Basically a scam, I love Escape Rooms, Challenge Rooms, etc, but this place is not it. Half of the rooms werent even operational when we got there, and most of the ones that were are impossible to figure out what to do without someone just telling you. There are no hints and no explanations. Now you may say thats the point of a puzzle room, but theres a difference between a challenging puzzle to figure out and just being put in a room with no explanation of what youre even supposed to be solving or doing. Just poorly designed sadly, we feel like we wasted our money even after an employee agreed with us it was basically impossible to figure out without being told and helped us with an explanation of what our goal was for some. Would not recommend even for the price.

How this place has a 3.9 after 344 reviews is beyond me. I brought my kids here to do something fun the weekend before they were going back to school. They love escape rooms, and this place sounded awesome. Maybe at one point it was awesome. I dont know how long ago they built this place, but its clear that noone maintains it. Multiple rooms require you to crawl on the floor. You can see there used to be padding, but it had has all been ripped up. So, you are crawling on cement. One area had us crawl in a wooden box, and a nail was sticking up that cut my 13 year old daughters knee 2 inches open. There is a really dark room with a low ceiling in barracks where i hit my head and cut it open. I understand accidents happen, but these are things that could easily be avoided. They advertise they have 14 themes, which each theme containing anywhere between 2-5 attached rooms. Shipwreck, Nightmare, Ninja, Loot Cave, Viking were all marked as completely out of order. Ninja was absolutely destroyed. Holes in the drywall. It looked like an abandoned space. The rest were either solid red or blinking red all day. Burglar - First room worked. The second room would not start. It would tell us to go to room 2, but room 2 would never activate. Subatomic - Room 1 was broken. The buttons in the room did nothing. You never failed or suceeded. Shoot the Moon - Room 2 had a machine that was jammed with balls making it impossible to play. Barracks - Room 3 was three guns with targets on the walls. It didnt matter what we did, the three guns never counted any scores. Meltdown - The second room would fail the second it said to start. Without us touching anything. It appears there were rings on a metal pole. I assume it is like those carnival games where you try to move the ring on the metal rod without them touching. But it was failing immedietly, so we never got to try it. Asylum - The second room requires crawling under a netting and not moving when a light is on above you. The lights turn on and off semi randomly. We failed multiple times even though we stopped moving anytime a light came on. 30 Sec - Room 3 had 4 buttons that gave you no clue what to do, and pushing any or all of them was a failure. Volcano - Room 3 failed every time we approched a central pillar. It had 3 holes in it. It was possible to see a number three in one hole, but no numbers were visible from the other holes. We tried doing them in a specfific order. We tried reaching in all at once. It failed each time. Donut - We actually beat this one. All 4 rooms actually worked. Part of it is basically impossible without a flash light. The number one problem with the rooms is what do you do when you walk into a room with 6 buttons, but nothing else? They arent lit up. There are no clues. But, if you touch one, you fail and have to go out and restart the entire thing all over again. For the physical based ones, this gets especially tiring. The next huge problem is their upkeep. Every single room had something destroyed in it. Things had been ripped off walls. Floors were ripped up. Plastic balls were deflated and smashed. Buttons didnt work. Keypads had numbers missing. Clues had been scratched off so you couldnt read them anymore. The rooms discourage exploration. One wrong touch and bam, you fail. Start over. I felt bad telling my 11 year old son not to touch anything everytime we made it to a new room. Many rooms give you no clue what to do. So exploration is the only option. The ideas here are neat. If the technology was working, the rooms were kept up, and there was actually an employee around then this would be amazing. I would gladly come back, even after learning the solutions. As it is though, this is a complete throwaway. Trashed rooms. Broken tech. No employees. And the saddest part is, no one cares.

