Sat down and was ignored, sat for a minute then was given a table tent and told that was the menu. Did not ask if I wanted a drink, had a sour attitude. With no bars on my phone I asked for an actual menu which she gave to me also with a sour attitude. Not giving money to these people, no wonder it was empty. Food may well be amazing but I ll never bother to try it. Smh In your response, you stated that I have been there before, that is completely untrue. I was a first time, and last time customer. When I entered your establishment and asked for a booth with a power outfit one of your workers was sitting there playing on her phone, When I asked to use that booth, both of your employees gave me dirty looks. Once I sat down your server ignored me and finished removing something from another table and putting it away before dropping a table tent in front of me stating this the menu. She did not politely inquiry if I wanted a drink, she did not politely seat me, she simply placed the table tent on the table. After a few moments, realizing that I did not have enough bars on my phone to access the Internet, I requested a menu. She deposited the menu without saying anything, I was not offered a drink. A bottle of water magically appeared on the table which I did not order. Her face was very unwelcoming as was her manner. I did not make any phone calls, I did not do any work on my laptop. I was there for less than five minutes and the entire experience was unsatisfactory. If you were going to take the time to reply, perhaps you should check your facts before doing so.

Dear chief (date 9/15) : today I have ordered Avakaya Vegetable curry. I am so disappointed with the taste and quality of this dish. I suggest please stop making veg curries. It is like frozen mixed vegetables fried in pizza sauce. I have wasted my time and money at this place. Really good place! Ordered the Chicken 65 Biryani and was impressed, flavorful, just the right heat level, and very generous portion. Great butter naan as well. My server Alekya was attentive and friendly, took good care of me. My only gripe, and this is one I find at most Indian restaurants -- think about serving a glass of iced water rather than just a room temp bottled water. Otherwise, very good, will be back!

Told the waitress multiple times two people at my table have a nut allergy and the food we order cannot have nuts or nut oils. I was told by the waitress multiple times the dish ordered had no nuts, she seemed to have checked with the kitchen too and confirmed again. Food came out, two bites in and one of us has a severe allergic reaction to peanuts in the dish. All the waitress had to say was, I forgot. When we talked to the staff about there being nuts they started chuckling (probably the nervous kind) instead of taking it seriously and asked if we wanted the one dish off the tab. I told them they ignored a serious allergy and we were not paying the tab for food we are unable to eat. Half a bottle of Benadryl, an EpiPen, and multiple bouts of projectile vomiting later, luckily nobody was seriously harmed. If we had been children eating out with friends somebody would be dead right now. Absolutely ridiculous for the place to not take an allergy as common and simple as nuts seriously.

I recently ordered Take out at Bawarchi, hoping for a decent meal, but what I got was a disaster. I ordered Bucket Pulao, expecting delicious dish, but the experience was far from that. I noticed rotten smell of the dessert. As soon as I opened it , a strong, rotten odor filled the air. It was clear that the dessert was far from fresh. The smell alone was enough to make me lose my appetite. In short, my experience at Bawarchi was a disappointment. I won t be returning, and I would advise others to think twice before ordering.

In short: Food Is Excellent, Staff is Very Friendly and the Restraunt is very clean. In Detail: Walking in the wait is very short you are greeted immediately & seated promptly. The menu is very vast & even if you have diatary restrictions or have questions about the menue the staff is very open in answering your concerns. The food is always very good & very flavorful. Bland dishes do not exist here. Furthermore the tables & restraunt floor is kept very clean. The lights & decor make the place feel very cozy/ comfortable. I was in the Frisco area promoting my business Supreme Mobile Car Wash Detail and passed by this restaurant and it looked like a place where I could have a unique experience and I indeed did . I occasionally eat Indian food because I am health conscious so I was greeted by a very nice server with a beautiful smile and I tried the samosas and they were amazing and the sauce was very tasty but spicy but delicious and cured my sinus issues lol. Next I tried something different than what I always get the butter chicken instead of curry chicken this time and it was very delectable and the portion was enough for 2 people but I was hungry so I ate it all along with basmati rice. They serve STALE biryanis, multiple reviews just today(6/20, filter by least rating) and Manager is extremely rude. I brought back a stale amravathi mutton biryani which was bought a couple hours ago, but they kept arguing its not stale although I drove all the way back to return the biryani or exchange for a fresh one as my toddler would be eating it. Then the manager was extremely rude & asked me to shut up, after wasting 15 mins arguing via his team (Sam) (while he was sitting inside) on why he thinks the biryani is not stale. I used to be regular here, but their manager does not know how to treat customers especially as a manager/owner. Go to the dozen other biryani stores around and save your money! Do not order bucket if you order for 3 people.. there is no meaning for bucket in this restaurant. Bucket is equal to 1.5 single pack. If you want to order food for a family then this is not an option for you better try with different restaurants they will honor you with a tray for a bucket Biriyani ( I ordered couple of times in Hyderabad house and for a bucket we literally ate 5 people and still had some leftover). Unfortunately, I received hot bhatura with cold chole curry, which seemed like it was served straight from the refrigerator without being warmed up. The worst place i have ever visited. We ordered veg and gongura biryani, we mentioned it medium spicy but made it extreme spicy. We couldn t even eat one bite and food quality is too bad. I don t recommend this place for biryani lovers

