I cant say enough about how wonderful our care was here. Thank you for caring for my baby like he was yours and how kind you were to this very worried mama.

Our son split his chin open in the pool and needed stitches. This was easily the best experience we ve ever had at any ER or doctor s office. Friendly, capable staff, phenomenally clean space, gift bag for our son while he waited and beautifully done stitches. We will be recommending this place to everyone we know in Galveston!

Visited this ER with my toddler. We were helped quickly. The staff and the facility are amazing. They accepted our insurance. What else can you ask for? My toddler got a balloon and was so happy, even having a fever. Great place, will recommend it! And wont hesitate coming back if needed

1st day of our vacation son in law cought a hardhead catfish while taking ir off for him I got stabed by a fin wife and daughters took me there in a level of pain Ive never felt before they went to work on me and fixed me up very quickly the staff was amazing and then they called me a day or 2 later to check on me wish all er was like this ! Wow! What a fabulous medical facility. My wife fell and needed sutures in her hand. First thing I noticed was the entire place is immaculate. The staff were extremely friendly and genuinely concerned. Dr. Kerman was thorough in his evaluation and explained everything to her. They offered us something to eat or drink while she was waiting for tests. They were efficient and professional the entire time. I ve been in the medical field for over 20 years. I ve never seen a medical facility like this. We hope we never need to use them again, but they are the only place we will go if we need urgent care.

I was with a family member who was being treated for abdominal pain. We had the sweetest, most caring nurse take care of us. We were worried to say the least, but Jenna came in and calmed our nerves. I have never been as impressed with the care of an ER as I have with this place. We didnt have to wait hours and its such a nice facility compared to some of the larger, busier ERs I have seen. We were on vacation on the island from Missouri. Our 3 year old got very sick very fast. She was severely dehydrated. In an unknown place, we picked the nearest ER to our hotel and went with it. I thank God it was this one. This place was absolutely amazing. I work in healthcare back home and I have never seen such a place as this one. The staff were absolute angels. Exceptional care and customer service. They ran all kinds of tests and repeated them until my baby was safe for discharge. The facility itself was immaculate and very high class. I would give them more stars if it was possible.

I cant express how awesome this place is! Tamera is our new best friend, she made sure my sick baby was taken care of quickly and she kept me and my older child comfortable and calm! The whole staff explained every step and truly cared about my familys well being. 10 stars for medical treatment and just being awesome people! The building is beautiful too, better than any hotel in town and they have snacks and drinks! The goody bags we received kept my kids happy the whole 6 hour trip home! My wife had extreme nausea and was writhing in pain. Joe at The front was extremely professional and caring and insured us that we would get in right away, which they did. Joe provided a great and exceptional customer service. Dr. Oaks has a fantastic team. Everyone from Zoe, Ruth, Kevin, and Jenna all made us feel exceptionally welcome and had world class bed side manner. It felt more like being at a friends house than an ER and we would definitely be coming back here. This is what good looks like. I m a Director of global cyber security firm and I run three sales teams domestic and international so when I see good / great service I like to call it out. These guys are top-notch. My experience there was amazing. I came in because I was feeling horrible with sharp pain and the moment they told me to enter to one of their rooms, they instantly acted fast and proficiently. Within the first few minutes told I had a kidney stone and made sure I felt better and got rid of the pain I had. Amazing friendly people. Especially the front desk lady, she was very nice, kind, and professional. Amazing people and work environment.

