Pizza quality has unfortunately gone way downhill here. crust tastes cheap and processed and I ve definitely had better frozen pizza. I can tell why this site is so slow. Ice machine needs to be cleaned, my son received dirty ice and we were so grossed out we had to leave. Best of luck but, we won t be back for quite some time if ever.

As a business owner I try to support local businesses and uplift them but this was an absolutely horrible experience. I purchased pizza for my staff and toe orders were completely wrong. After reaching out to staff they told me to Just take off the ingredients I didn t want after paying extra to have it my way! I was told I would receive a refund & a call from manager. Ive reached out 4 times! This is ridiculous you basically are stealing money from clients because I didn t get anything I asked for and returned the incorrect pizza. I think they ve changed their pizza dough. In the past the thin crust was light and satisfying. Now the last two pizzas I ve ordered, my thin crust pizza dough has been heavy and rubbery, almost like I m chewing bubble gum instead of eating fresh baked bread. They re probably trying to cut costs, but long-time customers can taste the difference. If they re willing to compromise on quality I wonder what else is less than nowadays

Palios is one the best pizza joints for me. Their hawaiin pizza esp so. I usually go to Palios for Pizzas but this time I tried their Alfredo Pasta as well. It was really good in taste. Recommended. The one is Frisco is more pretty: ambience wise. This location is not bad either and designed like a cute cafe. Service is mostly self serve with food being brought to your table by the staff and, they are cordial and welcoming. I would revisit it anyday.

Wonderful customer service and delicious food! I am writing this review almost after a month (skipped my mind). However, I am still leaving the feedback because the customer service was exceptional and it definitely deserves acknowledgement. We dined in at Palios legacy for one of my kids birthdays after an activity. Before planning this event, I also call ahead a few days back and the staff over the phone was also extremely helpful :) We follow a plant-based diet and this is one of the very few places where they carry vegan cheese and offer to customize our pizzas. We ordered Half n Half (Scorcher without meat, Hawaiian without bacon (Both replace cheese with Vegan cheese) and Veggie Pizzas with Vegan cheese instead of regular). The manager, Mark, went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. He was extremely courteous and very helpful. The food was delicious, they even baked us vegan bread sticks (not on the menu) and the kids absolutely loved it. Though it wasnt expected, Mark himself provided plenty of plates, napkins, silverware, etc.on our table. He checked on us multiple times during the dinner and also asked us not to clean up! I personally prefer to leave the place clean so I took care of the trash and other things but he made sure that we and the kids enjoyed the celebration. All in all, the experience was beyond expectations. I typically choose Blaze or Palios for our vegan pizza options, but after this experience, Palios is my first choice. Thank you Mark and staff at Palios at Legacy :) Vegetarian options: They have many vegetarian options on the menu. You could also customize the pizza to make it vegetarian. Dietary restrictions: Vegan Friendly, Plant-based Friendly. Customize any pizza and ask to make it without the meat, and replace regular cheese with Vegan cheese. Kid-friendliness: They love kids and kids will definitely love this place.

I used to live in McKinney and would frequent Palios there. I was traveling to the Dallas area and decided to see if they still had The Scorcher on the menu. They did as of 6-2-23 and its as awesome as I remember. If youre a fan of spicy food, definitely check it out. Its restaurant spicy so its not going to burn your face off or anything, but the flavor is great. My friend got another pizza that I had never tried and it was fantastic as well. Highly recommend Palios.

This pizza was some of the best I have had in the area. Service was great as the workers were very friendly and greeted us with a smile. I was surprised that you pay before you sit down, like at fast food but the pizza was very good. We ordered the King (left) and the Classic (right). Pictured are the small sizes. The small was actually very small but the taste was great. It seems this restaurant is also BYOB, having signs posted about it and on their menu. Rated 4 stars for service due to paying similar to fast food, having to get my own drink, and to go boxes from the counter.

Overall its decent. Just above average. Calzones have thin, non-crispy crust, which is unexpected. No ricotta. Good flavor to ingredients, but the whole package isnt quite calzone-worthy. Pizzas vary. The deep dish is 80% crust. I would avoid that one. And it tends to lack flavor. The thin or wheat crust is better, though soft (non-crispy). The flavor isnt punchy but muted. For my money Zio Als, I Fratelli or Ferarris has better pizza.

I love Palios, and I have been to quite a few of their locations over the years, but this location was by far was the best I have been to!!! The food was absolutely amazing, but the service took it to an entirely different level of great experience! They are so friendly and kind in helping you figure out what you want and are flexible in how you build out the food (medium half pepperoni, half veggie so both me and my wife are happy!). Also, I cant recommend the dry rub wings enough, as I have not been able to find better tasting seasoning on wings ANYWHERE! I spoke with the GM Jacob (hope that is the right spelling) about the seasoning while I was there and asked if I could buy some. Instead, he went a step further and made me a sample to take and gave me the blend recipe they use so that I can attempt it at home on my own! Seriously, go here if you want great food, a chill environment, and awesome service!!! (Not reducing any stars for this, but for full transparency and honesty in the review, I do need to mention that we did ask for no mushrooms on the veggie half, but they were still left on the pizza. However, were used to picking them off anywhere else we go, and small things like that dont bother us much, especially when everything else was so great)

Called and asked if the GF pizza dough was dairy free, was told yes. Ubered across town, to arrive to be told no thats incorrect. I asked to read labels, asked to speak with the manager. Asked If there was any menu item that could accommodate my allergies, manager didnt seem to care about talking to me. They had 1 customer in the whole building , and 4 pizzas on the line.

Better than some others BUT not as good as before it changed owners! Never ever know what you are going to get on any given day. It might be great, or it might Dominos and Pizza Hut look like masters. UPDATE: They have lost it! No longer a goto pizza place. Have no idea what has changed but it is NOT like it used to be. Way overdone pizza and tough to chew vs.crispy but tender in the past. Go some where else for pizza.

We live close to here but never really knew it was here. We tried it tonight for the first time and it was fantastic! Great food, great atmosphere for a family Friday night. The staff was very friendly, very kind, very helpful. Overall a great Pizza Night for the family!!!!!

Good service and great direction of pizzas. On a day when there isnt any crowd, or pizza came to the table Cold. Kind of not what one may expect especially when you go to a restaurant to sit in and eat.
