Ordered tenders they were small, fries were overcooked. Boneless wings were plain chicken nuggets this is second time on this. Asked for a glass of water was told there would be a charge, asked for extra sauce that would cost 1.00. Things have changed. Attendant was a new hire she did her best.

I ordered a 2 piece signature meal from Popeyes off the Uber eats app today and my pieces of chicken was dry, hard and seems to have been overheated. I think These resturants need to stop using third party ordering because they seem to act like the food is not coming from the resturant itself. Its already costly and the majority of ppl who order on this app is because we are wanting a craving for the resturants we enjoy but due to lack of transportation we can still be able to enjoy them. But we get awful services or wrong orders. Please do better. Uber eats is just the ordering and delivery companys. We still should be treated like paid customers. Instead we are treated like the food was free

This is the worst popeyes experience I had ever. It started when I went through the drive thru. I had a coupon for a 6 piece tender, 2 sides & 2 biscuits. I told her the Blackened tenders! With 2 red beans & rice. When I receive my order , it was regular tenders. I went inside , and shown the manager it wasn t blackened. She told me NO, and that didn t say that. On the receipt it shows Sarai as the Host. But I don t think that was the manager. It was a Hispanic lady. Further more, she told me I didn t say blackened. That no one on the headset heard that, and that I need to pay the difference. Then walked away from me. During that duration also, an other lady was waiting for her messed up order. The manager and staff disregarded me. My girlfriend had to go inside and talk to the manager. The manager claimed that they didn t do blackened items there. Which is odd because it is on the menu. She didn t offer a refund, or anything else. The food was disgusting, dissatisfying, and more. I want my refund and this to be looked into. Because whoever owns this Popeyes franchise or corporate. Needs to be known. Also the manager was talking to her staff very rudely! She was arguing with them about who broke a headset. So unprofessional. I would never come back there.

Just left this location because apparently they do not do all dark orders anymore. Had to drive to the location on 1960 and had no problems. Will not be doing business at the crosby location anymore as the white meat doesnt get eaten and Im not one to waste money. Shouldnt the paying customer be able to order the food the way they want?

I really don t write negative reviews, but This Popeyes is horrible, every time I order a 3 piece DARK MEAT they never fail to give me a big BREAST! FYI that is NOT dark meat. Today (07/24/24) I went to get a 3 piece dinner, I asked for dark meat, in fact we had to drive up to the window to even be understood since the mic was so messed up and made it clear face to face we wanted ALL DARK 3 piece dinner. i open the box and low and behold a big fat breast !!! I backed up to the window and nicely asked for all dark meat Valarie replied stating they no longer allow all dark or all white it is all mixed but then said they would fix it for me then returned the box with TWO SPICY breast. I ordered mild. My boyfriend recently had his wisdom teeth which we stated is the reason is why he needs all dark as it isn t as dry then they give us SPICY lol something he can t have for 2 weeks after the procedure. Like really? in what world do you go to an FOOD establishment let alone a CHICKEN place and they deny you to choose what kind of meat you would like? This is horrible and no Popeyes has ever told me that. This location is trash along with the other boy who is constantly complaining when I ask for all dark meat! ITS YOUR JOB. Don t work here if u can t don t the smallest things such as customization of a customers order which in this case is simply choosing the correct chicken they asked for simple if you ask me.

The store closes at 11:00 p.m I stopped by on Monday May 13, 2024 at 9:15 pm. after coming in from out of town and asked for blackened tenders. I drove all across the lone star state. I could have literally stopped at 100 other Popeyes locations. I chose this one as it was closer to home. I was told they didn t have any blackened tenders. When I asked why they said they just didn t. I asked for the store number just so I could contact the person in charge for some clarity as that is my go to meal and never had an issue placing an order before. As a former Popeyes employee during my collage years I know they were just being lazy and didn t want to make that drop. I waited at the window to speak to the manager in charge. She finally came to the window and refused to give me her name. She had no name tag just her gray shift manager shirt. She said wow you re doing all this all for some tenders, you re really gonna complain about tenders yes, indeed I am. If you are in charge of an establishment that sells CHICKEN TENDERS and not only do you not have them but on top of that you re being rude of course I m going to complain. I know she was the shift manager because of her gray shirt, yet she insisted that she didn t know who the manager was or what the managers name is. She said she didn t even know who was the owner of the store and that I could call corporate if I wanted to. Why do your shift managers or other employees don t know who s in charge? That s weird and kind of ridiculous for such a big chain company like Popeyes. This message is for Popeyes, please update your hours if food items aren t going to be available 2 hours before closing. The guy at the window said we only have classic before I could even continue placing the order. I get it people are ready to go home and probably decided to close out early. With that being said just update your hours and don t advertise being open until 11 when the kitchen shuts down at 9 pm. Also please introduce the person responsible for this store to the people who work there. Wether it s an owner, general manager, or regional manager that person needs to make an appearance at the store, introduce him or her self and leave some contact information to better support the staff members. I ve been to different Popeyes locations a million times and never have I encountered such rude staff. A little politeness and clear information regarding the chain of command can really go a long way for this store.

