Outstanding! Haven t been to any ihop for years, menu is much better now. But this little gem in Victoria brought IHop back on our map! This place is very clean, service top notch, manager was doing excellent job of taking care of everyone, food was great! If I could give 7 starts I would, all the way around.

Thank you. My mother had just gotten out of the hospital and finally got to have the superbly cooked eggs and hashbrowns shes been asking for every day for a week!! The hashbrowns were so much better than the picture in the menu!!! She raved about finally having a great cup of coffee. Using a walker for the first time, the staff was so kind to carry out our to-go drinks. Could not have asked for a better experience!!

Pancakes were tasteless, doughy, uncooked. Sent them back, and were then burned on outside, doughy, uncooked middle. Eggs had no flavor. Expensive coffee for seniors. At first I was hesitant because of the reviews when looking on Maps . Though I didn t go inside, the service and quality of the food that I received was good when ordering online for delivery. I had a strawberry waffle with whipped cream and it is just mnmm. I recommend it and IHOP is open all the time so whenever u want breakfast u can have it. Whether its 3am or 3pm, breakfast ther is great. Parking: Plenty if parking here. There is a Target, Ross, n Bed, Bath, n Beyond strip mall next to it plenty of parking.

First thing we walk in, there was only one waitress working. She got us seated quickly. She was first, but was stressed did to the volume of people she was waiting on. (not faulting her, she did great.) Now to the food. The pancakes fell apart, it was if you were eating it in layers. They stuck yo your mouth like peanut butter. The scrambled eggs were hot and good. The hasbrowns were lukewarm. The most disappointing was the chicken fried stake. It was hot but no flavor and not enough gravy.

This was the absolute WORST AND RUDEST wait staff EVER!!! Id give them a 0 star if I could. Very interesting that when I mentioned my experience there to four other people that day, I was informed that they all have had IHOP bad experiences and will never go back. Everything was great until we saw the manager go to the ice machine and put his bare hand in it, get ice out and eat it! Not once but twice! Had service/food quality issues with another big dinner chain down the road recently so we finally got around to going here. SO GLAD WE DID! I mean it took a few minutes to sit down but they had a decent amount of other guests so not too bad. Once seated drink order was taken rather quickly and then food order was ordered and out in a very short time. Coffee was good and fresh, love the mini coffee carafe so as needed we could pour more! Plenty of real sugar to add to it too, other places tend to over stock the artificial sweetener more. Everything came out cooked as ordered and tasted amazing. The cherrys on the top, the restaurant was very clean and all the staff were super friendly and personable. I would definitely recommend this particular restaurant. We will be coming back, thanks for the awesome start to what turned out to be a very long day !

It was super simple food, but it was prepped well, and our waitress was beyond amazing. Was seated and waited 10 or more minutes to order, we order and 30 minutes later still no food mind you there s 3 tables and a worker falls down, and the same lady who took our order came back and asked us if they took our order.umm no ma am you did !! Literally the worst breakfast Ive had in I dont even know how long..... Im not sure who theyve got making this food, but I feel like my lazy teenage son could do a far better job! Ive had eggs Benedict at IHOP before (not this one), and while its never going to be the best, obviously, its always been so least passable..... This isnt even hollandaise, its melted fkn BUTTER!!! I got my order to go, and arrived precisely when I was supposed to according to their app/website, but my food was already cold.... Then drive back across town to bring this slop to my family..... I couldnt eat mine, and the dog WOULDNT eat it! That tells me all I need to know..... Planning to call their corporate office tomorrow and go full Karen, because for $40 I expect better.... Ill be the first to admit, I stopped going to IHOP for a while. It had started to feel like fast food. Im thrilled to say .. just had the most enjoyable breakfast in a very long time! Waitress (Carmen) was pleasant and smiled. Delivered the food hot!!(even the eggs were hot). And kudos to the cooks....plated the meals beautifully!! Reminded me of the family outings to IHOP and the oohs and ahhs when the food was brought out. Thank you for bringing that feeling back. If you havent been there in a while...stop in. Just wanted to say that the Man that sat my Family and I down this morning was soo rude! Its my Sisters birthday, she chose to celebrate it here.. Big Mistake The table was filthy and it was broken because it was unstable. He brought our drinks and basically threw them at us, coffee spilled and the tea didnt even have any ice.. it was terrible. Then the waitress came, She was even worse than He was. We had to keep asking over and over for silverware, hot sauce, even refills for the drinks.. what a nightmare. It was a terrible experience, not a good way to start my Sisters Birthday! Its not even that we dont expect to pay for food, its disappointing that we went to IHOP to have a terrible experience

Food was ok. Hash browns could have been a little more crisp. Pancakes werent fluffy like they should be. The color scheme is dreary. Some of the uniforms had as much food on them as the plates did. The pass bar needed cleaning and needed to be organized. The manager did not look very professional wearing jeans. Also the manager needs to learn the correct way to seat guests. He was seating a party of 4 and was a good 4 to 5 steps ahead of them and just put the menus on the table and walked away. We were fortunate enough to have a server who has been there for a long time and she did a great job. Good follow up but not intrusive. If you want average food and dont mind the low standards this is the place for you.

I believe its the only location in town. Im new to Victoria and its the only one Ive seen. But this location has great customer service, & food was HOT. I was not disappointed with my visit.
