Our pizza was delivered to our house with a sheet of plastic cooked into the bottom of the pizza. It was completely inedible. I love that is a locally family owned restaurant It is a BYOB or you can purchase beer or wine. I love that you can make special requests when ordering by our food and on the weekends They have different specials that aren t even on the menu. I have also used them for catering and they are top notch 9They cater a variety types of food not just Italian). My church uses them all the time. I frequently dine at this establishment They have great salmon choices and definitely try The Martha s Salad. It is the best. Love it Vegetarian options: Eggplant Parmigiana , Salads, Veggie Pizzas. Veggie Calazons, veggie Stromboli mushrooms. Dietary restrictions: They are very accommodating for all dietary needs. Just ask! Kid-friendliness: They have highchairs and booster seats. You can also ask for coloring book.options. Wheelchair accessibility: The restrooms are big so it is very easy to get a wheelchair in there and move around. Handicap parking also.

Went in for dinner with a group of 12. Service was good, food came out all at once. We split the bill and they did that properly. Prices are good, portions fairly large. Its BYOB and there is a Kroger right around the corner. I downrated food slightly for two reasons. I felt my calzone was a bit overbaked, and the rolls would be better if they were kept a bit warmer. The rolls themselves were very well made and good. Overall excellent experience, glad we found this place. I have to comment on the practice of adding gratuity to the bills for groups. They earned considerably more than they added, but if that is all they want, who is to argue? For split tickets with two meals, I would have given more if they hadnt suggested an amount. Its a personal thing with me. I guess they have to do that since almost all places do, but they shouldnt have to. Vegetarian options: They have a vegetarian calzone. Many good salads. Parking: Plenty of spots Wheelchair accessibility: First floor. Have tables.

New dimension of shrinkflation. My husband and I have ordered take out pizza many times since Roccos opened. The food quality has always been good until tonight. We ordered a sausage and onion pizza. When my husband arrived, he opened the box and checked the order. Inside was essentially a cheese pizza with a few sausage sprinkles and even fewer onion pieces. After he expressed his dismay, the person at the counter tried her best to make up for it by providing a tin of sausage we could add at home. Unfortunately, by the time the pizza arrived to our house (a 5-10 min drive), the pizza was lukewarm. With other good options nearby, I have no intention to risk another disappointing experience.

Who knew the authentic taste of Italy Id right here in Richardson. For my first impression, allow me to share my delicious experience! Myself and a small group of my co-workers went to Roccos Italian Cafe for lunch. We arrived and were promptly greeted and seated. The cafe is tucked into a busy shopping strip making parking a bit competitive. Once inside the cafe, the pleasant aromas start to play with a customers appetite, suddenly I felt starved. As it was my first time, I decided to go with the lunch special, baked cheese ravioli with meatball. The cafe is very cozy, and was very clean inside. And as mentioned, the food aromas are very inviting! After we received our drinks, the servers brought out fresh bread for each table. Our lunch orders were all made fresh and delivered by various waitresses in simple elegant dishes with precautions about their temperatures. Such a simple choice of the cheese ravioli and meatball brought me back to my childhood. This lunch special of the day was the right choice for me. I absolutely loved everything about Roccos - and yes even the price! Already planning my next lunch visit to this wonderful Italian Cafe. Had Roccos delivered for the second time this evening 1/1/24, NY day. I can understand theyre out of lasagna so I ordered the same thing the wife did chicken Alfredo. They were nice enough to toss in since Italian sausage in mine. They forgot the marina sauce requested for the pizza rolls and Im not sure why because the last time it was very flavorful but the Alfredo is lacking in hardly any flavor at all, confirmed by both of us. Supporting local small businesses is difficult when you have terrible experiences. I ordered food for pick up. The boy who answered the phone was less than welcoming when he answered. He only got part of the order correct. When I arrived the girl that helped me was much more welcoming and friendly. She corrected part of the order. When she was fixing that part of the order, I noticed that even more items I had ordered were not on the ticket. I didn t bother to have her fix that since she already had to do an additional sale for the first missing item. She was really nice, but that did little to make up for the fact that the lasagna was burned, the garlic rolls were hard, and the cannoli was packaged with whipped cream so by the time I got home it was soggy. Overall, customer service was only saved by the girl who greeted me when I picked up the order, the food ended up in the garbage because it was inedible. A total waste of time and money.

Our server was extremely sweet and attentive but my food was not anything special. I got the baked ziti and it came with meat, which I m not a big fan of. Ive catered from here for work, the pita bread, spinach dip, quesadillas, meatballs.and mac and cheese bites are all amazing. First time trying Rocco s and I must say this place is AMAZING!!! I had the spaghetti meatball parmesan with a side house salad and the flavor was absolutely delicious! My husband had the meat lovers calzone and he ate every last piece and had the fat boy sigh afterwards(if you know you know)and we shared fried pickles and garlic rolls. Everything was cooked to perfection and will definitely be going back very soon. Definitely recommend!

The food was great. The garlic rolls were very tasty. Caesar salad was just ok. The shrimp diablo had just the right amount of spice and garlic. Our server, Victoria, who may have also been the owner or manager, was always very pleasant, even though the place got quite crowded. It may not look like much from the outside, but we ll worth the trip.

We just moved down the street from Roccos and stopped by tonight for dinner. My boyfriend and I were blown away by there lobster ravioli! The ravioli wasnt over cooked or under cooked, it was just right, as was the shrimp and the veggies. It was so delicious. Not to mention their house salad! Its not your typical greens and veggies tossed together and thrown on a plate like many restaurants do, they actually take their time to leave out the seeds from the tomatoes and cucumber and cut it to a bite size portion and plate it nice and clean, not sloppy. I had never been to a restaurant that does that. Its attention to detail. It shows the cook cares and he knows what hes doing. The delicious salad and entree paired with white wine and for desert an indulging cannolli....it was all so good, and hands down the best Italian restaurant weve been to. Our waitress was a young lady with short curly hair and was very nice, friendly, great personality gave us great service. Overall it was a great experience. Its definitely our new go to spot! I highly recommend it!!!

Didnt feel like cooking dinner one day and decided to give this restaurant beside my local Kroger a try, and I left the restaurant inspired and with great impressions. The atmosphere is very smooth, relaxed. Had the daily special lobster ravioli which came with a Caesar salad and garlic rolls. Great balance between the zucchini, broccoli and the ravioli, smothered in a superb creamy sauce, and the shrimp on top was full of flavor too. Ill definitely be going back.

This is a hidden gem of a restaurant tucked away in a strip mall next to a grocery store. The food is great, the menu is large and the employees are friendly and helpful. If you are lucky enough to get Victoria as your server, ask her about her suggestions. You will not be disappointed. I travel to Dallas several times a year and each time I visit, I make it a point to visit this restaurant, twice sometimes 3 times in my 5 day stays. Every single dish in their menu is delicious! My favorite appetizer are the meatballs. They are juicy and flavorful, covered in a light tomato sauce. Their pastas, pizza and calzones are outstanding! I ask Victoria for her suggestions and have walked away happy and with a full belly every single time. This last time, she recommended the Roccos pasta that was delicious and since I have a big sweet tooth, I asked for her recommendation for dessert. She recommended the newest item on the menu: the Creme Brulé. I ordered it and it was delicious! Just as the rest of my meal. Go visit Victoria at Roccos you wont be disappointed!

First time visiting Rocco s, my husband and I walk in and a female tells us to seat ourselves. No big deal. After 10 minutes nobody had come to our table so my husband walks to the front and asked for a menu and two glasses of water. A few minutes later the waitress shows up with one water.
