We visited here for the first time on 09/29/24. Nick, our server, was very friendly, knowledgeable of the menu items and provided us his award winning service and attended seamlessly to our dining needs. Dean, the General Manager, stopped by to say howdy and gave us insight on delicious jam. We highly recommend one of the best kept secrets in Frisco. Kudos! Parking: Parking was not an issue.

Victor was our server and he was busy but made sure we were attended to. He was patient with our kids and helped us with some questions and decisions. The cheese curds were great and the kids meals (cheeseburgers and spaghetti) were lapped up by the kiddos. Good food overall and we are excited to try more things. This was my first visit and I was extremely pleased. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The chef came out and spoke to me about my dietary needs, presenting several off the menu vegan options. They offer daily happy hour specials and Wednesday is ladies night. I recently found out that this place has new owners. This is the third owner. I wish this place well. The atmosphere is great. That community feel like its name suggests. Changed ownership a few times over the past few years and service and quality suffered. We heard about the new owners and a few friends told us the nee owners had made hig changes. We had brunch there today and the food was fantastic and the service was great. The owner Dean took time to stop and chat with every table and Christina was on top of refills and making sure everything was the way it was ordered. We will be back!!

We have been to Community Grill many times in the past, food was okay and service needed some help. Well my wife and I went back over the weekend and heard that there were new owners. We sat and watched the game and split an app and dinner. She had a couple of drinks and everything was great. Food was much better than what it used to be, service was attentive as well. The crazy thing was that the place was empty. It was a Friday night at 8. There was a group of people at the bar that seemed to be regulars, us and maybe a stray couple that came in. Go check them out if you haven t lately, we will be back soon.

This was our first time in The Community Grill and it was fantastic! New ownership and management, but according to all the past good food reviews, still the same great food! My guy and I split the TCG burger (we typically split meals) and the burger did not disappoint! Fresh meat, buttered buns, and the shoestring fries were tops. The owner and manager stopped by to talk to us and it was just an overall great experience. If you have been in the last few months and the experience wasnt great, come back now and give it a shot. Its worth it.

We ve gone to The Community Grill a couple times a year and were glad to meet the new owner (just since mid-July) when we came in for dinner. Sadly only two tables at 7/7:30 on a Saturday. But he s working hard to turn the restaurant around or at least back to what it was. New menu and new bar coming. He s very passionate and excited! The food was very good as was the service. Some suggestions as we ve lived in the area almost a decade and would love to see it do well. As I m in hospitality marketing I d love to offer the new owner some suggestions. They need to figure out who their audience is and create a hook like being *the* SEC football restaurant and bar, add at least one very large screen tv & market this on social, study Brass Tap off of 423 - they re busy almost all nights of the week by doing music bingo, trivia, karaoke, live music, drink specials, a very vast selection of beers. Community Grill s food and portions are better though. But events and entertainment will bring in people. Good luck!!!

Always have a great time here. Such a great community feel with the entire staff and owner. Even with a short kitchen staff tonight, and a couple of large groups before us, every staff person was checking on us to see what they could do to make our visit better. Wonderful people and business.