My friend has been telling me for quite some time about this place so today I finally decided to go after being so sick. When you go in, it doesn t even look like a hospital more like a spa. They have complimentary snacks and drinks for you. The staff, AMAZING!!! They are so nice, funny and are there to make sure you are comfortable as possible. They even fed me! They came in to check on me and made sure I was comfortable and warm. The physician explained everything to me and what I needed to do in order to have a speedy recovery. They literally dot all I s and crossed all T s. I really enjoyed my experience there and will be going back there next time I get super sick

Patients in Baytown has been our go to for years, then finding Hospitality in Galveston on a whim was a life saver for our little girl that needed a breathing treatment. The staff here is amazing. As someone who lives with a chronic illness that puts me in the ER often, I have many experiences with many different hospitals. A recent trip to Galveston ended up putting me in the ER after falling and cutting my leg up. The staff was beyond amazing. From the X-Ray tech to the doctor and especially the nurses (both held my hand at different times). I hope you dont have to go here, but if you do - know you will be SO taken care off. I visited HHER after having muscle pain, fever and nausea for over 24 hours. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by friendly smiles from Joe, Justin, and Dariana. After checking in, Kevin, Colita, and Ruth took care of me for the remainder of my visit. I absolutely hate needles, blood, etc and Kevin did a great job at keeping me calm through the IV process. The rest of the team continuously checked in on me during my visit. Ruth, their in house message therapist, relieved my muscle pain with some amazing techniques. Colita provided various essential oils to address my specific concerns. She provided me a warm blanket to help with my fever and chills. If I could give this place 10 stars, I absolutely would.

Our evening took a literal turn when I twisted my foot and ended up in the ER. Immediately impressed with not only the elegance but the exceptional care from the nite shift security guard to the front desk check in , the paramedic and nurse, radiology tech and the physician all were a unified surprise! My wife and I are retired and travel the States in our motorhome. We arrived in Galveston, Texas with coughs and namely congestion. We found Hospitalty Health ER and came in for medical treatment. The first thing I observed was the comfortable check in area with complimentary coffee and beverages, with an assortment of chips, crackers and cookie snacks. We checked in and shortly were led to an examine room with two beds. Two nurses did a complete evaluation and set up IVs for blood work ups and injecting fluids and medicine. The service we received was amazing! The facility is excellently equipped and spotlessly clean. I left with an accurate medical evaluation and medicine. My wife was taken to a nearby hospital for overnight observation and treatment. Thank you Hospitality Health ER.

I will always love them!! They take such great care of me and my husband (my caretaker) I have a terminal illness and my care can get very extreme. They know exactly what to do to calm my pain and nausea. They make me comfy, there is a massage therapist, you can tell they truly care. Not just oh this is my job, THEY CARE and that means so much when you just want some comfort. 10 out of 10 and i have been consistent there for 2 years!

My eardrum busted our first day of vacation and they got me feeling better so we could continue our vacation on our cruise. This place was so clean and we had no wait. If you are unfortunate enough to need medical care in Galveston, this is where you want to be. Best clinic ever. Immediate service, no appointment needed, private room with warm blankets and snacks. Test results before leaving. And with insurance, it costs less than my regular doc. Plus it s a beautiful clinic and staff are so friendly. recommend. This is my go-to when sick or hurt.

