This is by far the worst place to come. They won t even try to fix your issue so don t make the same mistake and drive somewhere else. They literally didn t make sure one of the phones was activated and said to wait until it is activated, if not call customer service and if still doesn t work to come back tomorrow. Very disappointed of this place and already regretting coming back after having the great customer service from Verizon.

We used this shop several times. We bought a new phone there last week and they were also able to update a few things with our plan. Really helpful and informative service. They also set it up so I could mail my trade in to TMobile on my own time.

We had nothing but amazing news here, Mari was the most sweetest and helpful employee they have at this location! We came in to upgrade my phone today Mari was so eager to help us with any and every question we had. She deserves every good thing to happen to her, she deserves a raise on how amazing she is! She is a big vibe to be around with, she made the wait better. She explain everything to us from the new plan we signed up for and all the benefits it has. If you need to change services or just simple questions go to Mari!

**Edited to add** This is by far the WORST T-Mobile location on the planet. This place should be shut down and restaffed. Simply the worst experience everytime I go here. Lesson learned. Twice. I will not be back. Negative -5 stars. Entire place run by kids. No customer service skills at all! Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

Edit- here I am 7 months later still waiting on a call from Aisha to fix this. They ll steal your trade in phone here. BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION. This is not part of T-Mobile corporation it is a franchise. Over three months ago I traded in a phone with this location on my moms family plan. We left happy with our new iPhone but that didn t last long. A couple months later they started charging us for the phone and when we came in to ask why they said it s because we never gave them the trade in phone. We have begged for them to check the cameras to prove we did, but we keep getting the run around. The manager Veronica was the one that accepted the phone from us but now she is saying she never got it. She is either lying or forgot, either way this is not how a manger should handle a situation! We asked for the district managers number and he never picks up, come to find out he has now been fired for reasons unknown to us. We just want someone to look at the cameras to put this nightmare away!!! In our almost 10 years of dealing with T-Mobile nothing like this has ever happened. We have called T-Mobile customer service and they say they can t do anything because it is a franchise location. No shade to majority of the staff they have been very kind, but this whole situation could be easily resolved if someone would just take responsibility and action by looking at the cameras.

Be very careful in this store. They add things to you that you dont want to buy, they tell you that they will give it to you for free and charge you for it. We went to get a cell phone, and the seller ( Gustavo ) told me that there was an error in the system, that the monthly payment increased by 5 dollars. But they gave me a case and a screen protector for the mistake. What the seller actually did was include these things to increase the monthly payment. I already filed a complaint with T-Mobile headquarters. Stay away from that store!

This store has scammers working in it, I went to change my iPhone 12 pro max phone and they offered me to change it at no charge, it was not until I saw my bill for the following month that I noticed that they had changed my 5G line for a 5G+ without my consent , these people operate under lies. They are all scammers, they lie to your face blatantly.

Useless company that is all about collecting money even after someone is dead. Tried to keep my nieces phone # and phone. Wanted to pay off the device so she could have it on another line after her mom died. They dont call back....the store cant do anything...so they lost a customer and wont collect a penny from me. The estate had no funds...so dont ever assume being honest and responsible is something t-mobile values. Att wrote off my moms phone when she passed...no questions asked. T-mobile has no heart!

Do not do business here. If you trade in your phone they will take it and make you pay for the phone you traded in for. Something shady is happening at this location. It seems like the manager Veronica or Vanessa whatever her name is, is stealing phones. It s pointless to try and reach out to anyone at corporate because this is a franchise and not actually a part of the corporation. When I first called to complain they said someone would call me back. It s been over two months and I m still getting the run around. Take your business to the deerbrook location in humble. It s less of a liability.

If I could give zero stars I would. Came to this store 20 minutes before closing and I was told by employee that they were closed, through the window. We left and called to confirm closing time, employee said they are still open and I can go in since they close in 10 minutes and I was still close to H E B. Drove back to the store and she said they are closed and we had to yell at her that we just called and they stated they weren t closed. All we needed was to change screen protectors. Unacceptable, yet I m sure manager who was in store was the aware of this situation.

After having such a horrible experience at the new caney store(in valley ranch) we decided to just come to this location and we were able to get everything done that we needed the same day and upgraded our plan as well as our iPhones. Jasmine and Layla were absolutely amazing and although there was quite some technical difficulties with the system happening these two girls were able to figure out what was happening fairly quickly considering how packed the store got. Thank y all SO very much we will now be coming to this location from now on!!

