Chopin Mon Ami catered our monthly employee Lunch & Learn session. I ordered their Thanksgiving meal, and our employees enjoyed the food tremendously. They kept asking for the name of the supplier as they wanted to order meals for their families! Todd, Ms. Judy, and their team were easy to work with and a pleasure to talk to. The food arrived a few minutes early which allowed us time to be ready for our employees. All of the food items were prepared fresh, were correctly seasoned, and delicious. We will definitely be ordering from Chopin Mon Ami often in the future.

Very professional and the food was really good. The staff was very friendly. We used them for our wedding so the quality of the experience was very important to us and they passed with flying colors. Will definitely use them again when we have a chance.

Chopin Mon Ami was such an amazing caterer! Chelsea was so helpful and was always quick to answer any questions I had. Their food was delicious and you could tell it was made with love! Our guests definitely remembered how good the food was too! I cant recommend them enough!

This place is the bomb dot com. The portion size is for giants, the taste is delicious. I have ordered both delivery and pick up. ONE TIME they forgot to bring my cookies, and before I even noticed, THE OWNER HIMSELF drove up with a bag of cookies and an apology. Definitely custumer based service.

Chopin Mon Ami was the absolute best decision we made for our wedding! Todd, Judy, and team are so easy to work with and helpful - they go far beyond catering and really guided us through the whole wedding planning process and had an answer for everything. Being able to make our wedding guests feel welcomed with great food and drink was at the top of our list and Todd and team absolutely delivered. The food was amazing and the service top-notch - we are still getting compliments months later! Above all, this is a team made up of truly good people who we looked forward to working with. I cannot recommend CMA enough!

Fabulous food and service. The guests raved, we partied, and Todd and company made our special night extraordinary. The prime rib was beyond tender and the Shrimp Orleans incredibly tasty. The servers were fun and active, the bartenders amazing, and the overall experience was one that we will celebrate for a lifetime.

Todd and his team are FANTASTIC! They catered our wedding and we could not have been more pleased. He was patient and walked us through our menu selections. The tasting was delicious and the food at the wedding was the same. The servers were so friendly and professional. Guests were served promptly and tables were attended to. Todds team is the A Team. We are beyond pleased with the excellent service and delicious food that Todd and his team at Chopin Mon Ami provided at our wedding. Todd took the time to talk us through menu options and figure out what suited our taste the best. I had no doubts in choosing Chopin Mon Ami and they really went above and beyond! We had awesome fajitas with all the sides and an assortment of desserts. We were extremely impressed with the attentiveness their staff had for us, making sure we (the bride and groom) always had food, water, and drinks of our choice. Their bartenders were excellent too! Todds team set up our venue beautifully before hand with the linens, colors, glassware etc that we picked out at a consultation. Again, cant emphasize enough how awesome their team was and delicious the food tasted. Really, really pleased with Chopin Mon Ami catering our wedding down in Galveston. You can tell theyve been doing this for years!

Our wedding venue recommended Todd for catering. We ended up getting to taste some of his menu items at a wedding vendor show and we were sold. The food was so amazing and creative. When you talk to Todd, you can feel his passion for what he does. Our guests keep telling us how fantastic the food was at our reception. He even worked with us to cater late night Chicago dogs which everyone loved! He will make you feel so secure and make your life easier while you re planning your wedding. Do yourself a favor and hire Todd and you ll be like us eating leftovers two days after the wedding knowing you made the right call.

I used Chopin Mon Ami as the caterer at my wedding. They provided hors-doeuvres, the main course, as well as cookies and brownies. Todd and his team have genuinely masted their craft. I never had to worry once about the food for my wedding because they are professionals and took care of everything. First of all the food at my wedding was amazing, so fresh, actually hot, and delicious. The service was on point. They took care of every one of my guests without being invasive. Everyone raved about how delicious everything was. Chopin even remembered to package up extra food for my new husband and I to eat later. If you want a caterer you can trust, who has experience, delivers spectacular food and can handle any situation, choose Chopin Mon Ami. They can do this in their sleep!

We loved working with Todd and Judy at Chopin Mon Ami, they went above and beyond our expectations throughout the entire process! They were great to work with; they are extremely experienced, have great personalities, make awesome food and worked so well with all of our other vendors & venue! Todd was organized and made sure we knew what our options were with choosing the food; he helped us create a fabulous menu within our budget that our guests enjoyed (evidenced by CLEAN plates)! The tasting session of our selection was a fun and a great foretaste of what was to come on our wedding day. His serving staff was excellent the day of the wedding as they were available when you needed them but were inconspicuous during the event itself while the dancing and toasts were going on. Todds professionalism showed through as he came and asked us how everything was and wished us a happy marriage during the night. We highly recommend Chopin Mon Ami for your event as they will make sure all is done well and that your food is superb!

Thank you Todd and your staff for taking our reception next level! Incredible service and experience. Over a month since our big day, and our guests are still singing your praises. Every piece of our evening was anticipated and coordinated beautifully. From the cocktail hour to the last clink of the champaign toast, Todd and his crew were on TOP of it. Aside from the reasonable costs and the amazing food prepared, Todd made the process so much easier with his great communication and hilarious/positive attitude from our first meeting. Planning the event out of state would have been impossible otherwise. We were happy to support a local business and hope to continue to see it thrive in Galveston. Todd and his staff and connections saved the day!! We had planned a beach-side wedding for our daughter on West Galveston island. When we awoke on the wedding day we had torrential rain that threatened to cancel the whole thing. In that moment Todd was able to secure a new, and dry, venue on Offats Bayou (The Waterfront Event Center), adjust his crews schedule, and ultimately deliver a great evening for our Bride, Groom, and guests. I highly recommend Todd and Chopin Mon Ami Catering for your event catering needs. He is a great guy with an equally great family-centered team who hold the number one priority of delivering a great event.

Thank you Todd and Team! What a wonderful experience. We just had Chopin Mon Ami cater a dinner for 40 people and everything was perfect. I gave Todd an idea of what we wanted and he filled in all the blanks. The menu was set, tables and linens ordered and the margarita machine was ready when the guests arrived. We had two entrees, fajitas and a seafood dish with all the trimmings with bread pudding and tres leches cake for dessert. As an organizer, other than the quality of the food is the prompt response of the caterer. Every time I called, I was able to talk to Todd and get an answer to my question. I would highly recommend Chopin Mon Ami to cater your next event.