This place is fantastic I could not recommend it more. We felt like we were in a spa or something with how nice it is. Everyone is kind and efficient and we were able to leave within a few hours (which included lab draws, IVs, a variety of scans) feeling much better. They also gave us a blanket and giftbag! It took a 7.5 mm kidney stone to finally get him in front of a doctor and I am so grateful it was the amazing team at Hospitality Health ER who treated him. He said he had never received just amazing, professional care. I am grateful to Dr. Kerman who took time to address all of his concerns. There are not enough words and gratitude that I have for this ER!!! It is AMAZING! From the SUPER SWEET staff to the cleanliness of the rooms!!! This doesnt feel like a regular ER! I absolutely love this place. Dr. Longoria, the Lady Dr. and additional Dr. s whom I cannot remember their names and entire staff. I was diagnosed Summer 2023 with a chronic (normally misdiagnosed) illness. The Dr s ordered the proper tests, didn t get tunnel vision and didn t give up. First, Im fine! Second - from the minute you walk in to HHER you will begin to question if you walked into an ER or a Hotel Spa - from the friendly welcome, to the snacks you can eat while you nervously wait to go back and see the staff. Once you get back to your room you realize you nervously stuffed your face with snacks for no reason - they work like a fine oiled machine and continue to treat you like royalty. The Dr. took her time to run appropriate tests and to fully explain findings and next steps. I was there on Valentines Day so the gave me flowers, some to-go treats, and A MASSAGE - what?? Seriously the best experience during a less than desirable time. They scheduled my specialist follow up and handed me a get well gift bag as I exited. Wow was my first impression. Walked in very comfortable and clean. Staff very attentive and friendly. I thought to myself this is more like a resort than the typical ER. Obviously don t want to frequent an ER but if needed I m going to Hospitality Health ER. Dr Scott Biar was very personable and is a wealth of knowledge. They had me in examining room before I had my paperwork filled out. Dr Biar completed exam and went over results in about an hour. One shot 2 medicines later leaving with needed prescriptions, gift bag, delicious king cake. I came in not feeling so good, left feeling much better with a smile on my face. All doctors offices and hospitals need to visit this place, it s unbelievable. If you re in the Galveston area and in need of an ER, you won t regret your decision to use Hospitality Health ER. Hands down, Hospitality ER is the best!! On a recent visit, they went above and beyond to take care of me. They explained things to me in real time and explained why they couldn t release me. They took care of ambulance transport to Utmb and made sure I had a room. They took such great care of me and made sure my vehicle was secure. I received a visit in the Hospital as well as check up, calls and a card from the staff. I cannot fully express the gratitude I feel for the care and support I received. I was a patient at Hospitality ER in Galveston, Texas over the holidays. The facility is state of the art, including labs and equipment (e.g., CT scan on site); however, it is the doctors and staff who made the most impression. In spite of it being the day before Christmas Eve, this place was fully staffed with the most competent and caring people and I received professional and comprehensive care, from diagnosis to recovery plan. Every employee there was informed and ready to implement my personal care needs; not one person dropped the ball, even with several shift changes. Experience has taught me that even in a health emergency, if I am conscious, I have to be my own advocate; checking medicines, procedures and protocols; making sure I get the treatment I am supposed to get for my condition. It is stressful and scary and as a layperson, an almost impossible task. At Hospitality ER, each staff member was so thorough in explaining what I needed and what would happen next, answering any of my questions without judgment or irritation and taking the time to assure me that they were informed about my health needs, that I was able to just relax and get better under their care. These health care professionals have been trained to value patient needs above all else and their attitudes were those of people who enjoy their work and treat their patients as they would treat their own family members. This level of care from a free standing ER in my community was a gift of immeasurable value to me and to my family. 5 stars is not enough to give for the amazing hospitality we received! While on vacation and on my sons birthday dinner, he experienced a bad allergic reaction to food. We rushed him here and upon arrival, he was immediately taken back and tended to right away! Everyone was so professional, nice and sympathetic! From the front office staff to the doctors and nurses! Our other 2 kids were with us and waited in the waiting room. I went to check on them and learned that they had found a snack bar, hot chocolate bar AND a nurse had offered to make them sandwiches!! This place is PHENOMENAL. I went in over this weekend due to some pain and what I throughly was separation of my incision from surgery. I was immediately greeted and brought to the back in less than 5 minutes. My nurse came in within seconds and the doctor minute after. I have NEVER been to a care facility so KIND and so QUICK. I am leaving this review on behalf of my wife who is currently at the Hospital. I took my wife into this ER last night because she was experiencing severe stomach pain. This ER was not accommodating nor professional, they took my wife s care as if it wasn t a big deal as she was suffering intense stomach pain from a surgery she just went threw. They had her pay $2k on her card before she was even treated as she was crying in pain. I seriously do not recommend going here as they do not value the severity of a patients current condition nor have the respect/thoughtfulness for someone in pain. You will get much better care somewhere else!