Absolutely horrible, half of the rooms were broken, trash everywhere, no workers watching anywhere for the Escape Rooms. There were kids 12+ running around and screaming talking about Im gna fight this Im gna fight that, kids yanking the doors open as if the door isnt hard to open for a reason bc theres PEOPLE IN THERE. Had 3 kids about 11, 11, and 9 yank one of our doors open and I clearly said Were in here. And they said Helloooooo and then made us lose then began yelling You lose you lose!!. If the light is flashing green, there are people in the room, if it is staying green and not flashing, you may enter. If the light is flashing red, there may be a door open you need to close, and if its staying red, the room is out of order. It is explained by a worker before entering any of the rooms. The Labyrinth is connected to the Action park where kids can just enter into the escape rooms without supervision from workers and without paying for it. Payed $80 for an all day pass, (that we only used for an hour), for 3 of us, absolute waste of money. Half the rooms had atleast a few things missing from them, no instructions, and if you say that we just dont know how to do escape rooms, no, it just says players ready, start. This place is horrible and has no supervision from workers. 0/10 do not come here unless you want to waste your money.

This place is like the dead malls of physical escape rooms. I legitimately thought it was some sort of place where they lock the doors on you and kill you LOL. Its totally dark, theres no staff, and most of the sensors dont work. It was also clearly designed by someone who doesnt make games, because the few games that worked were entirely unintuitive. If you wanna go to see what its like to see something that is already on its way out, its kinda cool. But I think they know its dying and theyre just trying to milk what they can from unsuspecting customers before they use the space for something else.

No staff monitoring the area at all. Looks like a construction zone with a lot of generic material piles just everywhere. Entire upstairs was not functional with no out of order signs or chains on the staircase. We wasted a lot of time entering rooms that were broken. When we checked in they said a staff member would be with us shortly over at the Labyrinth desk. Waited awhile (wasting our play time) but no one came to check us in. We were there 1.5 hours and never saw a single staff member. Kids under 13 are suppose to have an adult. Lots of underage kids without adults breaking things, jerking doors open to bypass room games, busting into other players playing. We were in a room already and a band of three boys jerked open a door and ran past us. My husband said something to them and one of the boys said you re going to get my sister fired and ran off. So apparently younger siblings of staff are running freely and ruining other people s game experience (it will fail the entire room). They really need a maintenance person on staff. Trash everywhere, including all over the bathrooms. It says no outside food or drink but there are Sonic cups everywhere. Kids were sloshing drinks through game rooms. Walls had been punched and broken. Foam padding was missing in areas you had to kneel to get through. Balls were crushed that you had to roll to play games in. Some doors were misaligned and would not open fully. Doors were missing door knobs and didn t close fully, delaying the start of games (probably from being jerked around by unsupervised kids). Several rooms malfunctioned or were not in working condition (but no out of order sign). All in all, would not go here again. Waste of money, ruined gaming experience, disappointing vibe. Recommend a maintenance person and a dedicated staff to ensure a decent gaming experience.

A lot of the rooms didn t even work, kids kept coming into our rooms while we were in them, and a lot of the puzzles just made absolutely no sense at all. Such a waste of money. Very misleading saying there are over 40 rooms because there are rooms inside rooms. You can only get to these rooms if you somehow descifer how to get through the first room in 30 seconds before it kicks you out with not even a clue what youre supposed to do. Trash was everywhere inside the rooms and outside of the room. Half of the rooms were closed under maintenance. Left after 20min and sat in our car trying to quickly think how to recover from one of the worst date ideas weve ever suffered through.

Spent a pretty good amount on tickets for our group for my sons birthday thinking this would be a really cool place to go. First off the place isnt staffed. Like at all. We got a brief, confusing, rushed run down from an angsty teenage girl at the beginning and then got set free. The rooms have almost no explanation to them. A few you can figure out, but others there seems to be zero strategy to. You just end up going in and out 1000 times before you give up and go to another room. The place is gross. Its clear they dont clean it. At all. The ball pit one is just a pit of very disgusting flat balls. Zero maintenance. Half of the rooms were down. Half of the rooms that werent down didnt work properly. Overall it would be an extremely cool place if it were taken care of. The ones we could do were fun, but it just isnt managed well. Overall I wouldnt recommend the place. I would recommend to them new management.

