We had so much fun for my Birthday Party and James is the most amazing human being and instructor. He was so patient with us and guided us all the way. My guests were getting lost the gps was throwing them off and he patiently waited for us and we never felt rushed. Felt at home. I ll definitely be back. Thanks for an amazing experience

We painted at this location and had a wonderful experience with our instructor, James. He was so kind and patient and gave us great directions for our art pieces. He took his time and accommodated us with blending different colors we wanted to achieve on our backgrounds and skin tones. This was our first time at this location and we will definitely be back. James is such a superstar! The location is fresh and clean and has many selections to choose from online beforehand, too.

I never write reviews, but I cannot say enough good things about the EXCELLENT customer service I received. For Father s Day my dad and I were going to do a Paint Your Pet event. We had been looking forward to it for weeks when I sadly injured my paint hand before our event. Lauren was so kind to offer me store credit for my cancellation and when I finally recovered, she assisted me in finding a make up Paint Your Pet event. Her email responses were quick, her attitude was compassionate, and she was exceedingly patient working with me to schedule a fun father/daughter night that I am so excited about! Went above and beyond!

We were a group of 15 noisy and laughing women. Jen was amazing, helping and guiding us on our artistic journey. Everyone did the same painting, but none were alike. Food and drink were not only permitted but encouraged. The afternoon left us with faces that hurt with all the laughter and joking. I highly recommend Painting with a Twist for a wholesome, fun time.

This is the first time going into painting with a twist. I had been wanting to go for a while, but my husband had been a bit reluctant to try it. We both absolutely loved it! It was a very laid back atmosphere and the instructors were sooooo welcoming and warm. They were incredibly helpful and didn t feel any pressure to be a good painter . We went to the painting with twist in frisco with instructors hailey and trinity. Thank you so much hailey and trinity for making this such a memorable experience! Can t wait to go back :)

2 little first timers and we had so much fun! My daughter has really been getting into art lately, so I wanted to find a fun date night for us. 9 yro kiddo and I had a blast at the Van Gogh Mario session with Asher. Kiddo and I both have sensory processing challenges and anxiety and we were meeting our friends who also are on the spectrum, and manage sensory challenges. The PWAT team were great and treated our spectrum friend with dignity just like they were anyone else without us having to explain him. Asher was our lead instructor and she was great with all the kiddos and adults, and we were immediately at ease in our new experience. I didn t finish my painting (but I expected this due to my perfectionism and I still think it is cute) but with Asher s instruction, everyone walked out feeling like a rockstar!

After my first bad experience , Lauren (the owner, sent me an email apologizing for the confusion. She offered me to fix my daughter s paint or another class. I decided to go for the class. This time, it was a glow in the dark painting class. My daughters had a great time. I said my daughters, because we decided to sign up my 4 years old (almost 5) for this class too. The instructor and her helper were amazing and very patient. We all have a great time. Thank you Lauren for reaching out to me. False advertising!!! I signed my daughter for twist kids black light !!!!!! Teagan the Rainbow Tiger!!! (March 15 12-1:30 pm class), because my daughter wanted to have a glow in the dark paint for her room. Unfortunately, our Paint with a Twist location didn t have a black light class available so I decided to drive 45 minutes!!!! to the Frisco location. During the session, my daughter asked the instructor if the paint will glow and he answered that maybe the white color. Obviously, the instructor was clueless of what she was talking about. At the end of the session, one of the other moms asked to please turn off the lights so we all can see the paints glow in the dark and surprise!!! The instructor didn t use glow in the dark paint!!!!!!! When I questioned him about it, he answered that he didn t have any idea that the project supposed to be black light. He mentioned that his list of supplies didn t mentioned anything about using glow in the dark paint. Really!!!!!! My first time at this location and I m extremely disappointed. I don t know who is the manager or owner of this location, but you need to keep a better track of the classes you advertised in your website

So I travel a lot for work and one of my favorite things to relax is to grab a bottle of wine and create a painting. I ve been to PWAT studios all over the US and this is one of the best! The studio is so cute, so organized and the Instructor was great (also, had an amazing playlist)! Can t wait until I m back in Frisco to do another one!!

