Everytime I go to the west Metrpolex I stop here and eat. Love their unique chips and salsa and almost aways an L3 off the lunch menu. Quick service and constant checking on you for more anything. Wish I could give zero stars. The worst food Ive had at a sit down diner in ages. I ordered the lunch nachos and enchiladas. The food was seemingly microwaved and sat in a rainbow pool of cheese sweat. The person I dined with is getting sick as I type this. My nachos consisted of 5 large chips Pico sour cream and guacamole. The taco meat appeared old even though its lunch time. Cost about 14 dollars. Taco Buenos mucho nachos are better than this. I will never return. Literally ANY other dining option would be a better choice. I do not feel well after this meal.

A nice chain restaurant serving affordable and delicious Mexican food. Had the fajita salad which had lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, pico de gallo, guacamole and sour cream. They serve it with sizzling onions, red and green bell peppers and fajita chicken. Was excellent. Service was great and attentive. Only negative is we didnt care for the chips. The brisket burrito dinner is always so hot and delicious. From the tender slices of brisket, fresh refried beans, and rice and the avocado slices, all rolled inside this large burrito makes my mouth watering, just typing about it. Always greeted by friendly staff at the door as we are always promptly seated. Then, the fresh made chip and tortillas are made on site when waiting for our main entree . They have a full service bar as well as non alcohol drinks. The atmosphere is very relaxed and is family friendly. Its always a great choice for Mexican food in the Metroplex. It has been too long since I was able to go. The exterior of the restaurant is vibrant and inviting. The parking lot is clean of debris with no potholes. Plenty of parking. Once inside, I was immediately greeted and seated. The interior is just as vibrant as the exterior. The decor definitely adds to the overall experience. I could barely sit down before I was brought the perfectly fresh and crunchy chips with some of the best salsa I have had. Drinks quickly followed. My lunch order was taken and delivered in a reasonable amount of time. The flavors are incredibly bright and wonderfully intense. I received such a generous portion that I had to take more than half home with me. I ate on it for two more days. The service was quick and on point, friendly smiles abound, and accommodating. I am looking forward to returning.

My family and I came in today I ordered the Deluxe Nachos and the ground beef had raw pieces in it. The waitress who was amazing saw it as well and apologized over and over again. Then the manager had her come over and tell us that it was a new tomato sauce they put in the meat it was not raw. I was going to just eat the new plate and it be whatever but when the manager Mr Duran refused to acknowledge and lie about the fact it was clearly raw upset me because not only that but he had the waitress who was very sad and uncomfortable with having to tell us what he said. Then I asked to speak to him and he never once apologized when I told him that I didnt appreciate him down playing that it was raw he said can u stop so I can speak then proceeded to just say the same thing. I did not take a pic because honestly I thought the manager would just apologize and it be done bit the fact that he was acting like that pissed me off. That just means that he just sweeps mishaps under the rug and takes no responsibility for the mess ups that happen in his restaurant. Someone could get sick from him not being on top of the food coming out of his kitchen. That is his responsibility.

Have always loved Mexican Inn, but after tonight s service I would leave 0 stars if I could. The guy I spoke to on the phone about my order was rude and kept cutting me off. Not to mention after ordering a $15 dollar plate, they forgot or purposely forgot the chips. Everyone knows that s why you go to Mexican Inn. Unless that s another change they ve made. Which makes no sense. If you spend that much on a plate, the chips should come with it. If they do, then you shouldn t forget to put them in with an order. Nobody likes not getting the chips with their food.

They make their own chips here and they taste like Fritos!! The food is pretty good too, we tried the Mixed Fajitas once and werent real impressed, but the enchiladas are good and so are the Flautas.

Ordered a burrito bowl with chicken. Described on the menu as: Chicken or Beef $12.79 Brisket $13.59 BURRITO BOWL Mexican rice, charro or black beans, shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, corn and your choice of grilled chicken, fajita beef or brisket. All topped with mixed cheeses and scoops of sour cream and homemade guacamole. I can understand that a restaurant may sometimes run out of items and may need to substitute, but I feel that the customer should be notified if this is the case. I did not receive Charro beans or black beans,they were plain pinto beans. There was no corn. When I pointed this out to the waitress, she said the corn only came with the brisket. It did not state that on the menu so I asked for some corn. I was brought a small container of ice cold corn, and was told that was the best they could do. Really? You couldn t even be bothered to heat it up? The chicken was not real chicken, it was hardened, pressed meat, and the entire bowl consisted mostly of lettuce. It was very bad and I couldn t eat it. I will not be coming to this location again, it can t even compare to the location in Lake Worth.
