Hands down Synergy home care round rock is very professional, caring and amazing at what they do. Being able to have had the opportunity of working with the Synergy team has been a pleasure beyond measure. Sahar, Fahad and Samantha go above and beyond to ensure their clients, and caregivers are well taken care of. Synergy treats your family as if it were their own. There s nothing but hard work, great communication, attentiveness, flexibility, but most importantly trust and heart! If there are ever any concerns Sahar and Fahad will find the best way to resolve the issue. Highly recommend this service!

I felt like I was in good hands with each and every caregiver that was sent out. They kept my house tidy and made me feel comfortable. Sam was exceptionally good! And Fahad was extremely helpful! They were very punctual and had great communication.

I used Synergy for transportation to/from a doctor s appointment. The entire experience was seamless and stress-free. Communication and follow up by all staff members was timely, clear, and efficient. My driver (Fahad) was great. He was very professional and knowledgeable - he was even familiar with my appointment type and shared several helpful insights. All in all, I highly recommend this service.

We hired Synergy Home Care to provide a little extra support for my Mom who has Parkinson s Disease. They have been very reliable in checking in with her each day. They can also provide a driver to help her run errands- which she loves. They make even simple outings fun and it helps her feel independent to be able to manage those details in her own. For me and my siblings, the communication is so important. Synergy always lets us know right away if she s struggling or has missed a dose of her medication. It is comforting, but also really helps us support her better. We are very grateful for Synergy!

At home after rehab for my wifes broken hip, we used Synergy caregivers for two months until we moved to an Assisted Living facility. Synergy worked hard to meet our needs and never failed to have someone there as scheduled. Some caregivers did a better job than others as you might expect but we would recommend Synergy to anyone.

I had the best driver possible! I m blanking on his name, probably after effects of the anesthesia. Not only a safe driver, but he was kind, fun, and great to talk to! I felt so awkward needing a driver for my procedure and he made me comfortable and put me at ease. Highly recommend this service!

Synergy is a terrific company if you are in need of a caregiver. We have been using them for over 6 months and they have exceeded my expectations. The following are the caregivers we have had the most experience with; Pam: She is warm, caring and pleasant. She helps me with my medication, house cleaning, laundry, showering, lunch, snacks and anything else I ask for. She even helped decorate our Christmas tree and apartment, and helps me with my business. Ybana; she is an incredible caregiver. She has helped me through some very difficult days. She has a heart of gold and is always smiling and happy. She has become a part of my family. She works extra fast to do all of her jobs including making me delicious lunch and dinner. Not only is she concerned with my health but also my husband s. She has also taken me and my granddaughters out to lunch and shopping. My granddaughters love her. Christina; Is a bright and cheerful person. She gives me a wonderful shower and massage. Trey; he is a very hard working and polite young man. Anything you ask of him he is more than willing to do. Working with the team here has been an aabsolute phenomenal experience. They were very helpful in meal prepping and in accommodating our travel needs. One of the main things I have been looking for is reliability and consistency, and that is what they have here. We have been amazed at the level of service our mother has received from every member of the Synergy staff. They are efficient, compassionate, professional, highly competent, and knowledgeable. Their communication is excellent - we never have to wonder how Mom is doing when we re not there, as we get regular and substantive updates. If there was a sixth star in the rating scale we d give it to them.

Sahar and Fahad were great! They helped me at a time when I needed help the most, when my wife was dying from metastatic breast cancer. They were there, often personally, to assist 24/7. We have been extremely pleased working with Synergy - Round Rock! Both Sahar and Fahad are very helpful and easy to work with. And then, Ms. Crystal has been a delight to help with my wife. She is so sweet and understanding that Liz really feels comfortable with her. Speaking both English and Spanish is such an advantage, and Liz loves to chit chat in Spanish with her. Our experience with this group has been very positive and we appreciate them all very much.

We knew this agency was going to be different when both owners showed up at our home to meet us and go over our needs. We had over a year of numerous agencies and independent hires that were extremely unreliable, disinterested, and with lackluster attitudes. When we were asked by Synergy what an ideal caregiver was to us, our answer was simply someone who showed up. Imagine how sad it is to have that be your care standard. Needless to say, we can honestly say the love in this agency trickles from the top down. The owners set the bar for good business and everyone within rises to the occasion. It is more like family than business at this point. Highly recommend

I ve been using them for the past month. They are great at communicating staffing personnel with me, letting me know of changes, calling to ask how the staff was etc. The aides they have sent are wonderful, caring, friendly and good at their jobs. The only thing that I would wish is that they could provide consistency in staffing. I have had 4 different aides and tomorrow will be the fifth person. While they have all been wonderful I don t want to have to constantly explain my needs. It would be nice to have 1or even 2 regulars instead of so many.

Sahar and Fahad have been nothing short of amazing in providing childcare services for our 3 year old son. Our son, who had never had a babysitter until then, immediately took to Sahar. Within minutes of meeting her, he recruited her to play playdoh and subsequently to play kitchen. Sahar even baked real cookies with him. The entire time, Sahar was engaged, super friendly and very sweet with our kiddo. She also offered to tackle any kiddo-related chores such as folding laundry or cleaning up around the house. My son enjoyed her company so much that he even woke up from his nap asking where she go? . Since then, Synergy has been our go-to for childcare for our son. Sahar was even able to provide us with last minute childcare when I had to be induced with my second baby and needed someone to watch our son at the 11th hour. Sahar and her team have also been very receptive to my requests for using covid precautions while in my son s presence. She s super prompt to respond to any text messages and always very friendly. She regularly checks in just to see how our son is doing. She is very responsible and I feel confident entrusting her with caring for my son. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I have been working for synergy for about 9 months now , and I can Honestly say they are one of the BEST companys Ive ever worked for!!! In my 13 years of being a caregiver, I have never met more considerate and careing people like Fahad and Sahar.! They put there clients and workers needs above there own!! When it comes to family emergencys, call ins, ext. , they are always there to cover the shift THEMSELVES!!! Working with our children or our elderly clients, they are always there to attend there every needs. Im very Happy with the company and I look forward to growing with the company/ family!!

Synergy has been a blessing to me and my family. We called several agencies, before finding this gem. This is not just a business, they make you feel like family. We were in desperate need of 24 hours caregivers for my mother, Sahar & Fahad met with our family and put our mind at ease. I worked here part time as a 2nd job. Management was fantastic to work for!! My schedule is pretty crazy and they were always willing to work with me. I had an occurrence where another employee, from another company, was supposed to come at the end of my shift. She was late and it was time for me to leave. Fahad had been in contact with me and came over so I could leave and our client wasn t alone. They truly care for their clients and their employees

This company and these people have been a lifesaver for me. Their after-surgery care for me was exceptional. It has made my recovery go so smoothly. They monitor my scheduled medication, they watch me when Im using my walker, they make sure I have meals and snacks ready at my side, they feed my dogs and make sure my home is neat and clean. They do everything Im not able to do right now and I cannot praise their work any higher. I am more than grateful to have found Synergy and Sahar and Fahad. I will always call on them when I need in-home assistance.
