Do not pay her in advance! Pay her day by day and ensure that she does what she says. Biggest $1000 waste in my life. Mary talks a big talk before you pay her but she didnt deliver anything as mentioned. She was supposed to send a report but failed to do so before my court hearing(she actually just didnt send a report period). I kept good communicating but she just didnt respond. Pay her 1 day at a time! If you can hire another.

my sister and i hired and paid gumshoe for their private services. she stated that she would investigate for one week, after that she would create a final report and give it to me. i hired her and paid her the full amount 11 weeks ago and she has done nothing but give me the run around. I have called about 4 times to request an update. she has refused to give me an update or any information. i told her this was very time sensitive. last time we talked she hung up on me, she just sent me a message saying to not contact her again. She took off with my money and has not provided any services. i would highly recommend you stay faaarrr away and take your money elsewhere.

I cant say enough about Mary. When youre looking for a service like this, their compassion is almost as important as the service itself. This wasnt really a service I thought I could afford, but when I explained the situation, Mary made quick work of it for a very reasonable price. If you have anything you need looked into, you couldnt ask for a better personal P.I., highly recommended.

I highly recommend Gumshoe Investigative Services. Throughout my entire experience they worked quickly & efficiently. I never had to contact Ken for updates or question their progress. I was updated on my case 100% of the time. The customer service is over the top & I wouldnt go anywhere else. Even after my divorce & custody case was closed, Ken made it a point to follow up with me to see if there was anything else I needed help with.

This company is absolutely amazing and a complete life saver! He has helped me and my family have a fighting chance in getting my son back home with me!