Today, at around 1706CST, I took my daughter to your facility with an intense abdominal pain. Between myself and her brother we carried her inside because she couldn t walk due to the pain. To my surprise as I approach the front desk to checked in, the duty staff told me that they didn t accept Tricare, Tricare Prime or any other military insurance. Wait, WHAT??? I said, ok. Can I pay out of pocket? He told me: No, we don t accept payments . I was so confused! I asked him, is this an ER? He said yes. So can I pay? He said no. So I grabbed my child and left to get care elsewhere where they don t refuse care to children with extreme pain. So you telling me that I have serve my COUNTRY and sacrificed MY LIFE so that MY FAMILY and your family get an opportunity to freedom; and here you are denying care to my child? I had the means to pay for her care if you didn t like my insurance but everything was a No. Very wrong, why do you even call yourself ER.

Unfortunately, over the years, we ve had to visit a few hospitals and emergency rooms, but I have to say that Hospitality ER is the nicest cleanest best overall ER we have ever visited. We were greeted by Sara and started our paperwork but before we could finish we were taken back to our room and we were seen by Nathan, Marcos and Hector. The level of attention and care they gave us was unbelievable. We were then seen by Dr. Anderson. Very nice man. He was very informative, answered all of our questions and made sure we were taken care of. It s hard to believe that in these times the level of care that we received here at Hospitality Er is even possible. We live over 45 minutes from here and probably have to pass a dozen ER s to get to Hospitality but I will surely make this drive whenever possible, if we need their services

Unfortunately I had to take my son to the ER while spending the weekend in Galveston. The Hospitality Health ER facility on Seawall Blvd was very tranquil and calming. All the staff members, from admitting to the testing technician were very professional and caring. Dr. Miller who was on call that evening, took his time with my special needs son and displayed so much appreciated compassion to ensure my son was comfortable and understood what actions would be taking place. After having to deal with an emergency situation, this ER is possibly the best place we couldve gone to. Upon entering through the main doors one immediately feels a sense of serenity that calms the nerves. The entryway is lined with comforting snacks and beverages, and there is an open concept floor-plan with tall windows allowing natural light to flood through. The receptionist immediately helped us and we were able to be taken in right away. I was in excruciating pain due to an abscess of a tooth on a Friday night in Galveston (midnight) so my husband brought me to Hospitality ER 24. It was the best experience Ive ever had in the health setting. It was like walking in to a 5 star hotel lobby with drinks (water/juices) and snacks, well lit, nice comfortable furniture, etc. They were quick, efficient, and very friendly. The whole experience was great. I highly recommend. It was expensive but with discounts and what my insurance paid it was worth it.

The Hospital isnt really where you want to be, but at hospitality they try to make you as comfortable as possible. I came in with a list of symptoms, I had multiple things wrong and they got it all figured out and on treatment to be feeling better again! The staff is so attentive and listened to everything I said to make sure I was properly taken care of. I needed an ultrasound and the tech was amazing not only fast getting there, but talked me through the whole ultrasound. I was seen and treated yesterday 6/23/23 at your facility. Initially, I chose this facility because of convenience. I have been to Galveston MANY times over the years and remembered seeing your signs. I ve been at Crystal beach vacationing this week when I realized I needed to see a Doctor so I headed on over. I was very impressed by the cleanliness as well as the overall appearance of the reception area. It smelled great and looked more like my living room than a hospital ER. The reception staff were super helpful and worked very hard to get me checked in quickly. I was seen by Marcos, RN, Karli (the medic not sure if I have her name right) and Dr Biers. All three are excellent communicators and were exceptionally attentive to me. I have spent many days in the hospital and the ER as an RN only a few as a patient (or mother to a patient) but yesterday was definitely set apart as the best experience for an ER visit. It was very apparent by the amount of pride and work that has been put into your operation and the owners should be very proud of their staff and this facility. Kudos to all. I ll definitely be letting my friends and family know where to go for medical treatment and minor emergencies while in Galveston.

