The service of this lawyer is very bad. I filed a mini lawsuit for 800 dollars that cost him more than a year to complete. Not recommendable

Everyone in Davids office goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and informed. Their knowledge puts you at ease quickly. David and his paralegal Don are two people you can trust 100% and you feel like friends as soon as you walk in their office. Needing a personal injury attorney is a difficult time and having someone like David (and Don) walk you through each step and be on your side is such a comfort. He is a natural protector and it shows in the way he protects his clients, wants the best for them and takes care of them. Without going into too much detail, David made sure our family was taken care of after my husbands injury and not having to worry about financial strains gives our family the opportunity to be together and focus on the important things in life.

I met David Hart about a year ago through another client he represented in a previous case. He has always answered my phone calls, which normally is not the characteristic of a lawyer. Throughout the year, David has advised me without asking for anything in return and i greatly appreciate it. Recently, my wife and I were involved in an accident and David was available at all times to discuss our matter and I cant say enough good things about The Hart Law Firm. I hired the Hart Law Firm to represent me for a wreck in 2017 that resolved last month in mediation. His knowledge, experience, and passion for justice resulted in greater results that I imagined. My case settled well into the six figure range, leaving me with enough money for any future care I might need, paid off all my medical bills, and gave me the validation I felt I needed for having gone through all that I did. I highly recommend this firm if you have been in a serious accident. Especially involving a commercial vehicle! The Hart firm takes amazing care of their clients. They have handled 2 incidents for me and made it such a stress free and easy process. I pray I dont need them again but if I do I will not use any other personal injury attorney than the Hart lawyers. They truly excel in their field.