Unfortunately, the experience fell short of our expectations due to a series of concerning issues. **Food Safety Concerns:** While consuming the Butter Paneer Masala, I encountered an unidentified, unchewable object within the dish. Given the potential health risk, I promptly notified our server and requested to speak with the manager. However, I emphasized the importance of speaking with a manager to report the incident. After a delay, a young man was introduced as the manager. However, upon requesting his name and confirmation of the complaint, he became dismissive and failed to provide any identifying information. **Unprofessional Staff Conduct:** Throughout this interaction, the wait staff displayed a concerning lack of professionalism. Despite repeated inquiries, they were unable or unwilling to furnish the managers contact details. Furthermore, the servers demeanor suggested a disregard for the seriousness of the situation, as evidenced by laughter directed towards myself and my family. **Escalation and Safety Concerns:** Following a significant wait for the managers contact information, the server returned with only a phone number written on a sticky note. Notably, there was no accompanying name. I asked her to write down the managers name on the post-it note, and then she went to the table behind us and started talking to a guy there in a different language. An individual claiming to be a partner in the business then approached our table. His demeanor was immediately off-putting. We noticed a strong odor of alcohol emanating from him, and his speech was slurred. He launched into a series of questions about the situation, but he did not allow me to provide a full explanation. Instead, he spoke over me, his voice becoming progressively louder and more aggressive. He also began to invade my personal space, which heightened our sense of vulnerability. Fearing for our safety, we decided to leave the restaurant. **Unresolved Issue:** Unfortunately, we departed without receiving any resolution or contact information for a responsible party within the establishment. We retained the unidentified object as evidence and paid the bill in full, including the problematic dish. **Conclusion:** This experience at Bawarchi Biryanis East Frisco raises serious concerns about food safety protocols and customer service standards. The lack of professionalism and responsiveness from management was deeply disappointing. **Note:** I have pictures of the unidentified object found in the food, which I am prepared to share if necessary.

**Worst Experience Ever** We used to come regularly to this restaurant and thought it was better than others in the area. However, our recent experience was the worst. We ordered an appetizer which tasted very bad and was stinky. We ordered around 9:30 PM, and by the time we got home and started eating it, it was already 10:45 PM. The following day, we called to report the issue and spoke to their manager, Sam, who was VERY RUDE. He kept repeating that we needed to report the food issue within 8 hours of purchasing it; otherwise, they could do nothing. SERIOUSLY!!! Even if I go by their rule it will be 6 :30 Am in the morning and they open at 11AM. What a pathetic service. We even visited the restaurant to see if there was a misunderstanding, but no, he was still very rude. These stupid rules make no sense, and even if he had explained them nicely, we might have been more understanding. This was a waste of time. NEVER ORDERING AGAIN from this restaurant that gives bad food and does not even take responsibility for it.

This is an average Indian restaurant. I believe it is a chain with a couple locations in the area, and the food is made really quickly which seems to come at an expense. The Manchurian wasnt as crunchy/fresh as I would have hoped. However the dosa was really well made and tasted great! The chilli paneer was also good although I wish the sauce had a bit more flavor.

These people are really greedy and use unfair business practises....the amount they billed for every dish was higher than what they displayed on their menu. When confronted, they lied that menu has not yet been updated.....I went to their take out area and the digital display showed the same prices as the menu. So they are a restaurant and they are telling me they dont have time/money to keep their menu or digital display updated...I find that hard to believe other than their intent is bait and switch. In addition the server said they offer 10% discount on cash payment...after confronting them on incorrect prices they suddenly changed the story to say cash discount is now 5% only.....with these unfair practices they deserve to out of business
