I ve been to Cicis before; and they never disappoint this location is no exception to that! Staff were super friendly! The food itself with was ok, these may have been do the time my family eats the pizza had been out awhile. Which is not the staff fault! Plenty of room both inside and for parking! It s even better if your family is like mine which your pizza preferences are different. They will aslo make you a custom pizza if you ask (though can not say if they charge for that or not. As we did not order it. But we saw someone ask) There brownies where ok, but if your like me and prefer a sweeter type brownie they man not be for you! The pumpkin cinnamon roll was wonderful! Wish I cloud have more then one! 10/10 would recommend. I can t say much about the pizza it was pretty good. But like mentioned it didn t seem super fresh (which again is not the staffs fault) but was still good! I can only image that getting it when it s more fresh is prefect! So needless to say if you or your family a picky eater like I am! This is a place is great! Both in staff and food!

I ll just eat somewhere else. The floor was pretty disgusting didn t seem like it was cleaned in awhile. And management needs a reality check. While other employees were, working really hard she was sitting on her butt. Would definitely choose another Manager. Someone that s a team player. And isn t rude for no reason to her customers. That are feeding her pocket.

The food was excellent! They kept the buffet fresh and full and the salad was delicious. Pumpkin spice cinnamon rolls yum! The service was quite excellent as well. Thanks Christian for going above and beyond! Will visit again for sure!

Good morning Yesterday on August 28th I took my family to eat here. The food was great I loved it! But the customer service from one of the employe was horrible. What bug me the most was the fact he spoke about me when he thought I wasnt looking. Im still Scratching my head thinking what did I do wrong. The minute I step up to the register to pay is the min I got negegative energy from that 1 one person. Every one else did good! Even tho I had that bad experience with that 1 person. I still left a tip regardless! To be more specific about who I am talking about. Hes an carcasian male with blonde or brown hair. If Im not mistaken he has long hair. Like I said before, the food was great and the other employees has way better customer service compared to this guy. Thank you cici for the good pizza!

I recently visited Cicis pizza in Temple,Texas. I arrived slightly late. We had about an hour before closing. The workers were definitely ready to go home. Everyone was just kinda blah..... also, we didnt have a very good selection of pizza to pick from. I am guessing they had already put up to close. There wasnt any dessert pizza at all. I was disappointed, to say the least. Overall, I would still recommend the establishment. I would just make sure you go earlier in the evening.

My gf and I came here during a rush when there were a bunch of kids around as well. The pizzas disappeared almost as fast as they were put out but it was a rush so we werent surprised. Still the staff did a phenomenal job of keeping things stocked all things considered and huge kudos to them. Well be back for sure, the pizza was great and the cinnamon rolls? To die for. I commented a lot of places screw them up by either having so little cinnamon you cant taste it or so much its like doing the cinnamon challenge but this Cicis did them just perfect. I would absolutely have eaten like 20 if I wasnt so full of pizza lmao.

We came from waco to run errands in temple and came to cicis. Food was awesome and my 4 kids at their fill and then played games while me and wife caught up on our buffet. Staff and service was on point & courteous. I recommend. BBQ chicken pizza !

I needed a place to stop with a bus-load of kids. We were travelling back from a week at church camp and this place was great. I spoke with a Manager the week before. They were very helpful and the price was very reasonable. Our group was 50 plus and they handled it like pros. Place was clean. Food was good. The service was great. Kid-friendliness: Great for kids

Two days after Temple gets hit with a natural disaster they were open and with a packed house. Not an open table. They did an amazing job. Owner was cooking, staff was hustling and making sure everyone had everything they needed. Highly impressed!

The kids working werent professional to say the least. Food was cold and when we ordered a pizza for the table... 30 minutes passed and still no pizza. Told them they could take their sign back and theylooked in the oven to see if there was Even a pizza. The manager played on her phone. Dessert wise it took around 30 minutes to bring more out but it was very soggy.. Im only saying all this not to complain but to make Cici aware of the service we received. We still had a good time, we turned a bad experience into a good time no matter.

Very limited on types of pizzas. Desserts-- only 2. So sad.Vrry very different. This place has gotten much better. An array of pizza, salad bar an even they will make one for you. This place has cleaned up. Stop in, price is right. Update: February 11, 2023. I do believe that it has changed. More people are now coming here. Excellent staff and service. Everything is kept clean. Oh yeah, food and salad is fantastic. Update: 18 May, 2023. Always fantastic. Service very satisfactory. Nothing changed except they have the new 64 slices pizza. BIG it is. to Cicis. Update: 11 august, 2023. All is good at this pizza place. A nice salad bar and an assortment of pizzas . All you san eat. Yum yum. Always go there for my salad and pizza fix. Staff definitely stays friendly. Area stays clean and ready. Only thing I have seen wrong here over the years is their bathrooms. Sometimes and sometimes . Update: Jan 7,2024. Crowded today, Sunday afternoon lunch. Salad bar was fantastic and pizza variety was there. Update: 31 Mar, 2024. Easter Sunday, they were open. When I got there I was the only one that was there. They had all the salad I wanted. Food was delicious, hot and ready. Vegetarian options: Veggie pizza available and salad bar Parking: Ample handicap parking and plenty parking available Kid-friendliness: Theres a game room for children to play Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking available along with entry to restaurant. For the amount of people they can put in there vs the amount of food they can put out does not match. They seemed to struggle to keep a variety of different pizzas out or pizza out in general. The food was really good! Place was clean and buffet (pizza/salad bar) well stocked! Two busloads of kids...some under 5-6 years old and some middle-schoolers. The staff kept the buffet stocked and the place clean and organized! It was a madhouse, but it was controlled chaos! Great job to the staff and to the parent/teacher/kid wranglers! Well behaved kiddos! Looking forward to eating there, again, real soon!

