Kimberly and her team are a delight to work with. My boyfriend used their services for his one bedroom apartment and they turned that place from a dirty disaster to a sparkling space upon his move out. Fast forward a year to now, when we talked about getting our larger shared space together deep cleaned, they were top of the list as his recommendation. They showed up within a day of reaching out and requesting their services. We are very impressed with their work and will definitely be using them again.

I highly recommend Galveston Island Services as a professional and detailed cleaning company. After previously using another local company, this one is far superior in the quality of cleaning and professionalism they provide. Our vacation home guests never had any complaints of the cleanliness of the home, and the company assisted in stocking the home with everything I wanted to provide to my guests. They were also available to help fix minor issues as they popped up which was a great resource to have. I d recommend this company to anyone who needs a thorough, reliable cleaner!

I used this company for a few years to clean my Galveston rental. Would highly recommend this company. The owner, Kimberley, was super conscientious and very responsive whenever I had a question or an issue that needed addressing. If there was something that I wanted the cleaning crew to do, she would make sure that it got taken care of. I also liked the fact that she would come in and do post clean inspections just to make sure nothing was missed. She was very easy to work with and I thought her prices were reasonable. It s hard to find a good cleaning crew nowadays and I thought Kimberley did a great job managing the cleaning on my condo while dealing with Covid related issues like laundry facilities that weren t operating consistently or at high volume due to lack of staff. I always got positive reviews on how clean my condo was while her company was managing it. In addition, if I had some issues with the condo, like dead door batteries or a leaking toilet, she was able to take care of minor maintenance items for me so I didn t have to drive in from out of town to take care of it myself.

Good company, I worked them for about year. I had a great boss the pay was good and scheduled was great really flexible. If I hadnt moved away I would still be working there. When I go back Ill re Inquire about employment. Great jobs for college student Like myself. Positive

Speaking as an owner of a few rental properties, Galveston Island Services is a great cleaning service provider! Their staff is very friendly and they leave the properties looking amazing for every guest :) old reviews might say otherwise, but Galveston Island Services now is an overall great company and I couldnt ask for better cleaners.
