After a not so great experience with a different bus company, we found Best DFW Tours. Our experience with them was great from start to finish. Their attention to detail to make sure the driver was in the right location, we had their contact info, etc, was a huge help and gave us much peace of mind. Everything went smoothly and buses were on time and even early! We will definitely use Best DFW Tours again for our transportation needs for groups.

We booked 3 guides for the JFK Assassination Walking Tour for about 40 guests that were in town celebrating a birthday weekend. My wife, kids and I did the tour last year and thought it would be great to share this with our friends and family. Our guests were blown away by the tour and couldn t stop talking about how knowledgeable the Guides were . Scott, Ellen & Helen were great guides and Andy in the office was very accommodating scheduling and rescheduling the tours. 5 stars all the way .don t miss this tour!

Had a great experience with BEST DFW TOURS! Andy coordinated a private tour for my group of 30pax from Australia and accommodated all requests. Scott the Tour Guide was incredibly knowledgeable and provided great detail of all conspiracy theories, leaving it up to each person to conclude their own opinion of what happened. We added on a stop at the Farmer s Market for lunch and finish at the Reunion Tower. Thank you!

I thoroughly enjoyed the tour despite the sad nature of the event. Having visited the Sixth Floor Museum on a previous visit to Dallas, I was glad that this took a different approach. Following the procession route, seeing where various events happened, meeting someone who actually knew Lee, visiting so many actual places and hearing Scott discuss the evidence and conflicting testimony, eyewitnesses and theories was fascinating. After all this time, there is still a lot of mystery and conjecture. Very well worth it.

It was a great blend of riding in a very nice air conditioned van and spending time at each of the stops. The online companion app was unique and added a lot to the tour. Dallas taco walk: I booked this for my mom and I for mothers day. This is not a taco walk. Its a downtown tour with a few subpar tacos and margaritas. Big difference. Being that I am from Dallas, I wasnt very interested in learning all about downtown, but excited about finding great tacos. We went to 3 taco restaurants. Two of them were chains that can be found ALL OVER the metroplex. The guide was nice; however, she knew Dallas secrets but NOTHING about food, good food, and especially NOT tacos. It was a waste of $140 bucks. There are better tours out there. Dallas by chocolate does this tour well. Theyd be smart to take pointers. I was sober at the end of this trip, tired from the ridiculous amount of walking in the scorching heat, and full only because I HAD TO PURCHASE ADDITIONAL FOOD for both my mother and myself. The tour says come hungry, but they dont provide enough food to power the walk let alone satisfy your hunger. Three tacos and 3 margaritas for over $70. I could have done this solo for less than $30. Quality doesnt match the price here. I was looking forward to something exceptional. Unfortunately not only was I less than satisfied but felt duped as a customer.

This was honestly one of the worst tours I have taken. I am from Australia and wanted to take this tour to explore downtown whilst hitting some awesome food spots Well guess what, we visited 3 taco establishments (two of which were franchises that I couldve found myself!!) and we received ONE taco at each one!! Are you kidding?! I paid $70 for this tour to be shown places I couldve found myself and get a total of 3 tacos for the duration Absolutely ridiculous It is so disappointing to have toured with your company and I am so angry you charged me for that experience!

My husband and I sqeezed in a JFK tour on our way to San Antonio and boy were we glad we did! Scott, our tour guide, noticed our Kansas t-shirts right away and had an instant connection with us since he used to live there. Anyway, he was professional, incredibly knowledgeable and didnt mind me, Miss Know-it-all, injecting my 2 cents into much of the 1st part of the tour which covered the assassination. The 2nd half, was all about the aftermath and Lee Harvey Oswald. This part I didnt know as much about and the depth of insite Scott showed was so exciting and incredibly interesting. Seeing the rooming house Oswald lived in, was a highlight of the tour. I highly recommend DFW Tours and would take another one in a New York minute!

