Went into today with my daughter. As soon as we walked in their was a female named Rilee, in a stripped blue and white shirt. That looked us up and down, rolled her eyes, and loudly said, how fake to the employee next to her and they both laughed. Given how unfit and unattractive Rilee is, the insanely rude comment was more then likely out of jealousy. Either way extremely rude. We saw her walking by the appliance department, and I asked her to please not make rude comments about us, and again she rolled her eyes and mumbled something under her breath before walking away. The whole experience was so unnecessary, rude, and out of line that we left our basket full of items and walked out of the store. We obviously won t be going back there and I ve already notified corporate about this terrible experience. Hopefully whoever her manager is sees this and can put her in some customer service classes or hire somewhere better.

Super sketchy store. The coupons I received in my mailbox didnt work at this store, but worked fine at other store. When asking for help from the store manager, that person claimed he has never seen such coupon in his 15 years of working there (obviously a lie). Apparently the store itself rejected this coupon on purpose.

Big shout out to TJ who went above and beyond to get my cut done today. This dude is what the customer service experience is all about throughout the issues we had he made sure I was taken care of, spent his time trying to find what we needed, even offered to buy me a snack or drink while I waited, and ended up giving me a discount for my time spent in the inconvenience. Well done, HD excellent customer service experience. Give this dude a raise.

I couldnt find(or get) anyone to help me and finally asked Jodi in Customer Service if she could send someone to that area to help me. Jonah L. was very knowledgeable and a WONDERFUL help and Jodi even came to double check that Id been helped. I had asked someone in another area for help and explained that I looked all over for someone in the area to help and waited for them to finish with a customer, just to walk back to the area and do the same thing. Couldnt they have called someone who knows about that area to help me instead? Thank goodness for Jonah L and Jodi. :)

I purchased a floor length mirror online and had it delivered to the store and unfortunately it did not fit in my car. E and Jodie in customer service dept were so helpful and friendly to make a frustrating situation less stressful. E suggested renting a van for $19/ for 75 minutes to take the mirror home and bring the van back. Kevin and George in the Rental dept were so kind and patient with me and overall a bucket list item I never want to experience again something I could be proud of for handling. Thanks Home Depot. Next time I will make sure to take measurements of my hatchback and/or deliver to my home. Great service from the entire team.

They do not honor their warranties. When you call, they always say the need a manager approval, and tell you they will call you back. They never call back. This has been their standard operating procedure for over a year for a water heater I had them install. Go some place else.

I would just like to say that I m very pleased with the hardworking staff at this location! I come in quite often to get supplies and leave out with a smile on my face. I would like to point out that Lenea exudes so much knowledge, very prompt, friendly, and hard working. Each time I come into the store, she s very pleasant and helpful with finding things. I m not sure if she s a Manager, but having staff like herself helps me to understand why my experience, at Home Depot, is always a positive one. I m very glad that I decided to move into this area and to be in close distance of Frisco s Home Depot. You have definitely gained a forever customer. Thank you for all of the help and hard work!

They usually have what you need. I miss the days of employees in every department that could tell you exactly what you needed, where to find it, and what alternatives might exist. Now it s hard to find employees and even when you do, they just pull out their phone and look up an aisle number. And that s only if you know exactly what you are looking for.

Sales rep was great in the appliance section. Ordered our fridge. Today, the day it was supposed to arrive, I call the hotline and am told it will not be delivered for another two weeks. I cancelled my order. Went to their big blue competitor. Found the same fridge and got it for 25% less. Will be delivered in a day and not two weeks. Sorry that your supply chain failed you and lost my business.

Huge store, and Ive had good luck findings things here that other stores didnt have. However, the biggest asset of this store is the employees. They are helpful, and some of them are incredibly knowledgable. I mean way over the top in the know. Ridiculous! Sat in a curbside parking spot for 15 min only for a customer service rep to come out and say that nobody was working to help with curbside or I could wait another 15 min while they hopefully find someone. It s only 4 items needed. So I decided to go inside and gather the items myself took 5 min. As I was inside I noticed 5 employees standing around the pickup desks and probably also passed 20 employees in the store. As I m putting one of the items in my cart the rep calls me and says sorry I ll have to come back tomorrow because the isle my item was on was closed off as I was standing in the wide open isle. Bunch of lazy lying employees working on 1/18. I ll make sure to visit any other HD aside from this location in the future.