Easy and quick experience. Wesley was great he helped set us up with 5g home internet, set up auto pay and even an account. It was a smooth and quick process me and my wife were surprised at how easy it was to get this resolved. Huge shout out to JASON! We always dread going into the phone stores. Its usually a hassle, and hardly ever goes how you want it to. With Jason we were in and out quickly, and he was a pleasure to work with. He greeted us with a smile and was happy to help in any way he could. The store was busy and there was another customer that had just yelled at him about something that was not his fault, and not only did he handle that situation professionally, but he kept his cool and came right back to us with the same sweet and helpful attitude. Absolutely FULL OF IT! Opened business lines, which would allow us to save an additional $20 per month on our business internet. Was guaranteed that our bill would not exceed $170 per month. Just received a bill for $277.66. We are actually being charged for a free phone and another phone that was free as we did a trade-in. And, our internet is still, priced at the $50 per month. They say and guarantee things, but they obviously lie blatantly to our faces. Not any cheaper than Verizon and/or ATT. I would not have so much a problem had I not been told things in writing (text, paper) and over the phone and promised certain things that after 3 months are absolutely false.

Trying to get someone to help you or even a call back is terrible. Edit .. initially Left 2 stars ..went in to talk to manager( Veronica) about lack of communication and lack of customer service. Did not get satisfactory response from her. Asked for managers supervisor ( Alejandro) to contact me and never heard back from him. ALSO Chris does not know how to pass a message on to manager. Will not be doing business at this location anymore. Will go to New Caney location. One star for this location.

I am a long time T-Mobile customer and the in-store experience can be a hit or miss. I am happy to say that the service level at this particular location is great as I felt welcomed from the minute I walked in. Leila was very attentive and I feel that she went above and beyond with assisting in upgrading two phones on my account. Two bad that they did not have the phone I wanted in stock, we had to order them.

Chris and Erik were fantastic. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I even went to buy them lunch because they were so busy (my wife can be a little extra). We were even joking around and debating on which phone is better. Sorry Chris, but Android rules...... All seriousness. Great experience and they made the time fly by. This is the worst place for customer service. I upgraded to a new phone. Mind you, it was to their newest T-Mobile flagship phone Revvl V+ 5G. The employee had no knowledge of their own phones features. While transferring the micro SD card from my old phone to the new phone he proceeded to format the SD card erasing all the information I had on there. It was almost 60Gigs of business documents, personal documents, @ 5-6 yrs of family pictures and videos. The employee was having issues and did not ask for help. He just took it upon himself to format the SD card erasing everything. I contacted the store immediately after realizing what had happened. All I got was the basic sorry answer. No concern or empathy for what was lost and no sense of trying to rectify or fix the issue. After asking for the manager (Luis) or Area Manager (Ernest) to call me back, Nothing. I was told the manager or Area Manager were unavailable, but someone would call back. Over 2 weeks later no call back. I took it upon myself to call the store to see where we stood. Luis, the manager, answered the phone. I gave him my name and he was unaware of my incident and was very dismissive. He asked me what I wanted done. To recover the information lost? He knew perfectly well once formatting the SD card any previous information on the card is gone. With his dismissive and uncaring attitude I asked that the area manager call me to discuss the issue. He hurriedly said ok and hung up on me. I had to call back to give him my call back information. If I could give a minus star(s), I would.

Andrew and Diana gave me the best customer service I ve had in quite awhile. Unfortunately, I had some issues with the service itself. I sure can t fault the fine folk here. Andrew extended my trial plan for 2 weeks. I has some issues with dropped calls. I ended up with another carrier, unfortunately. I gotta say, if you are just a general phone user in a major metro area, you will like the service. These guys treated me with professionalism even when they refunded me my monies. KUDOS TO THE FINE FOLKS AT T-MOBILE STORE#427E!!!!! That s the Kingwood store next to H E B, just FYI.

The palm pilots are always slow at any location but, thats a company thing. This was an annoying experience, per usual for this location. Ive had issues purchasing and editing bill issues.

We are retired and came to this store for the senior phone special. We were greated warmly by Brittany and she quickly explained the plan. Charles also came over to help change our phones from AT&T to T-MOBILE. They also told us about a free offer on a car WiFi plug. As we have grandkids and they have WiFi only tablets we did add the service for the plug that they put in our van for us. We hate going to cell phone stores, but this visit went so smoothly and both Brittany and Charles were great to deal with. This is the store in the new HEB shopping center that was flooded last year.

I brought my 5 lines over from AT&T on June 3rd, 2018 and I couldnt have been happier with the service that David and his manager Duncan, provided to me and my family. It was quite stressful to leave AT&T after 11 years and go through the whole porting process but David handled it with grace and professionalism which in turn kept my stress level to a minimum. He did advise me a few days prior when I was contemplating the switch to come early and be prepared as the whole process might take about two hours, which it did, but I was grateful he told me in advance. So far Im very happy we made the switch and I highly recommend coming to this store to see David or Duncan if youre thinking about switching or if youre already a T-Mobile customer.

Came when the first opened to port my number from another carrier and add more lines. David and Ducan went the extra mile to help us and to make sure that we experienced the best service.