We took our kids and 6 of their friends...10 total...5 teenagers. For the first half hour we were there, they only had about 6 slices of pizza total on their buffet, and they were completely out of pasta which is all my daighter will eat. Everything was filthy and the drink fountain was difficult to get to with the way the tables are set up so close and the cross traffic from the buffet and game area. Pizza, when they finally put some out and we were able to get a single slice since the entire restaurant was waiting for it, wasnt bad. The other customers were like savages. Zero line etiquette or manners. They all cut and let their kids run around screaming. Terrible experience overall. The employees in the kitchen seemed like they were doing their best though

Pizza was good but there were only two pizzas to choose from and the salad tray was pretty much empty. They had a few mangled cinnamon rolls that were doughy. Got about 1/2 cup of lettuce one slice of pizza and one roll on My first trip up. We also had a hard time finding a clean table. Several tables were empty but full of plates and trash. They finally got more pizzas out but not ones Im very fond of. I guess you can order a pizza you like and wait for it, but isnt the whole concept of a buffet to have a good selection of food available to eat right away

There was a poor selection of pizza that wasnt being replaced on the buffet. There were no desserts except a few pieces of dessert pizza and a couple of cinnamon rolls. The ice on the drink machine was out for most of the time we were there. We came right before the rush to this situation. It didnt get better during the rush. The staff we could see were working hard the entire time. The staff were good, so I think they just had too much work for the staff that was present. They also didnt have any brownies the entire time we were there, which was a fairly long time because we had a child that was playing in the game room, which was very small. Vegetarian options: There is a salad bar and they make cheese pizzas. Parking: There is plenty of parking even when it is busy. Kid-friendliness: They have a tiny game room and another small room with money grabbing claw machines that I would not recommend using. Wheelchair accessibility: The building is on the first floor. The doors may be a little hard to navigate though.

Love this place. They will make any pizza you want. Always great customer service. My family and I went Friday night after I wrote my first review and it was ridiculous! There was an employee name, Simon he was the only one that was working his tail off the manager, and the other guy or in the back two ladies came in and waited 10 minutes at the counter for somebody a customer came to the window and waited about 15 minutes for somebody to come. The manager then began to jump on Simon because he didn t have our pizza out and I interrupted her and told her it s not his fault. He s up here by himself doing all he can while y all are just in the back and your in the bathroom. Simon kept apologizing to us and we told him he had nothing to apologize for that. He was working his behind off and we understood that they left him up there by himself. The cook was wondering off and the manager and the cook was standing around together talking

Got 3 buffets restraunt must have been short staffed from the moment we sit down us and everyone else was waiting for food one pizza would come to the buffet and about 5 or 6 customers would grab it and the rest would start waiting again had to sit and eating took almost two hours which should have only taken 30 minutes because of having to wait for food on the buffet and we didnt even eat all we could we finally gave up to me definitely was not worth the 35 dollars to pay for 3 buffets and leave hungry because of not having any food on the buffet I really felt sorry for the employees there was obviously no management there or they were not upfront would really like management to contact me to get a credit for three buffets so I may give them another chance and actually get what we already paid for this has never happened to me at Cicis before very sad and upsetting

Thought the guy said boneless wings were included in the buffet. Paid for the buffet but they were not included!? Disappointed. Pizza was fresh, staff was nice & no wait. Plenty of parking. Great lunch when youre on the run, even dessert!

Visited once around 2pm, not crowded at all food was great and fresh hot cinnamon rolls. Winning. Took the fam bam on a Friday night..... so crowded. Wont do that again. Lol

This location has been here for over 10 yrs. The eating area is bright and open. Maken it good for keeping eye on them. The arcade makes it perfect for a family with kids. The works keep the buffet clean at the expense of clearing tables. Point in fact Ive been here 45mins and in the last 25 3 tables havent been cleared off. But it not rush time it actually only 5 tables occupied Vegetarian options: If you get buffet, you can request a veggie pizza. *Cheese is on all pizza* Kid-friendliness: Has arcade for kids. Wheelchair accessibility: Has parking and ramp.

Good salad bar and acceptable pizza. Store was clean and staff was friendly. Not much variety on pizza buffet, mostly pepperoni. Kid-friendliness: Some games in the back. I took my kids to CiCis when they were starved after soccer games because it is fast and easy.