Kevin introduces drama, mystery, and humor to all aspects of that dark day in 1963, yet gives all necessary and pertinent facts for tour participants to decide for themselves what actually happened on Elm Street. I just had my 3rd tour with Kevin and once again he was awesome! I did a True Crime Walking Tour with a group of friends and we all had a blast! The tour guide was an awesome story teller, and well knowledge about the events of Dallas. He walked a little fast and since the tour ended away from where we started. someone who does not know the Dallas area that well could be a little lost on how to get back to the starting point of the tour. It may help others in the future to have more detail back to the starting point. But over all it was an excellent tour and my wife and I would recommend the tour to others. Great job!

Loved these tours! I took the Best of Dallas tour as well as the JFK tour, and both were filled to the brim with fun facts and surprises. My tour guide, Darlynda, was polite and had a sense of humor that Carol Burnett fans will thoroughly enjoy. As someone who is in the process of moving to Dallas, the tours gave me a more in-depth knowledge of my future surroundings, and I feel as if I could now impress my friends with how much I know about seemingly unimportant buildings around town. There are a number of other tours they offer, all of which I am planning to attend. I would highly reccomend taking any of them if they follow in the footsteps of these two!

Visiting Dallas for a bachelorette weekend. Some of us have been to Dallas and others not. This tour was fantastic! My husband, daughter and I had one day to spend in Dallas and were looking for a tour that gave an overview of the city. After reading several descriptions and reviews of Dallas tours we decided on this one, and we are very glad we did. The tour lasted 3 hours and John our guide was extremely knowledgeable and a wealth of information on this history of Dallas. We saw all the sights as described and had ample time at several stops. The overview of JFKs assassination was so interesting. Our 25 yr. old daughter was with us and while she learned about this in school the tour John provided made the history lessons real. A wonderful afternoon and would highly recommend this tour.

Have been to Dallas several times prior, but decided to take a tour after reading all the rave reviews about John and his tours. Did NOT disappoint!! It was great! Saw a few things we had seen before, but the majority of the tour provided so much more! Was well worth it!!

Took the 3 hour best of Dallas tour, John was our guide. It was the best tour i have been on. John really knows a lot of facts as well as he is able to show the best places. I would highly recommend this tour.

I just got done with the Best of Dallas Tour--it was phenomenal! I got to see areas of the city I never would have on my own. Since it was a Monday afternoon, no one else signed up for the tour, but John (?) ran it anyway, so I had my own private tour. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the city and each of the stops, so it was a constant informative running commentary. He was also very personable, so it was more like driving around Dallas with a friend from town. Just when I thought Id learned everything about the city, we got into some of the behind the scenes stops about Oswald which blew me away! This was worth every penny--Id recommend it being the first thing you do when you come to town so you know where to go back during your stay.

We took this tour despite having lived in Dallas for several years. We didnt know much about JFK assassination, so we decided to take the JFK tour. John is an extremely knowledgable guide, not just of the city, but of JFK and the incidents following his assassination. He will take you through the route Lee Harvey Oswald took, back to his Rooming House and you will get a tour of the actual house, left intact thru all these years. We also had several stops with many photo opportunities, all with guided commentary from John in great detail. Definitely worth taking.

We took the Christmas Lights Tour and I was so happy we could enjoy it as a family, as we were all able to relax in the comfy tour bus. Our children (and us) were in awe of all the non-stop, beautiful display of lights in Highland Park, where all the fancy homes are. Our guide was very friendly and we got to learn things about the city we didn t know about even though we live 25 min away. Also during the tour we made a stop at a great chocolate store, Chocolate Secrets, where we all had a complimentary chocolate of our choice, a glass of champagne for adults and great tasting hot chocolate for the kids. It was a wonderful experience!

Had a great experience on a weekend. I ve lived in Dallas for 35 years and this is my first city tour. The guide was top notch and the experience was a lot of fun and very informative. A few weeks later I had an out-of-town visitor and I sent her on the store and she really enjoyed the experience. In particular the inside look at Lee Harvey Oswald s De and IT were just boarding home was pretty cool
