First time to try the Lookout and the bar tender didn t move from the other side of the bar for 5 minutes. I waited thinking he was making drinks. No one else was at the bar. 7 top came in and a server and host greeted them and sat them. They both looked at me and went on their way. They could have said something to the bartender that I was there. I got up to call for the bartender who I then realize is having a conversation with another employee. The host summoned the bar tender to the back kitchen so now no one is at the bar to serve. Waited another 5 minutes and the bartender comes back in the front door and now sees me. He says, be there in a just minute. Starts up another conversation with a server then pours a drink for a table and disappears. I got up to leave and as I am out the door he runs over to serve me. 15 minutes and not one person acknowledged my existence. I went to the Icehouse on the same property and got service right away. Hopefully next time I try the Lookout someone will be on the Lookout and not having conversations with the other staff. Bad first impression!

The Omni Lookout Lounge is one of our favorite spots to unwind and take in the ambiance of the venue and beautiful view. However, I have to share that the only reason we go there is because of our favorite bartender, Antonio. His skills and personality are on point and although he always remembers exactly what I like, when in a mood for something unique or different he masterfully whips up something I always love. He has a genuine, kind spirit that shows in his demeanor towards you as soon as you walk in and sit down. He cares about what you want and then makes sure you are enjoying every sip. It is mesmerizing to just watch him make the cocktails. Mixology at its finest. Antonio makes you feel at home and always serves us with a smile. Blessed to know him and be able to visit and enjoy our time and feel like you are sitting across from someone who cares and takes what he does seriously on all levels. He s one of the best!

Antonio, hands down the best, seconding many other reviews on here. The craft cocktails on the menu are great, but ask him what he likes to make with [insert your favorite liquor here]. He made me an incredible cucumber jalapeño tequila drink, and I would HIGHLY recommend it if you re looking for a fresh and spicy summer cocktail (at any time of year). Great ambience, also the pretzel bites are a great and tasty way to pad your stomach so you can continue to indulge in such delicious libations.

Stopped by The Lookout for a quick drink on my way home from work and was thoroughly impressed. Great ambiance and even better drinks! I told Antonio what I like, and he whipped me up a delicious drink that wasnt even on the menu. The Lookout is the perfect place for any sort of Happy Hour. I sat at the bar, so my service was 5 Stars. The outer couch seating areas dont have Server(s) and Antonio was the only bartender at the time, so it did get a little congested from people trying to order then wait to take their drinks back to wherever they were sitting.

The Lookout was a favorite hangout of ours while we were at the Omni for a conference. Our experience at the Omni and at The Lookout was second to none! All of the staff at the resort were so friendly and helpful and they made sure to speak every time they saw you. Antonio was often our mixologist at The Lookout and he was FANTASTIC!!! I often just had him make whatever he wanted and it was always delicious. He s also super knowledgeable of the liquors and how they re made and is super attentive. We hope to be back in the future!

We were served by Antonio, and he was AMAZING! Along with the rest of the Omni staff. We were in for an Expo, and their service was above and beyond. Super friendly, great service and AMAZING DRINKS! Even if you re in town and looking for a great place to have a few drinks and ambiance, this is your place. 10/10 recommend!