Placed an order online to feed my family dinner tonight. $70+ my daughter went to pick it up and they claimed the order was never received and there was nothing they could do. They sure charged me for it though. And wouldnt even make it right for the customer because they would loose money on it WELL I JUST LOST MONEY ON IT!!!! Im just so upset with the carelessness these people showed my daughter. They clearly see it was paid for, the store location is correct. Its not the customers fault that there equipment is not working correctly. Definitely will not be coming here.... ever. Update: after an hour of arguing and my husband getting very upset, the manager in duty, a Hispanic woman finally did the right thing. After we repeatedly asked them to look at the response from the online order customer service rep saying that we should be able to still pick up our order and having to send screen shoots of the payment from taken from the account, for the big boss. This really should be a lesson in how to handle this type of situating should it arise again. I still dont think I will be visiting again.

I havent tried this location in about a year due to a previous bad experience. However, I feel its important to give credit where credit is due. Today, the food was hot and fresh, which was a delightful surprise. The red beans and rice, chicken sandwich, and fries were all freshly made. Even the biscuit was hot and fresh. Well done!! The only negative I could point out was the lack of napkins or silverware in the bag.

Ordered a 16 piece family order and was given 8 real small wings which were mainly bones at that, 4 legs & 4 thighs. If you are trying to feed a family, make sure you specify to get an even count or they will feed give you half your order of little boned wing. Going up on prices and cooking smaller pieces, even one of the thigh s looks like it was cut in half, size of a biscuit. Sad

Update 6/6/2023 While waiting for my order, a customer brings in a piece of chicken in her hand that was not the right piece. The clerk takes the chicken with her tongs and puts it back into the rack!! I told her she has to throw that piece of chicken in the trash. She said, Oh yeah, your right. Definitely wont be going back to this Popeyes. Also someone was attending to a cut on their finger near the chicken and didnt wash his hands afterwards. How can a restaurant consistently mess up the one thing they are supposed to be great at? The people working behind the counter are some of the rudest people Ive ever encountered. The way they treat customers, especially elder people are down right disgraceful. Food is never consistent. Most of the time its under cooked and cold. There have been numerous times when the store will abruptly close in the middle of the day for no reason. If I want Popeyes, Ill drive an extra 20 minutes to a different location. This location needs serious help.

I saw a young man named Preston working very hard taking care of multiple orders while others were just standing around and looking confused. He was filling boxes, cups and getting customers napkins. This is one of the cleanest and friendliest Popeyes Ive ever visited. Employees seemed geniunely interested in customer service. Food was very good, hot & fresh. I will drive past the Popeyes in my town (Huffman) to return to this location in the future.

Awful, unfortunately. It wasnt the first time it has been disappointing either. We were missing food. The biscuits were so overcooked they were hard as a rock and dry. When we went in to ask about the missing food, the kitchen staff, etc. acted as if it was an inconvenience to get it. We paid for it. $60 worth of food. I have no clue what is happening but the service industry has really gone downhill. This is one of the worst places. Period.

When I picked my daughter up from school today, she wanted to stop by Popeyes to get a sweet tea. So, I stopped and we walked in and up to the counter because there was no one in line. Not one of the 6 or 7 employees, including what looked to be a manager, uttered a greeting! We stood there at the counter for about 5 minutes, only wanting to order a large sweet tea and a cup of ice....Just about every employee in that place looked right at me and my daughter, but not a word... No can I help you??? No I will be there in just a minute.... No are you ready to order??? NOTHING!!! Just acted as if we werent there... Needless to say, we walked out and will not go back... Im not sure what the problem was, but that was pretty pathetic and so unprofessional....

Asked for very little rice in beans, they act as if it was a joke and put more rice than normal, went back thru window...same, went 3rd time, it was basically all beans than...lol, by then, I was leary about eating them! , you get my drift? EVERY SINGLE TIME I come to this location, one of two things occurs. It either takes an incredibly long time to be served (20 minutes minimum), or they are out of an item I want. I rarely eat here and the few times I give them a chance, I m reminded why. DO BETTER

Slowest Popeyes I have ever been to. Ordered a single chicken sandwich and took over 35 minutes to get it after multiple times asking. Even after I got the sandwich it was made incorrectly, and had to wait even longer for them to remake it. They claimed they didn t expect everyone to be ordering chicken this night , at a chicken place no less. Inexcusable, and I will not be visiting here again. I urge others to do the same.

I aint got no more chicken! Is what I used to here every time I pulled into their drive through. I had hoped that the staff had been dealt with after 2 years of eating at churches, so I gave them another shot. Missed half of my order and still charged me for it. Back to Churches I guess, only a matter of time for this place to go out of business.

This location is awful. I just went there about 15 minutes ago and they told me they werent taking orders. Its right at about 12 so Im sure they will get the lunch rush and have to turn away all those customers as well. I drove across the street to Wendys. Other times I have been to this location they dont have the items that I try to order off the menu. I ask myself why I even try to go to this place anymore.

I was really upset about how this place in Crosby TX is still operating. Management is everything in a business. You can only ride on shirt tails for so long. I love some Popeyes but lets get for real. I pray someday Management gets it together. I believe in service before talking on cell phones and leaving customers with no food for over a hour. Ill leave it at that.

Food tasted great but the wait was enough to make me think twice on returning... I literally waited 30 mins, each car waited at least 10 minutes before they could order. Once I pulled up I saw that there wasnt enough employees inside could only see 2.. the gentleman that took my order was very polite I could tell he tried his best ... but if I want fast food I expect it to be just that...

After sitting in the drive thru line for 15 minutes I pulled up to the speaker at 6:25pm. Although the website says they are open til 10 I was informed by the young lady that they were closed right now. A little over a month ago I tried to get chicken and after waiting an excessively long time was told then that they didnt have chicken. This place really is a joke. I cant rate thier food as both times I have tried to eat here.
