Their pizzas are always flavorful and overall delicious! Parking: Theres plenty of parking if you can spot the parking garages, you have to drive for a bit to get to them. There are elevators there too so it would be wheelchair accessible.

Located across the street from the Star. We need something after attending a Cowboys game the Pizza was good we had a half/half Pizza. My husband thought the half with the bacon was sweet. We also ordered Spinach Dip it was good because my husband ate just as much as me. He typically dont eat Spinach dip. I would go back again on my next trip to Frisco.

I recently dined at Cane Rosso and had a pleasant experience. I ordered a Caesar salad, Margarita pizza, and a frosé. The Caesar salad was decent, although the bowl was slightly overfilled, making it a bit messy to eat. The Margarita pizza was delicious and satisfying, exactly what I was looking for. However, the star of the show was the frosé. It was perfectly crafted and incredibly refreshing. Overall, I would recommend Cane Rosso for a solid dining experience.

Cane Rosso is known for its fresh Neapolitan style pizzas that it cooks in a flash in their wood-fired ovens, and they arent kidding around. We started with Fried Nuggz, and ordered a CBF and a Cane Rosso, and all three were delicious. It wasnt busy at 12:30pm on a weekday- the service was great and our food was out in less than 15 minutes. A little pricy for a pizza restaurant- my only complaint. $11 for 10 or so fried mozzarella curds is steep! Between two people, you might easily spend $40-60 after tip... But I think I would come back!

We had such an amazing time at Cane Rosso that I am compelled to write this review. What made it all worth it was the service we got. Victoria provided ABSOLUTELY the best service I have ever received. She was great with her interactions, checking in with us at the right moments throughout our course, suggested best options to complement our vegetarian diet. She genuinely loves what she does and it shows in her work. The food was great, Caesar salad was so fresh and the pizza was perfect, tiramisu was a treat!!

Went for an early dinner today and our meal and experience at Cane Russo was great! Aubrey greeted us when we arrived and took great care of us giving amazing drink and appetizer recommendations! She was super sweet and attentive throughout the entire meal! We had the cast iron spinach dip, the Zoli pizza, the Jabroni pizza and the Smokeshow drink (which is a barrel-aged old fashioned smoked & presented in its own decanter with two glasses). This is just bad pizza, plain and simple. Floppy, underdone crust that tastes burnt due to the mounds of soot they set it on in the oven. Toppings are ok with some good ideas in terms of flavor combos but the cook on these pizzas is absolutely horrendous. Best thing here is the mac n cheese. Who are these people giving good reviews??? Have you never actually had good pizza, like Baccis in Carrollton? Mind blowing.

This is the 5th different location I have tried (because I love this food!) and this is the only one I wouldnt return. A topping was left off the pizza...no biggie I ask for a side of it. When there are 2 slices left I finally get it. I was charged $3 for a topping I had to put on myself and only on 2 slices! In addition....mac and cheese which is amazing at every other location was flavorless even after being rick rolled for another $3. Hands down the worst location I have been to. Severely disappointed

We wanted to try this location as we have eaten at other places. The hostess was great to receive us and give us a table. We ordered an appetizer as we looked at at their event menu. The cast iron spinach was good, lacked a bit of salt and the chips were stale. My significant other ordered a build your own pizza with prosciutto. After we grabbed the first slice we noticed if didnt have the prosciutto. I just find it strange that you would be served stale chips and they could not get our pizza right. After this experience I am not sure this is the right place to make the order for a large event coming up at the end of August.

Very friendly staff. Service was a bit slow at first as they were packed. We then got more staff asking if we needed anything else often. The pizza was so fresh, and we were able to see it being cooked in the wood fired oven thats shaped like a helmet. Quite proper for this location. The young pizza cook man was so excellent at getting the pizzas in and out of that oven. I was amazed by the way the oven works. I saw inside. Its indeed a wood burning oven. My husband and I are vegans, and we love the vegan cheese option for any veggies pizzas. I saw vegan sausage after I already had my pizza. No worries. We live within walking distance to Cane Rosso in Deep Ellum. Its just as good. Its smaller and older as the area is over 150 years old. That one has vegan options, too. Vegetarian options: Theres plenty of vegetarian pizzas. Even better is the vegan cheese and vegan sausage options . Dietary restrictions: Vegan options are available for any pizza, and theres vegan sausage available. Kid-friendliness: This location is huge and has plenty of space for families with children. There are high chair baby chairs for the babies. I saw young children had booster seats to reach the table. This is a very family-friendly location.

I would be willing to give this place another try. The morning we went it wasnt crowded and service was nice. My only complaint is that the food was very salty and we all (4) had a different dish. The only thing that wasnt salty was the breakfast pizza. The penne pasta, skillet pasta, and breakfast skillet were so salty but the manager and staff were Very understanding. We had a great time at Cane Rosso. The pizza quality here is exquisite and very reasonably priced. We got the Roni and LOVED it. We took the advice from other reviews and got the brussel sprouts. So YUMMY. highly recommend the brussels. They come with a side of ricotta that we would dip the brussels in to take any bitter edge off. Amazing. The only down side (up side?) is that its at The Star. That means it is usually packed. We got in quickly, but often the wait is going to be long. While we got sat quickly, we had to wait a while for food to show up. Overall, highly recommend!