We ended up here after an incident in the beach where an umbrella hit my son above the eye. We weren t sure if he would need stitches or not. We walked in and we re placed into a room almost immediately. The nurse was super nice and was very personable with my 10 year old son. He made sure he was comfortable and understood what was going on. The Dr explained all of the options to us and was very helpful. I went into Hospitality ER on May 11th with a face laceration. I went into the ER a little apprehensive and I was so set at ease from the moment I walked into the facility. Dr. Joanna Oakes and the staff were very attentive, professional and caring. They helped set me at ease and made sure that I knew exactly what they were doing and what I needed to expect as a result of my injury. I received a tetanus shot and 10 stitches on my left cheek. It has been now two years or more that anytime: day and night, I get sick I go to ER hospitality in Galveston. When you first find yourself in the lobby, the decoration is so luxurious and stunning that you truly think it is a VIP hotel. It is actually not only the lobby, every room is decorated in an artistic way and there is a tv and snacks everywhere. The team, from the receptionist to the nurses and the doctors are extremely competent and nice. Also, they do their best to be as quick as possible. Today for example, I went there because my throat was inflamed, my ear was infected, my elbow was aching, in short I had everything at the same time unfortunately and the doctor saved my life. Doctor Longoria along with all the working doctors at ER hospitality are detail-oriented, very knowledgable and very human. You can have a real conversation with the doctor and the nurses. Also the receptionists are angels. If you really want to be pampered and to be well cared then ER hospitality Galveston is the place to go. You might be worried about the cost of the consultation but actually you have nothing to worry about. They accept all commercial insurance plans. You don t have to worry about paying a big amount of money. Sometimes, you don t even have to pay a co-pay. I sadly have a lot of health issues and a primary care doctor is not available right away but ER hospitality Galveston is always here for us. It is good to know that you can find competent people who give excellent health care. I highly recommend this place. Last thing but not least, when you leave the ER, the receptionist offers a little bag with little nice presents. This is so sweet and a few days after your visit, someone from the staff is calling you to ask you if you feel better. I have never seen that nowhere. It is nice to see such considerate people who show that they care about you.

This is the 2nd time I was on the Island and got sick. First time was Dec. 2021 and I had a GREAT experience both times. This time was a sinus infection and the staff is AMAZING no joke! They made me a hot tea, brought me a sandwich since I was there during the lunch hour, and when I left gave me a personal gift of really nice useful things. The doctor was quick in getting me diagnosed and out of the clinic and the IV helped me enjoy my day on the Island. I have nothing but praise for this clinic! If you are ever sick in Galveston, go here you will NOT be disappointed!

Most amazing experience I ve ever had at an emergency room! Drove from 45 mins away in Houston just because I ve read the great reviews. They did not disappoint from the moment I walked in they made a very uncomfortable situation comfortable they offered me and my bf blankets and drinks but besides the hospitality, they care was most amazing. The nurse could see I was in pain and offered me pain medicine before even touching me. They made sure I was comfortable and were very detailed when answering my questions. Dr Oakes I believe was her name was the most caring provider I ve seen in a while she made sure to explain everything she was doing in detail and was great at what she did. Very pleased and grateful and will drive the 45 mins any day passing up the several ers I passed on the way!

My 9yo took a dog bite to the face. From the second we walked in, I felt like I was checking into the Four Seasons not an ER! Literally the best ER experience ever!Amazing medical team that kept my son calm and talked him through every step with patience. I had 5 other kids (10-12) with me and the front desk team were great keeping an eye on them and their grumbling bellies were happy with the lobby snacks available. My son was provided the best of medical care and got stitched up and out the door with a smile. Thank you Hospitality ER!