Genuinly do not spend any money on this place. If u wanna go just walk in and go to the escape rooms it won t matter because there s not a single worker in the entire part. They don t make it obvious on maps but this sorry place is connected to a trampoline park. So there are like 1000 kids running around and since there s no one at the actual check in for the labyrinth a 1000 kids can just disturb you in the escape rooms. Had some lil kid say wassup blud while I m in the middle of my horror escape room. Terrible vibes all around. Every room was grimmy and had no light, literally used a flashlight on every room to see. The doors use these terrible sensors that barely work half the time. Sometime you go into the room with zero objective and you have to just assume what to do. If u need a hint, fail the room go to the front desk and they ll give you a hint and then go back. I walked out of there out 30$ and out of an hour of life with nothing to get back.

If i was able to give this place 0 stars, i would in a heartbeat. It is connected next to Ninja Kidz Action Park (which seemed to be maintained and cleaned from the looks of it). The staff in Ninja Kidz were friendly, that s the ONLY thing good about this place. On the Labyrinth side of the building, NO staff were present at all. The front counter was dirty and very dusty. We were only brought to the Labyrinth side by an attendant and he basically just said here are all the rooms escape it, and yeah, good luck and left. I tried to keep a positive mindset through the whole experience but it was too difficult due to how bad these rooms were maintained. There were no clues, no way of figuring out how to start. My group tried all of the rooms, well almost all of them because some weren t even working. Literally when you re in the back area of the place, it s like you re in the backrooms because it just looks so sad and empty. Even the training room wasn t running (2nd photo) This place needs to be either taken down or be under new management and have some major improvements. For the parents that wanna bring their kids here, don t. Your kids are going to want to be disowned afterwards. For the couples that wanna go here for a date night, don t. y all are gonna end up breaking up because of how bad this is. For the big friend groups that wanna go here, don t. y all are all gonna become each others opps. It s just that bad. Came and spent a few hours here today. This could earn more stars, but it is obvious management has abandoned this side of the business. The only room we brute forced was nightmare room 2. We never figured out the logic of the switches and the pictures. Just dont touch the 8/8/8 one. Overall, fun, but the venue isnt putting money into maintaining the space, so why should anyone give them money? For parents looking to bring your under 12 kids, dont. Unsafe storage in the back (construction supplies, poorly stacked pallets, etc). Someone will get hurt here eventually. It is negligent. In the open space hallways: Pallets Construction supplies 2 x 4 wood Random supplies Partially filled drainage hole Open holes in walls from improper door stops The rooms are kid sized with masters degree logic - nightmare room 2 for example. 9 of 42 rooms were out of order. The rooms that were open are in dire need of cleaning and updating. Trash in corners or original floor matting gone, resulting in crawling on concrete. Some rooms were lacking original markings or supplies to complete the room. - subatomic with the nasty ball pit with deflated balls and trash - one room that required a weighted skiballs had one - good luck beating the timer ever - viking room 2 didnt have red line on floor to denote that the floor is lava - burglar room keypads picked apart - barracks room 1 does not warn you of overhead - head knocker - barracks room 2 no padding - hurt knees - barracks room 3 guns are swapped - gun 1 controls gun 2 etc. - pirate room 2 cannon balls broken and dont activate on touch

Such a cool concept but lack of staff and maintenance made it a less than ideal experience. There is trash dirt all over the obstacles. Some of the obstacles desperately need maintenance (the ball pit on one was filled with mostly broken balls and the next room was littered with deflated balls among those still inflated. Several of the rooms are closed and there is no one to provide help if you want some guidance, which their video says you should not hesitate to ask for. Sections of the physical obstacles are lacking the padding that they originally had making them uncomfortable at times and hazardous at others. We stayed for almost three hours to try to get our moneys worth. The groupon we bought was not working. The only plus was the manager just let us go even though he could not figure out how to redeem the code we had from groupon. 2 stars because we managed to have some fun, but we would not recommend it nor will we be going back