The limoncello margarita was tasty. The patio area is good for people watching. The server and service were good. I completely understand that the patio area will have its fair share of being dirty. However, no reason why I had to be seated at a table that was barely or not even wiped down. I really wanted to enjoy this pizza but there were too many things that prevented me from doing so. I placed and online order and wasnt given my drinks with my order. And when I got home to enjoy my pizza I discovered that it was not what I ordered. I paid for a build your own pizza which starts at $15.00 and then youre charged for each topping that you add. I ordered arugula (+$1.00), plant sausage (+$3.00), and habanero honey (+$2.00) as well as a vegan cheese substitution which cost an additional (+$3.00). When I opened the box of pizza I saw that my pizza was burnt, there was only 3 pieces of arugula on it, and there was no habanero honey. To pay $24.00 for 1 pizza that ended up burnt and missing 2 toppings that I paid for is very disappointing. Next time I want pizza I will be going elsewhere.

My family and I go to this location all the time and we love it. This last experience was even better because Danni, a bartender there who wasnt even our waitress, went above and beyond for our 2 year old that wasnt in the best mood. She was so kind and loving to our children and made us feel very welcomed. All parents know that when your child has a melt down in the middle of eating can be embarrassing and its not fun for all parties. Danni is the true MVP and is certainly an asset to this location. My husband and I were here for the Eagles game last weekend and ate here twice. Absolutely delicious, the freshness and flavors were amazing- BEST BRICK OVEN PIZZA EVER!!! However, after eating there the first day, my husband accidentally left his wallet with a lot of cash - credit cards in it on the table. We had crossed the street and getting ready to go to our room @ the Omni when our server, Jeremy ran up to us with my husband s wallet Imagine our shock and disbelief, we couldn t believe it and we are so grateful to Jeremy. A group from Baylor Frisco planned an Amazing Race Watch Party at this restaurant with the two Texas celebrities competing in the show- Texas Heat. There were approximately 20 attendees who came in to a literally empty restaurant to watch the episode on their TV screen. Everyone ordered food and drinks and when it was time for the show to come on at 830p we asked the manager if they could turn up the sound so we could all hear it. The manager had to call his manager who advised NO as they had to play music and we would have to use captions only to watch the show on their tv screen. There was one table In The restaurant with people and we had to use our phone speakers to hear the show. It was a terrible place to have a watch party and we hated that we spent so much money of food and drinks to be treated this way. We will never go back and will find another restaurant next time to have friends out for a watch party vs this overpriced pizza place with awful customer service! No wonder their restaurant is empty!!!

Disappointing Experience 11/17/23 between 6:30-6:45pm, I visited Cane Rosso with my daughter and unfortunately, our experience left much to be desired. Upon arrival, we were shocked when the host allowed someone to jump ahead of us in line, despite our prior position. The lack of fairness in this situation was disheartening, and it significantly impacted our overall impression of the restaurant. As a customer, I believe in equal treatment for everyone, and our experience fell short of this basic expectation. I advise potential patrons to reconsider dining at this place, as our encounter with the hosts displayed a disregard for fairness and customer satisfaction. This place was so good! We tried the Roni One and The Betty the bacon marmalade and the crispy pepperoni cups on the Roni were so good. We also got the truffle carbonara and added chicken! There was so much chicken and the pasta was great! The ladybird dessert pizza was drool worthy. Definitely will be back to try more!

Grabbed pizza from here last night..and was completely disappointed. The cheese hadnt melted enough, the crust was limp and couldnt hold the chicken, speaking of chicken..the roasted chicken had zero flavor to it. I ended up having to stick the pizza in the air fryer to get it to a decent place. Pro, the crust was crunchy and delicious. Its a really dope idea, wood fired pizza..but the execution left me wanting. Also a fan of the basil, underrated element. I cant recommend it but I get why folks would like it

It s so sad. We have eaten here (various locations) for as long as we can remember but the last two visits, something has changed and pizza doesn t look or taste the same. Today, we got one that was turn outside and inside that parts of inside was hard like a piece of Wasa crackers. I Found out that pizza guys have changed and it looks like they haven t trained them or quality control isn t just there. Sadly, we won t be coming here anymore.

Guys if you re looking for Some really good Neapolitan style pizza, this spot is the ho to. I been here quite a few times, but feels off lately the service staff is not well behaved When I was here during my last visit, they kept us waiting in 110 degrees outside and wouldn t let us occupy the table even though there were so many empty tables, we had parents who are old, still they would keep us outside in heat !

The Pegasus pizza was delicious! Definitely enough for two people if you order salad as well. Doreen provided an outstanding service and recommendations. Kudos to her On another note, they even gave me a $5 off since I substituted chicken with mushrooms (+$1) which was a nice surprise given that most places not only do they not give you a discount but charge you extra for any substitutes. Highly recommend this location.

Stopped in for a very late dinner. Sat at the bar. Bartender was very kind. Wasnt sure what kind of food they had, was just looking for something open. I had the spicy chicken rigatoni. It was good except there was way too much sauce. Had a glass of wine, dont remember which I ordered, but it was very much not a good wine. Bar manager needs to reevaluate the quality of the wine menu.

Dont bother spending extra $ to make pizza spicy its not worth it & gimmicky. Menu has thoughtful and tasty creations otherwise. Lost a star on food for the gimmicky spicy option and some drama it caused. Enjoy four-star menu by forgetting the spicy.