This is absolutely the BEST patient care you can get in an emergency room. They are so accommodating for the patient AND the patients family. They provided us pajamas, toiletries, and a room with a SNACK BAR when we had to stay overnight. Everyone is so professional and has an amazing bedside manner. You walk in and immediately feel like the only patient that matters which is so comforting in an emergency. I genuinely cannot recommend this place enough.

This ER is one of the best medical facilities I have ever been to. I came in with a possible case of pneumonia and before I could finish my second round of paperwork, was taken to the back to be seen. When I got to the room, I was met with a team of nurses and paramedics ready to hook me up to an IV for blood work and ready to swab me for COVID and strep. When I informed the paramedic doing my IV of my fear of needles, all the nurses teamed together to keep me distracted from the IV process. This is one of the few medical facilities where I have felt like my voice, questions, and concerns were actually listened to. I had an x-ray, CT scan, and a few EKGs done in the facility. All the nurses walked me through the processes and as someone who likes to ask questions, that helped ease my anxiety. The doctor was also extremely kind and informative. I was kept for monitoring of what was supposed to be overnight but thankfully my vitals had shown progression and I was released 3 hours early thanks to the overnight nurse and doctor. If I ever have to come back to an ER, I will be coming here.

They seriously take hospitality to a new level. I almost didn t feel like I was in an ER. All employees were extremely kind, one even baked some cookies. The lobby is beautiful and stocked with drinks and snacks. The drs and nurses listen thoroughly and ask plenty of questions before getting to work. I wish we had one of these in the DFW area.

Having to go to the ER is never a fun time, but Dr. Fontenette & Team did their very best to make my experience a positive one. I was a wreck when I arrived, but everyone was so helpful and comforting and I couldnt have been more grateful for that. They asked questions, I asked questions...it was a very open communicative environment which I also appreciated. Not once did I feel dismissed about my pain or my explanation of my symptoms, which is so important to me! I also appreciated being included in every step that they were taking when it came to the tests they ran. It was explained to me in a way that I fully understood the process, so by the time I left, I felt comfortable knowing what was going on. Thank you very much!!

We love Hospitality ER. Fastest, cleanest, kindest ER on the island. It can be stressful to have an emergency, but this is the place that takes the stress OUT of an emergency. We have been here for emergency heart concerns with my husband and most recently for me after tearing a muscle at the gym. In both cases there was no waiting, the doctor and nurse staff were SO NICE and we got the BEST healthcare, blood drawn, monitors or scans when needed. Answered all of our questions, and never felt rushed. Greatest staff ever. Highly recommend and a great asset to our island.

Five stars all the way!! In this day and age many people feel the same way I do about hospitals. Just walking into most ERs I/we feel like a burden. Other hospitals have made me feel like Im not worthy of basic Healthcare. I walked into this hospital around 11:00 PM in extreme pain. Initially, I didnt want to go because I was in so much pain, and I thought I would be turned away, felt like Id be judged because I couldnt give an explanation as to what caused my injury. I went from playing with a balloon to a shoulder injury. It didnt make sense to me and I didnt know how to make it understandable to the medical professionals. From the moment I walked through the doors I felt welcomed, I felt hopeful for once. The amazing medical professionals there went above and beyond to accommodate me and my guests. After seeking treatment for my first injury I was back three days later with the flu. Once again, I was treated like a human being. They went above and beyond for me. I cannot thank them enough for the help and treatment I received. Its nice to know if I ever need services again I have a safe place on the Island to go and get amazing treatment. Thank you all so much, you all are amazing!!! PS, the gift bags that are given when leaving are so thoughtful and amazing! They are very much appreciated.