My sister and I love escape rooms so our interest was piqued when we saw this place had over 40 puzzle rooms. When we first stepped into the building, the chaos of all the children in the Jump area was overwhelming. Fortunately the Labyrinth area was calmer. The puzzle rooms have very unclear directions - some have vague clues but many leave your scratching your head. Once you get eliminated in a game, you have to exit the room and start over. So as you re trying to figure out what the heck you have to do, you will get eliminated over and over and over again. Then, if you finally pass, you can proceed to the next room of that game (if any). The problem is, if you fail the second or third room in a game, you have to start from the very beginning with the first room. Mind you, other people can play in rooms you ve just completed so if you fail and want to try again, you have to wait for that group to fail or move onto the next room for you to reenter. Long story short, for this place, expect some waiting and a lot of repeating rooms over and over. They may have 40+ rooms but if you can t get past the first one or two, you can t get to all of them of a game. On top of all that, it s obvious the rooms aren t or are rarely serviced. Especially in rooms with crawl spaces, the padding is ripped up and damaged - the room with the ball pit has about half the balls damaged/deflated. The overall quality of the place is subpar. The idea for this place is unique and interesting but I don t think it s executed very well.

There are many poor reviews of this place. We were worried about going ourselves. I will say that they were short staffed and there was not much instruction. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because there was no one to help us in the beginning and a few rooms weren t working. With that being said we spent 3+ hours there with ages 11-20yo kiddos plus adults and we had such a great time. There isn t instruction for each room, but that is the whole point of escape rooms. You try and fail and go back to try it again. We only left because we were all hungry, but we had so much fun and would have loved to have stayed longer. I am not sure if people get frustrated at not being able to solve the rooms, but that just means they are challenging and that s what makes it so satisfying to finally complete them. Don t let bad reviews about it being run down or not having instructions scare you away. Go into it with a positive mindset and just enjoy! Highly recommend this place for families and groups to enjoy together!

This place is a combined Airborne trampoline, Golden axe throwing, and Labyrinth escape game. First when you come in, you have to sign a waiver on their tablets, then wait in line to check in. Trampoline was super crowded on Saturday, and there was no one doing axe throwing. Everything did look not sanitary and run down. Someone gave us instructions for Labyrinth. The signs on the door tell you the difficulty level, whether its a physical or mental strength game, and how many players you need. Once you go into a room, its just tells us to begin, and you have to figure out the instructions yourself. The hard part is you do not know the instructions because some rooms have missing items. We were only 2 people, and most games required 4 people. We did get with another group who were just as lost as us. After 15 minutes, we decided to ask for a refund to which they referred us to Groupon, and when we talked to Groupon, we were referred us back to the merchant.

The concept is good. The execution was terrible. The puzzles are not puzzles at all. No thought was put behind any of them. There are no signifiers of any kind in any room. Everything is left to the simple mind game of trial and error. Fail a room, remember what button you pressed, re-enter the room to push a new button. Repeat until the correct button is pressed. Whoever designed these rooms is not an experienced game designer - or perhaps not a game designer at all. In my short stay there multiple people expressed frustration at the stupidity of the design. Im not sure how they stay in business. I think everyone just posts how fun they thought it was to avoid sounding/feeling stupid like they didnt get the puzzles. The problem is not that you did not get the puzzle, the problem is that there was no puzzle to begin with. Spare yourselves the frustration and go anywhere else. This place will not satisfy your escape room itch.

This place has so much potential and was probably top of the line when it opened about 3 years ago. The quality has not been maintained and it shows. My friend and I bought a full day pass hoping that it would take us several hours to get through all of the rooms and puzzles. We left within an hour. There is no staff working the labyrinth area; you have to go to the front desk of the trampoline park to ask for help. Someone then came and gave us a very brief discussion which was not helpful. Many of the rooms were broken including the training area. The instructions in each area are super unclear and the system eliminates you very quickly. We were not able to advance through most of the rooms. The rooms are also very dirty. It seemed that the intention when this first opened was to scan your card as you went from room to room and then that gave you points and then you could go to the final room. All of those elements have been removed. I hate to say this, but I feel that this was a big waste of time and money. Again, I am sure this place was amazing when it first opened; it is really unfortunate that it has not been maintained. We were really looking forward to a fun experience.