This places has the rudest customer service in all of texas. Especially this short girl with red hair. It is almost impossible to find help for general stuff and she assumes that every person works here and knows everything. Literally came here for a propane tank exchange and i am trying to figure out where to order it. Instead of greeting and asking kindly on how customer service can help. She yells making weird noises and rolling eyesas if its standard practice to speak some bird tongue with an adult human being. There is more entitled attitude here compared to a snooty restaurant in New York and i have been to both. Unfortunately this is not the first instance either. I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the customer service I received at your store recently. As a regular and loyal customer who has consistently chosen Home Depot for my home improvement needs, I was taken aback by the treatment I received during a return transaction on [01/07/2024]. I visited your store to return an item that is covered under the lifetime warranty. However, the cashier, Kyla, exhibited unprofessional behavior and was disrespectful, especially in front of my child. Not only did she refuse to assist me with the return, but she also made derogatory remarks, stating that we don t need customers like you. And I m done with . This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and it deeply saddened me as someone who has spent a substantial amount of money at Home Depot over the years. I have never been treated with such disrespect and discourtesy before. I hope that this matter is addressed promptly, as it does not align with the high standards of customer service that I have come to expect from Home Depot. We used Home Depot Services for our Window Replacement as we have had good experiences with our DIY project, but our window project is still on-going after over a year since we signed the contract and almost a year since work began. First, the installers that showed up where wearing Extreme Windows shirts (not Home Depot) and they dropped an old window on one of our new Trane 18 Sheer, 4 ton A/C units causing dents to the housing because it was not protected properly (no plywood protection, just a tarp). They didnt inform us of this and we found it during our informal walk around after the first day of work. Also, there was addition damage (wood floors, window sills, etc.) caused by the speedy and rough work as proper protection was overlooked. We are still trying to get the repairs completed, but Home Depot has some many different contacts for different departments that there is very little responses as it is always someone elses department. Also, we still waiting on one window as now they are saying it is a Special Order even though the windows were measured three (3) times and charged us an additional fee. Here is an example on how bad Home Depot is disconnected, we had one cracked window upon delivery and the installer ordered a replacement with the window being in a high vaulted ceiling. During a walk around with the Regional Manager, Branch Manager, and Installation Specialist, this cracked window along with all of the damaged was pointed out to them. When the Home Depot peron came to replace the cracked window, he was not informed that a ladder was required even though four (4) separate Home Depot were aware of the windows location, so he could not install the window and had to make a second trip. Total lack of caring, responsibility, and accountability experienced from Home Depot Window Services, so I would not recommend and will not use in the future.

I paid and placed order for door measurement to install a new door, the guy in door department just wasted my time for a month, no measurement was done and he was clueless to handle anything. When I asked to refund my money, even Store manager couldnt do any thing about it despite she told me that she would get me refund next day. Next day when I called her, she did nothing and forwarded me to door department . Such a careless and incompetent store manager. A multi Billion Dollar company failed to refund my $40, what a joke. Based on my experience at this location, dealing with the issue I had proves why my rating this low. I bought a tool, checked out, and returned it the next day because I needed a different size. Turns out the barcode scanned was a totally different item. When I asked to get a refund with my receipt, they could only do store credit due to the mixmatch of price and tool. Why would the computer price a different item when the tool has the tag taped around the tool?! Im glad I still got my money back, but I would not have preferred store credit if it was the stores fault for their price mixmatch with the system. Other than that, this homedepot is still nice to shop around if you know what to look for.

Home Depot constantly lies and misrepresents the stock they have. Case in.point. Im trying to find the NDS 9 in. Down Spout Catch Basin Kit. THREE local Home Depots claim to have it, according to their website and their app. Only none really have it in stock. Theyll happily let you buy it online and pay for it, then let the order get stuck in processing lim o, waiting on an item they dont really have and probably never will. To add insult to injury, the person. Working that area claimed a different product was the same one that I had ordered l, despite it being incomplete and a different size. This isnt the first time this has happened.

The amount of stuff being placed in the middle of aisles is out of control. An many places, there is only room for one cart. Clean up the store and stop being so excessive with stuff in the aisles.

This place is filled with rats and mice. Home depot should use some of the products they sell to bring it under control, before someone gets sick. OMG. The stench is so bad in the garden area. Rats are giant and droppings everywhere, eating bird feed. Yuck.

Have shopped for appliances here a few times. I ve had to ask for help anytime I ve had a question. The staff acts like I ve interrupted their main task of ignoring customers. The inventory levels are pretty good though. I now just purchase from the app and pickup curbside or have it delivered.

Very bad store. Wasted my time to get and install 1 stoem door. Again I am saying just ONE door. Broke their deadline by over a week now. Although many escalations have been made they are not able to deliver till date. Despite many phone calls and personally visiting the store twice. Nothing still happening. Dont waste your time with home improvement projects with this store. Just go elsewhere.

The old lady who works in the plant department is the rudest worker I ve ever met. If you hate your job so much, go find another one. Talked down on me like I was dumb. Told me I didn t know what I was talking about and then clearly showed her I did. She was uninterested in helping a customer and too busy talking to another co worker. Super unpleasant experience in the plant department. Never coming back.