Friendly staff and my kids had a blast going (theyre 8yo and 6yo). The first time we went there was a delay due to the artist having car trouble (things happen so we were not upset) and they were very kind and apologetic for something they couldnt control and offered us a gift certificate for the inconvenience. My kids are asking when they can go again! We are planning on booking another family paint session there soon! We had Ike as our artist and we highly recommend him...nice, patient, nice manners, and social with everyone.

My daughter and I enjoyed a painting night together. It was her first time! Mitchell was our instructor, he did a good job leading us through the painting of a mystical night painting. I had been to several Painting With a Twist locations, I had never been to this one in Frisco. The space was well laid out and there was plenty of room to paint. The weather was kind of dicey when we went so there were only four or five other people painting during the same time. I wish that they offered acrylic for painting options more often, but thats just my personal preference. Overall, it was a great experience.

I took my mom and two of her friends as a birthday gift. Something different than the same old same old. Jeriah was our instructor/host and what an excellent one he was. He said the right painting mood is all about atmosphere. He created it with an amazing playing list. Lenny Williams, Usher, Isley Brothers, Sade, Johnny Gill, etc. The musical R&B selection appeased all generations in attendance. Neither my mother, her friends, or I consider ourselves artists. Somehow Jeriahs encouragement and teaching skills took our blobs of color on the canvas and morphed them to masterpieces. Everyone brought their own beverage of choice. Ours was red wine. The larger group of about 20 people was great. Everyone interacting and vibing, sipping their beverage of choice, laughing, painting and singing along brought the room to life. Everyone wished my mother Happy Birthday which made her feel extra special. We thoroughly enjoyed this. Mom found it so relaxing that she said she would do it again. Thanks Jeriah for helping me make this birthday one my mom will remember.

Great teacher and assistants. My issue is with the $80 at home kit I purchased.. do not waste your money on the home kit!! Just go to the class.. its cheaper and more worth your hard earned money. They draw hardly anything on the canvas. Idk about other painters coming here but I need the image actually drawn on the canvas. Very disappointed.

I usually go to PWAT, with the girls in Mckinney, but today was special, I went with my husband of six years and he loved the vibes, even though everyone else was quiet, we had a great time, drinking, painting and being goofy together. I just had the BEST class with Lindsay and her team!!!!!!!! Lindsey helped me bring my vision to life, even if it WASNT part of the class!! Amanda helped with technique (never painted a day in my life) that made my painting look super professional! Emily was very attentive and gave me all the help I needed and was SUPER quick with a compliment!! Cameron taught an amazing class! This is such great fun! Lindsey was our amazing guide in teaching us how to use our acrylics. They have over 15,000 paintings to choose from for private parties. I look forward to making this a monthly fun activity! Its BYOB and the paints, brushes and canvases are provided. Theres plenty of parking and they are right next door to Market Street facing Legacy. I thought this place would be painting with a twist. Its just a painting class with 30 other people in a cramped room. There are no snacks, beverages, or wine. I barely had space to lift my elbows, stand, or back up without bumping unto someone, and people kept bumping into me too. I didnt even meet the instructor, and he definitely wasnt able to view anyones artwork in my row of people against the wall. He wpuld have had to climb over 4 people just to see my canvas.

I have about 6 different paintings that I have done with the help of paint-and-wine type places, but I have to say that this particular one, Painting With A Twist at Legacy Center, was the most engaging class Ive been to. In the full class, I never had to wait for more paint, I didnt have to put my painting on hold to wait for a special brush, and I didnt have to bug my neighbor for help fixing a mistake. The instructor and aides were very attentive, fun, and kind. It was so worth the drive!

We had a group of 9 go on a Saturday night - we were led by Daniel and Robert - they were AWESOME, both individually and as a team. We laughed throughout the evening...I would highly recommend booking with these two and go in with a spirit of adventure and openness to experience. What a blast.