Initially read a lot of mixed reviews - however getting there, the building didn t look run down as some people said... The trampoline area and axe throwing actually looked a lot of fun and we re big areas. So not sure what the reviews meant in that sense.. I did the escape rooms which was fun and challenging which was the point! Reviews mention there aren t any instructions, but again that s the point of the rooms. It really makes you think mentally and physically and I enjoyed it! Even though there were definitely some rooms I completely didn t understand when kids around me did! And then there were rooms I did finish after a few tries. So I do recommend! I d go again to finish the rooms I couldn t.

Initially, the videos and reviews got us excited! Upon arrival, we found that the business was split into three parts: trampoline, ax throwing, and escape room Labyrinth. The building looked old, and the trampoline side was busier while the ax side was unused that day. Unfortunately, the Labrinyth escape room side had no employees present, and the rooms that did work lacked clear instructions. Within 15 minutes, we requested a refund, which was promptly granted. Although we wont return, I want to acknowledge their swift response to refund our money. I caution others considering this place.

notice how most of these good reviews are from 2-3 years ago, maybe it was good when it started but it seems like it just went downhill from there. you don t get any direction whatsoever, i mean literally absolutely zero i can t exaggerate it enough, and when you try to look for any clues, you have about maybe a couple seconds before it tells you that you failed and you have to leave. we finished a single theme and it was literally just the floor is lava which is why it was finishable, but all the other ones we couldn t even get past the first room, and it s not like there s any employees in the back to help anyone because there s only two employees period. it was so disappointing to the point we didn t even play for a full hour. also as other reviews say, there are things in almost all the rooms that are obviously broken, old, and worn down. maybe some maintenance could save this place but obviously they haven t cared to do that since the place opened so i doubt they will anytime soon.

The concept of the Labyrinth is clever, but the rooms were poorly executed. There was no indication in any of the rooms on how to solve the puzzles and some of the rooms were broken, so solving it was impossible. This was definitely quantity over quality in terms of the amount of rooms to be played. On the bright side, it wasnt expensive.

I made an online reservation on their website from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM. The day before I got on Google Maps to see how long it was gonna take for our party to get to this location. It was then that I saw their hours posted said that they didn t open until 4 PM. I picked up the phone and called to confirm our 1:30 PM reservation of which I spoke to what sounded like a young teenager, who confirmed my 1:30 PM reservation was good and that they would see us tomorrow at this time. The next day I proceeded to take three of my employees away from their desks and they re busy afternoon to surprise them with what I thought was going to be a team bonding experience. When we got to the location in Lewisville, all the lights were off and the doors were locked, and no one answered their phone. This is uncalled for and not at all the way a business should be ran. It was a waste of time and money and I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

We got there and checked in and they said to go to through the two doors and someone would be there shortly to get us started. You see a video on loop describing what to do, how to use the card, etc. Theres a door that says Training with a card thing by it. So we need that card, right? We waited 20 minutes and no one showed up. We wandered in the place and couldnt find anyone. I go back to the main desk and they say they dont use the cards and we can just start. So we go into a room, and then we hear someone giving an explanation on how things work, so we go out and actually get the explanation. The rooms themselves werent that great. Some of them have clues like an escape room, but others just seem to be guess how to do it. Some rooms have multiple levels to them, but if you fail a level, you need to go back and redo the first level again. In one room, wed go into the second room and it would say begin, and then immediately tell us we failed. Without touching anything. Another room would constantly have us fail in literally 3 seconds without hitting anything. I think a button must have been stuck or something that caused it to fail immediately. In one room, the symbols you needed to use were actually worn off, so you had to go a few times to determine what it shouldve been. Thats really the biggest key to solving some puzzles. What looks the most worn? Only once did we actually see an employee walking around. Otherwise we probably couldve asked if the rooms we were doing were truly broken or not. We booked it for 2 hours, but ended up leaving shortly after 1 because it just wasnt entertaining.