Upon walking in the Hospitality ER on Galveston Isle, it looked like a hotel lobby. It was insanely clean, bright and updated. I was allowed in to a bed before paperwork was completed, as I was doubled over with abdominal pain (kidney stones). Staff was friendly, caring and efficient. Four different people came in to do tests, IV setup, etc...very efficient. Dr Ernesto Lugo was attending and was kind, direct and sincere. All staff were notably friendly and caring. Long story short...I would seek this facility out if I, or a family member, was ever near Galveston. Dr. Lugo even called me at home 2 days later to follow up and offer advice. I cannot speak highly enough about the care, cleanliness, efficiency and treatment from Hospitality 24ER on Galveston Island.

WoW! I had the occasion to visit the Galveston, Texas location. First of all I was completely surprised about all their extras. There were snacks and beverages galore. The seating was ample and comfortable. The ER rooms were efficient and were equipped with Cable TVs and Netflix. I flet like I was in a Hotel. The check in was quick and easy. I didnt have to wait. The RNs , doctors and supprot staff were couteous, professional and had the best bed side manners. The facility was very clean and well kept. I was giiven a free warming balnket for being a first time visitor and a Galveston County resident. Everyone receives a swag bag on their way out. Nice. lennardb

Amazing facility, doctor, and nurses. I went in with severe throat pain after two other doctors told me it was just strep and threw meds my way. He took the time to do a CT scan and listen to my concerns. He found an abscess in my throat and it can be an emergency situation if it reaches your airway. So thankful he took the time to catch it. Beautiful office and great atmosphere.

Words can t explain how amazing this ER is. The Doctors truly care about your well being and needs. They are extremely educated in patient care, they have great bedside manner, they listen to what you have to say regarding what has brought you into the ER, they inform and discuss with great verbiage, they are compassionate, attentive and they run all tests needed for your situation they don t let anything fall through the cracks. They treat you as if you were their own family member. The nurses are on point, they check in on you and never disappear for hours. They also have great bedside manner and truly care about your well being and needs as well. Even the X-ray tech and security guard are great at what they do. Everyone I have been in contact with from from security, front desk, nurses and doctors are extremely nice and truly care and do their job 100% to treat their patients and make them feel comfortable and important. I will be referring any of my patients who need to go to an ER to your facility. Besides what I have already listed previously. The facility is always spotless. They have great coffee, sodas, water bottles as well as a snack bar. Thank you Hospitality ER for always taking care of me we are blessed to have you in our community!!!! My choice of a emergency room is Hospitality ER of Galveston,Texas. I have been to the facility for a fractured foot, Covid, cracked ribs, migraines and other health problems. The staff whether it is the check in station, the initial nurses taking information to the doctors are very friendly, caring and professional. There is multiple snacks and drinks as you wait during stay. They send you off with a goodie bag of items. I recommend this facility for any medical needs.

My child injured himself on the beach. We were covered in sea and sand. While the waiting room looks nicer than a hotel, everyone was so kind and even offered us dry clothes. They took excellent care of my son from the moment we got there and even helped calm my nerves and little brothers too. Highly recommend.

This place is so great it s surreal. I went in for an infection/severe pain. I expected just to be prescribed some antibiotics and sent on my way. But the doctor actually did a comprehensive exam to rule out more serious causes, and was really attentive and thorough. Meanwhile, the staff kind of makes you feel like you re at a spa, making sure you re comfortable (example: they brought me a heated blanket. Ha)

This place and people are amazing from start to finish. I went in with severe headaches. Thought it was COVID. Went inside and the place looks like a spa facility. Snack bar with cookies, chips, crackers, all kinds of drinks fully stocked, popcorn, candy, etc. checked in was in lobby less than 10 min. Went to a room where I was seated, given an embroidered fleece blanket (to keep), was offered lunch while I was there also, so I had pizza! Dr. determined I needed to go to neurosurgeon team at UTMB bc my skull wasn t big enough for my brain and it was causing pressure at the lower back part making me have these severe headaches. I asked everyone s name but with these headaches I forgot and I am truly sorry bc each of of them was worthy of remembering. They made arrangements via Ambu for transportation which took about an hour which wasn t bad bc I had snacks. Dr. Longoria was very thorough in his diagnosis and pleas are to speak with. Turns out I was COVID negative but my issue was more serious. Even the EMT spoke highly of Dr. Longoria. I ve been at UTMB for almost 24 hours, and had to leave me truck at HHER, but they tagged at and assured me it was safe. Today 12:30 a lady walked in my room and delivered me FLOWERS, from HHER! Even in darkness we must smile! I am so happy my sister recommended me go here. They have been a beacon of light even after my visit to their facility. If you re considering an ER visit, please go here! Tell them I sent ya! You will not be disappointed! Thanks to all the staff, you all are truly amazing!

