Haven t been here in a while. I normally do drive thru which is pretty quick. I was here on Monday and I wanted to try the Apple Crisp Oatmilk Macchiato. I felt like I had just eaten a slice of warm apple pie. It was simply delicious.

First and last time visiting this location. Music is soooooooooo loud in here, they can t hear you to give your order. You are yelling in here. No joke. No exaggeration. Ant (the guy that took our order this morning) said yeah well it s our vibe in here . I said well maybe for a club but not for a coffee shop . Then he asked me what other Starbucks do I go to (implying that this is how they all are). Then pointed across the street and asked have you been to our other location nearby ? (It s cool bro, we won t patron here again). Only thing going for them there is they were fast with our sandwiches and frapp s. Instead of dinning in, we left to a more quiet, relaxing place.

I just had the nicest experience ever at a Starbucks here in Prosper/Frisco or DFW for that matter. I went in to get pumpkin bread for my grandson and was greeted so warmly by the friendly and welcoming Brook. She was so kind and I so appreciated the kindness and hospitality shown me. The employees have been polite. However something is not right when it comes to efficiency. Especially in the drive through. The wait is absolutely ridiculous. When you finally make it to the order booth. No one greets you for a while. Then when you finally are attended to it take at least 5-10 min. N total it took me 30ish minutes to get my drink.

Update: I am now welcomed BY NAME here. Its officially my favorite office to work in! Love this place! All the baristas are really nice and welcoming. Ive noticed a few regulars come in, and they are greeted by name and with smiles all around. I chose to sit in for a couple hours and do some work, and this is becoming my favorite Starbucks!

My drink was perfect, it was the service that wasnt great. I waited for an additional 15 minutes (after the initial 10 minute wait from ordering at the counter). I figured they were working on my drink or had an influx of people going through the drive-thru so I waited. When everything died down, the employees started talking to each other in a group as if Im not standing there waiting. Finally I asked for my drink and at first they told me I hadnt ordered one (I ordered in the store) but then they found my sticker on the counter and made my drink. This isnt the first or the second time I have visited with similar interactions. Theres enough Starbucks around that I think Im going to avoid this location.

I came to this location today with my sister and I can tell you, I will not come back to this location. From us entering until we left, the whole vibe in the store was weird. They did not treat us well. The drink I ordered was wrong 2 times. The first time, it was the wrong lemonade used and the 2nd time it was not properly frozen. I just felt quite ignored at this location which I have never experienced before at a Starbucks. The only person that was nice to us was the one who rang our croissants.

The baristas never follow the recipes for the drinks. More recently, whoever owns this particular location has decided to take penny pinching to the next level. I stopped asking for ice since over half of the cup was just ice and now they refuse to fill the cup to the top when you ask for no ice. Instead, if you want them to add more coffee so it reaches the top, they will charge you extra. They are intentionally leaving out 3-4 ounces of coffee to save on money. For me this is the straw that breaks the camels back. They would rather loose a customer just to try and save a few pennies on an already over-priced coffee.

i ve been coming to the Starbucks since it has opened and there is always a problem. Whether it be me getting the wrong drink or there s never any food or the workers never know how to remake/make a drink the correct way. I went today through the drive-through and got five drinks and two sandwiches on one of the drinks I had added Java chips, caramel, white mocha and more, just to have it come out plain. on another one, I had caramel drizzle as u can assume no caramel drizzle!!! And on another one I had NO whipped cream! and if you didnt guess it, i got!! with whipped cream!!! how amazing! I also ordered a cinnamon dolce Frappuccino, and it came out completely wrong When I asked the lady at the window, she told me it looks wrong But there s nothing she can do about it I think it is extremely ridiculous that I am charged extra for toppings that aren t in my drinks, not to mention, the lady at the window said I was good to go and forgot one of my drinks. When I realized i obviously turned around to get a drink i just paid $8 for. The line was too long, so I went in just for the workers to ignore my presence. Finally someone came from the back after everyone else in front was ignoring me and he was very helpful and was attentive to customers. He had glasses I believe and brown hair. I m not sure if you just need to train your workers better or if they have no experience in customer service But I would definitely talk to your team about providing better customer service, and having basic respect and morals for people.

Worst Starbucks experience ever. Team of 5 showed no sense of urgency, prioritized mobile and Drive-Thru over in store orders, and were rude to other customers. I witnessed a short lady talk condescendingly to a guy who didnt quite understand how to order his drink. A team of firemen and paramedics waited 40+ minutes to get their orders while mobile orders just walked in and got theirs immediately. I decided to walk in instead of going through Drive-Thru as I work next to this location, that was my mistake, and one I wont make again. I wasted almost the entirety of my hour break just waiting to get a coffee. Will not be coming back to this location or the other two owned by this owner.

Waited in the drive thru for 40 minutes, my drink was super simple, but they were out of over half of the things I wanted and there were no signs indicating out of stock I was patient and said alright fine, went to get my drink.. the staff have no sense of urgency, seems they are understaffed or probably not being paid enough to care which this is a billion dollar corporation so maybe pay better and hire enough people so that there are less experiences like the one I had today. My drink was made incorrectly two times, I had to park and go inside and have a barista make my drink so I didn t back up the line for even longer. There was mud in their lot and I stepped in that on the way out and had to go home to clean my shoes this is the worst experience I have ever had. Pretty good location on 380 but the music so loud, barista could hardly audible and he messed up my name. Hope loud music is replaced with pleasant one

This place is never timely. There are lots of really busy Starbucks, and they can process orders in a very timely fashion. This place... not so much... order and prices are not implemented well. Get ready to wait....