Like a previous reviewer said - sensational idea, terrible execution. This place has a really cool look and layout, but the rooms are very dangerous. We are escape room hounds so we appreciate the concept here, but many of the rooms are only designed for kids or people with smaller bodies. Zero consideration has been given to basic accessibility. Good puzzles GUIDE you. Many of the puzzles here just throw you in the deep end and frustration is likely to keep you from completing many of the spaces. Not to mention, the space was filthy. One room has a ball pit that reeks of urine. TL;DR: If you are anything other than a perfectly physically fit person under 510, this place is NOT for you.

Sad to write a negative review but others must be warned. Manu/most of the mental problems seemed to be trial and error brute force as there were no/little clues. Rooms should not be trial and error.

Good idea, bad execution. Many of the rooms had doors that the door frames were skewed (poorly or quickly built) so it was very difficult to get them to shut to start the game. One of the rooms had exposed nails in it (When I told the children running the front they didn t seem like it was a big deal at all) and one room had spikes to prevent people from crawling over the metal but easily could cause injury. We never received any cards (but saw some things outside the rooms that asked for our cards - so that confused us.). We worked on one of the rooms for a while and come to find out, it was the last room we were supposed to solve - maybe some guidance would have been helpful. I read the reviews previous to visiting and saw how the social media manager responds so I should have realized that this probably wasn t the best place to go.

Honestly baffled by how many positive reviews this place has. Me and two friends payed for a two hour pass to labyrinth. The rooms themselves give you absolutely no direction or instruction whatsoever as to what you are supposed to do. There are clearly things to touch or a sequence you must do but there are no clues or any logical reasoning inside any of the rooms that will help you solve them. There was maybe one single room where it made sense. Plus you are given maybe 10 seconds in each room before you are eliminated and must exit. The website promotes trial and error but the whole thing is just error until you run out of patience. Again, there is no puzzle solving in any of these rooms because there is no reasoning or any sense. NOT TO MENTION this place was very filthy and gross, clearly not cleaned often if at all.

The many different escape rooms is a good premise, but they are all bugged. We had many issues with rooms not working correctly. Doors would not open to the next room when the room said we did it correctly or puzzles would not start or we would be instantly failed upon entering a room or even we would do tasks/combinations correctly and room would not recognize that we performed the task. The rooms punish people for being curious/ experimenting. You essentially have 1 try to get a combination to work before it fails you and you have to restart.

These escape rooms are like nothing else I ve done! Instead of one big escape rooms, this is like 40 different mini games. So much fun and very challenging! Don t be afraid to ask for tips/hints.

Very cool concept, but unfortunately a lot of the games were broken, features werent working properly or lights were burned out causing users to be unable to fail the task. If they were able to keep up with the technology/sensors it could be amazing. But currently it seems this is not possible, I think this will remain subpar. Also, they have hazards in the rooms that someone could easily injury themselves if they werent aware.

The whole staff is children. Somebody stole my bag with all my belongings car keys and all they did was stand there and say they have no access to the cameras. Hire grownups so they can help in these situations

This was such a fun and unique experience! A couple of the rooms did not work correctly, so hopefully they will fix them. Great staff that were really helpful! The prizes that you can get with the points for completing the rooms could be way better.

The labyrinth was great, with all the amazing games and puzzles, we had a lot of fun playing. We are definitely coming again next time so we can finish because there are so many puzzles, we couldnt get through half. The helper named Matthew was also very helpful, we are very thankful that he was able to help us and give us nice tips. This was overly a great experience and we cant wait to come again.

This place is unlike any escape room we ve ever been to. It s more like a real-life video game and very challenging. The kids and adults had a blast and we will be back to solve the many rooms that had us stumped!

Super cool place to spend a family outting. We had a fun time and were stumped several times. Once we figured it out it was naturally more fun. Also a great place to get your kids to argue with each other constantly about whos fault it was that we got eliminated lol. We will return soon to finish the ones we couldnt manage to figure out. Make sure to close the exit doors for the next team. Some of the doors are kinda falling apart though( wink wink maintenance guy)
