I contacted Whalen Law Office to provide legal advice concerning an issue at work. No legal action had been filed against me but I wanted some preliminary advice. They set up a free consultation within the week. They even provided a recommendation for a civil attorney as well to make sure that my situation was evaluated fully. They were also willing to review my email that would be sent to my companys executive team. A few weeks later, they followed up to see if I had any further questions. They helped me make a difficult decision and now I feel confident in my decision. I will return to Whalen Law Offices if my situation results in further legal action.

Thanks for the peace of mind and listening to all the facts. I am so drained from all of this emotionally and financially. These officers need to be DECERTIFIED, its as simple as that. They use the military to promote their police department with there is nothing to promote. Those men and women they employ are a total disgrace to our military. Knowing someone e is in our corner makes a lot of difference. Again thank you for all the hard work you put in helping protect the innocent people being victimized by these terrorist they call cops!!

We re going to use them but decided to go with the county the case was in but they are very professional and caring mf knows exactly what they re talking about! I would highly recommend Whalen Law office for anyone who has run into legal issues. Ryne and their whole staff was amazing to work with throughout almost a full year of hearings and then trial. Ryne and team were able to get the desired outcome of not guilty in trial. Id come back and hire the Whalen Law Office without a second thought if ever needed again in the future.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE ... Hired them for a developing case and rarely dealt with the actual attorneys. Instead they passed me off to their assistant Diana Wilson who s pushy and is almost always in a sour mood and demanding more money/payments to be made. Made me very uncomfortable to deal with. You should NEVER have to feel like your attorney (legal) team is against you, which is how I felt constantly. If you aren t able meet when they request for an office visit after a few times they will rule you non compliant and drop you. A lot of the office visits were in the middle of the day in work days. I almost never got a phone call back when they said they would and always had to call them the next day. They treat their high paying customers with more attention and leave the low paying ones to deal with Diana (who knows jack squat about negotiating). In the end I m out almost 2 grand and all they accomplished was a few volleying phone calls to the opposing attorney and basically being the middle man for relaying the other legal teams requests. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Amazing law firm. Maybe I had a unique situation not sure but after another attorney and money waisted, Lets just say I could have bought a vehicle, a nice one. I was recommended to this firm. Not only did they listen and confirm details of the situation, they went to bat for me, IMMEDIATELY! They were able to bring the facts of my situation to the surface and got the DA to actually listen with open ears not just throw deals back and forth. I am not kidding when I say the cards were stacked against me. They say you re innocent until proven guilty, we know that hasn t been the case for a while in any justice system and I m sure the DAs have to listen to a plethora of cases that make them numb to situations like mine. But if you re truly innocent and need a law firm, this is the absolute best in Collin county period! Obviously cost is relevant but I can tell you this firm was fair priced! I can t directly speak to others who may not be innocent however in seeing this law firm work I would bet that you ve got a better shot at a fair trial or plea deal with these guys than any other attorney in Collin County. Oh and yes I was proven innocent, charges dropped. I m not saying that they re miracle workers, what I m saying is they will get you the best possible outcome for your situation. If you re innocent, or want a fair deal, DO NOT BACK DOWN! CALL, WHALEN LAW OFFICE. BTW, thank you Mr. Sandel and Mr. Whalen.

The entire staff goes out of their way in every matter, no matter how big or small. At no time did I ever feel as if my case was not of the utmost importance to anyone in the law firm. I needed an open records request to the Plano police department. When I sent it myself, I was ignored. I asked James to help, his office did get a response, but heavily redacted (and was not even relevant - I think they lied). None the less, by way of questioning them with a law firm, they became aware I was lawyered-up, and have not tried to trick me again. Ive drooped my open records inquiry as it served its purpose - they are on notice. Thanks James.
