I ordered the steak and Chimichurri steak bowl. My work uses a food delivery app and the bowl came on time as advertised. The meat/steak was cold, but I know that this restaurant has no control over delivery times in transit. The overall flavor was great. The steak was tender. There are lots of flavors packed into the bowl. I wish there was just. A little more Chimichurri sauce. The bowl was a little dry. I will eat here again.

Update Sept 24 It had been a couple of years since my last experience with them so decided to give it another go. Ordered acai bowls and smoothies through the doordash app. Everything was fine until I found a brown hair in one of the bowls. Picture attached is of the hair after I wiped off the acai. Gross. I guess they havent improved their operations much. --- Acai bowls were pretty good, though service has room for improvement in pace and professionalism. A couple of teenagers were manning the place and were less interested in the customers than a friend visiting the store. Also I was disappointed to see the contents of a large order only filled about 80% of the bowl. Hopefully it was a mistake and they arent trying to be stingy.

The food and smoothies tasted great the restaurant itself was filthy. Tables were dusty, floors were sticky, and the restrooms were disgusting. There was water all over the floor and it smelled. The owner needs to have his employees clean.

The chicken and beef tasted good but the bowls seemed to be drenched in dressing at the bottom so we just couldn t eat half of the bowl. There also seemed to only be one person working the front and back, so it was a bit slow moving. And The price for what you got didn t seem worth it since it doesn t come with a side or drink (they had run out of grains we were told so perhaps that would have made a difference). The ingredients seemed fresh but I don t know that I would spend my money here again unfortunately.

I found this place after my sons soccer game, We had some time to kill during my sons double header & so we came to eat here & LOVED it!!!! You can not go wrong with anything on the menu, everything was really good & good for you so it is a win win when you come here. I recommend giving it a try and I would bet that you like what you pick

I was in a rush and had a medical emergency. Tried to call them several times to take my order and I constantly was referred to the app by voicemail. The App isn t intuitive in making my selections/ substitutions etc.. had to wait to have them do it its also very overpriced for this poor service

Vitality bowls is one of my favorite chains. Been loyal to them for a few years, use the app, etc. I d never been to this location but it s right by my place so I decided to pop over there to use their Fathers Day promo. When I walked in at 6pm, stood there patiently for awhile but received no service. Then another guy walked in from door dash. When a kid popped out from the back he asked for the order. Turns out they never made it so he casually went to the back to do so. About 5 mins later he comes out with the guys order, hands it off, then immediately goes to the back, still not even acknowledging myself as a customer there. I waited 10 more minutes. Nothing. Walked out and took my business elsewhere. Never seen anything like it at a VB, but now I see why this locations ratings are so low. Sad. Great location, I m sure the rent is high

0 stars. Me and my girlfriend lost our whole lunch hour waiting for our food. Didnt even get the food, had to get a refund. 99% sure the guy behind the counter was high. Manager wasnt there at first so when we requested a refund we had to wait as well. Absolutely ridiculous. We wont be back.

The açaí bowls are delicious but Vitality needs to hire some employees OR adjust their pick-up times on the app to reflect when they are busier. When you order, no matter the amount of business they have, it s says 20 minute pick-up. You go there and they are slammed and it takes at least 25 minutes longer. That doesn t bother me but adjust it on your app. I even started showing up later and it still isn t ready.

I have been a customer for two years and I was so disappointed with my experience with this location today. I purchased a kids bowl and a large vitality bowl for curbside using the app.My son does not like bananas so I requested kids bowl with no bananas on top and to substitute blueberries. Ive ordered this many times before. When I received the bag with my items there was a note on bag to please pay for blueberries next time implying that somehow Im getting something extra for free.I was confused so I called and was told you are charged to substitute. These smoothie bowls are already extremely overpriced but once in a while I treat myself. Then I open my large smoothie bowl and its only filled up halfway. Thats how you lose a repeat customer.

I was excited to try this place for açaí but unfortunately the customer service was terrible. We waited 30 minutes patiently for our food but a customer came in 10 min after we were waiting, had an attitude and she got her food BEFORE US. How is that fair? I came in for the first time today and the young man who helped me was super knowledgeable and helpful...very patient with me because I had no idea what to order. The prices are pretty high, but you have to keep in mind that these are superfoods mixed with regular fruit... anyone that has ever shopped for superfoods knows they arent cheap. Lol I really enjoy my bowl (I ordered the Vitality Bowl)...a very healthy, and delicious alternative for dessert! I was even given a coupon for a free panini for being a first time visitor!

Impressed!!! Clean, organic. They do organic everything. Acai , quinoa, GRAVIOLA.... Graviola is... anti cancerous. I have and take it. Good for lung cancer prevention.