I am not one for leaving reviews, but I am compelled to do so after this visit (experience). I came in with really bad chest pains accompanied with left arm and back pain. Upon walking in, I felt as if I was walking into a hotel lobby upscale one at that! The staff was beyond friendly and welcoming like they truly love their jobs. I wasn t treated like a robot or just a person with a series of numbers behind their name! They came in to check on me to make sure I was comfortable and in need of anything! Explained their motto/creed as to why they are the way they are. When it comes to the diagnosis or medical part of things .A1!!! Thoroughly explained everything in detail so there s no confusion with medical terminology!!! I m not from the island but would definitely consider driving an hour to get checked out!!! Nobody wants to have to go to the ER but somehow Hospitality ER makes you feel like youre on vacation while simultaneously helping you to get well. I came in on Tuesday, exhausted without a voice due to laryngitis that had gone on for far too long. I really needed a kick start in my recovery and to see if the doctors could do anything more that I wasnt doing at home to help my voice come back quicker. Each person that I interacted with was very pleasant, welcoming, and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I was nervous to get my first IV ever but the nurses calmed my nerves. The hospitality staff even offered me blanket fresh out of the warmer and a warm cookie while I rested. I started noticing a difference in my energy level upon leaving, was greeted with a giftbag on my way out and my voice starting coming back that night! A few more days of rest and I should be back to normal but I feel like without Hospitality ER, my recovery time would have drug on. If I could give more than 5 stars I would but my coworkers were right about this place. Top notch care!!

great place in galveston. their lobby is so nice all the treats and snacks you could want with drinks and Krieg coffee. once youre in the room they will ask you if youd like chic-fila( i got the soup and fruit, but they have chicken salad and sandwiches) also offered blanket and pillow and to lower lighting. just an overall pleasant experience and this place is open 24/7. the staff was easy going even tho i refused some treatment, usually i get a guilt trip, but not here. highly recommend!

This place is not only extremely nice, but the staff is very nice and very caring. The wait time isnt long at all. I would recommend anyone and everyone to this place. They also follow up with you a few days after youve been seen to see how you are feeling and if they can do anything else. The best by far. They do only take private insurance just to let yall know, but so worth it.

The staff was super nice and I was being seen by Dr. Fontenette before I completed the paperwork. The staff is ABOVE outstanding the receptionists, the nurses, radiologist, doctor, clerks, technician, housekeeping and welcoming committee are all WONDERFUL. After several test including a CAT scan, IVs, meds and breathing treating the attending physician (Dr. Lugo- AWESOMENESS) determined I should be admitted to UTMB. Traveling from TN to AZ and stopped over near Galveston TX. Husband developed covid pneumonia and pulmonary embolism as was quickly diagnosed in this state of the art facility. Staff was professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. No wait time and care began as soon as he was in the bed. Super clean and comfortable unlike any medical facility I have been in. I am a RN of 38 years so my standards are very high. The physicians were amazing. Very knowledgeable and compassionate, willing to answer questions and discuss treatment. Their covid protocol I believe saved my husband and helped him turn the corner preventing a lengthy hospital stay. We received timely follow-up phone calls from MDs discussing lab values we should follow up on. Thank you to all the personnel who were involved in his care and for the comfort you afforded us during this stressful time.
