This was my first time coming into this place, and I was pleasantly surprised. Found this place just driving by and saw the sign for pizza and wings, jumped off the highway, made a u-turn, and popped in. The place was busy and I knew it was gonna be good. Thank goodness, I was right. Great pizza, great wings, really cold beer, and reasonably priced. We had the house special wings, and they were awesome. Spicy with garlic. Will definitely be back when Im in the area.

I prefer this older location over the new. So many great memories here growing up. Staff is crazy awesome and nice. Food is always cooked fresh and correct. Bar tender is always friendly and helpful. The best selections of beer and IPAs. Great for a place for parties or team get together. Or bring the family and enjoy a nice sit down dinner or lunch.

OMG! Great pizza and salads!!! And you can get a laid back atmosphere with great beers! We ordered the chef salad to split and the supreme pizza. The food was excellent! The workers were all very laid back and inviting. I would very much recommend this place. Enjoy!

My favorite place to grab a beer in town. The pizza is really good, haven t tried much else on their menu, but it s all looked pretty good. The bartenders are always friendly and happy to recommend a beer based off of your preferences. Always a fun atmosphere as well.

The food was 100% good and done right. The customer Service was awful. They were not attentive to the customers, nor were they respectful and welcoming. I love B&Js! However, the original off SPID could not have a worse crew. The one off of Staples is amazing to say the least. This is the third time I have been to the original and each time the customer service was horrible. Today I went there, and I was the only at the time and no one even acknowledged me for 10 minutes. Then the young man who finally came to take my order did not even speak he just stood there looking at me like we should have a staring contest. I ordered he said yup? The food was amazing as always, but the mood was ruined from the beginning. I will never go there again I will be at the Staples location. They have the best wings and pizza around, but they need to clean house at the original restaurant.

We had a reservation for 20 at 5:30 on a weekday, so they knew we were coming, and when we got there they said they expected us! They had no bartender until he showed up at 6 (to be fair, he was late) and the guy said he wasnt allowed to pour any beers, but could take our drink order. With our pizza, we got no plates, no cheese or pepper flakes or napkins. We grabbed the napkin holders from the bar and there were only a couple of napkins in each one. What we did get were dirty looks and a bad attitude when we asked for napkins, water and cups, plates and forks. The pizza was very good, however. Just be prepared to eat it without plates or napkins, goodwill, or a brew if you get there before 6.

By Far the GREATEST, everything from their sauces on pizza, their dough they use, how they freshly make cook everything. The flavors and taste remind me of what my grandparents always told me it is about the fresh and authenticness of your ingredients. I love their sauces on the pizzas they are a true to this place never had that flavor on pizza any place else. This is the place you have to try to see the greatness. they dont use frozen pre made stuff they make their everything right there fresh with best ingredient. You just have to try and you will be hooked. Parking: parking close to the entrance always easy to park and leave. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy for wheel chair and handicap to get in and dine or take out.

The bartender was ok but less than enthusiastic, but her music choices reflected mid-life goth revival and we were not digging it. It made us feel sad, agitated and depressed. When ordering water for myself and tea for my husband, the guy behind the counter with the goatee, ponytail, backwards ball cap, glasses and square head was curt and abrupt and assuming if not just outright rude. Even when I was pulling cash out of my wallet to put in the tip jar, he felt the need to tell me to order our drinks from the bartender and pay for them there. After informing him that I was trying to give them a gratuity, he smugly said, oh yeah, ok. He seemed to be under an artificial influence. The food was ok. Pizza crust was crispy but the pizza itself was bland and tasteless other than the meat and veggies that sat on top of it. The wings were ok also. Ive had better elsewhere. All in all, we probably wont come back again and if we do, it will be in the distant future due to franchise boredom. We should have gone to MOD.

I ordered through the phone and they were definitely not welcoming. This place was recommended for having the best pizza, but Bubbas 33 has significantly better pizza. Expect for everyones conversation to be over before you are acknowledged at the register. Their beer selection is the only rememberable thing about this place. Chairs are really crusty. We love this place, and love the pizza but are extremely disappointed that they now add gratuity for To Go orders. We ordered pizza to go that we are picking up and they charged a 21 dollar gratuity. When asked, they stated they add gratuity to orders over $150. Thats insane. We will be taking our to go order business elsewhere next time.

This is hands down the best pizza our family has had. We love the taste and flavors! Our kids are also satisfied. The get 5 stars for the pizza and their friendliness however there have been some cons. 1 is that it takes a long time to get your order. Definitely recommend not going on a busy weekend night because we waited 3 hours once. And we took our friends to try that night and although we got our pizza, our friends order didnt come and when he went up to the register about asking for his order, they had misplaced his order thats why it did not come so he had to wait. A second separate occasion it was not so busy and we waited for our pizza and noticed others behind us got theirs so my husband went to ask and they somehow got his name mixed up from cory to hilary. So our pizza was already boxed up and we waited all that time for nothing. The pizza is great so we overlooked these small things. Just make sure they get your name right and try not to go on a weekend night or else expect over 2 hour wait.

Went with a friend with an allergy issue and she asked about cross contamination if they make an allergy note which every sane place does. They told her they wouldnt but it goes through a hot oven allergies dont work that way. The guy was really rude, people cant help if they have allegies. she was the last in our group to order so the rest of us were already stuck. Food was burnt, not good and took over an hour to get. Terrible service. Bartenders could care less and were dismissive. We sat for a long while before we were approached and when we had questions about the menu bar staff acted like they couldn t be bothered. Didn t order and walked out after sitting for 20 minutes just waiting. They also weren t very busy at all, so they were not in the weeds. As a 20 year veteran bartender, not impressed whatsoever. I loved my pizza! Its difficult to find a tasty gluten free crust that tastes good, but theyve done it. I also appreciated that they offer different sauce options for those us us that cant eat tomatoes. Good pizza but the service was terrible tonight. Called in at 455 get told 30 min. Show up at 530 then they say another 20. At 6 I ask about my order then they find out it s been ready for at least 15 min.

Renovations are needed. Slow service, but food is good. Cost of food has gone up, at many restaurants. Spent $65 on three sub sandwiches, a salad ,12 wings and three teas. Vegetarian options: Not many options for vegetarian. Dietary restrictions: Menu doesnt mention food allergies or restrictions. Parking: Parking lot is needing repairs and is shared by multiple businesses. Wheelchair accessibility: No wheelchair access.

I make a point of coming here every time I come to Corpus. Great pizza, awesome wings, KickAss beer selection. Do yourself a favor and get the Jacks Special pizza and some Jacks wings. Dont worry, Im an expert

EDIT 2022 - The place is not what it used to be with a heavy heart i have to write this but it must be said. The place has reversed the staff is careless and food mediocre.. more dough than anything in the philly hardly any meat, 1 sliver of green pepper and to much onion.. the once superb fries now bland and soggy this quality remained among the 3 sandwiches i ordered i called the manager Andrew who seemed bothered and annoyed on the phone and offered no solution just excuses like maybe they were busy or maybe new cook? its truly mind blowing when a manager doesnt know whos on staff also the place was dead when we came. With rising prices and quality dropping more and more in this town it looks like the iconic BandJs on S padre isl dr has been consumed as well.. - 2020 4 years since my first time coming across this place and my opinion holds stronger then ever this place is so chill and the staff so cool bar is noce with a vass selection of crafts etc perfevt temp! Also BEST philly cheesesteaks in town hands down and thier pizza OMG

Love the food as always but you need to hire a new staff. Don t know how to be respectful towards customer and always mocking people about getting ranch the ranch goes so well with pizza.
