I went in on August 24 and my order was not correct. Then the lady working at station where she hands out food had put bacon on the burger that was not even correct when pointing out that it was supposed to be 1/2 lb and just American cheese she pulled bacon off 1/3 lb with her bare hands and then hands that to me. I demanded refund and didnt get proper refund. I requested to talk to a district manager and was given his phone number. After speaking with the new district manager, he stated that I could come back at a later time and would receive a meal on them. I have gone in 3 times since and have yet to get it. The lady that was working register that can barely speak English claimed to me that she was the manager and never told me anything like I stated, but I spoke to a male. I asked for district manager number again and she refused to give it, but did calk him while I was there and told him that I had left. I know this because I went back in my call log and found his number and called him again to be informed by him that she had called and told him I had left when I was still standing in the restaurant while calling him. So if this female is a manager then she needs to learn to not lie about customers as well as listen to the customer. Very horrible service by a manager

Youd think it was some type of real food but its fake same as anywhere else. Chicken strips were chewy.. Burger would of been good when it was warm. Saved it for later and couldnt eat it. Just trash.. If you like cheap fast food at restaurant price then you might love it...

We had been driving in from out of town for my daughter s softball tournament and we decided to stop for some lunch it was the best choice ever. The customer service was outstanding, and the food was exactly what we were looking for. We were so pleased with the service that we received from the employees at Fuddruckers. They went above and beyond to help us with the selection of the menu. I was very impressed with the quality of the product.the friendly employees and the cleanliness of the restaurant. Amazing management system, great job to the manager.

Best burger place in town. Fuddruckers always does a great job cooking fresh burgers. I like that I can put what ever toppings I want and instead of regular cheese I like to put Nacho cheese. The staff are friendly and the restaurant stays clean. Definitely my go to place when I am craving a burger!

This location was such a nice surprise. We hadnt been to this location in a while because it was always dirty, food was mediocre, and the staff wasnt very friendly. We decided to try again since we were close by, and everything was amazing. This location really stepped up. I have no complaints, and Jerry at the register was super nice.

Tell me why I had to ask them to redue my food... and the cook was upset that i asked him to when clearly i see blood coming up on the top of my meat and still tried to put it on the same bun that clearly had been un done (contamination) so I asked him to change my buns as well....he got so upset he threw it on th plate as I was watching clearly did not care that i was standing their. Ive worked here before and Ive got 15+ years under my belt working fast food and customer service. One thing I do know is of i dont like my job Im going to change it Do NOT MAKE other suffer BC OF YOU ISSUES. TAKE PRIDE IN YOU JOB NO MATTER WHAT IT IS WE ALL HAVE HAD HARD TIMES. what Im not understanding is why this company has gone thru so many managers!?!?! Never eating here again. You ll notice in the picture there s no drink. That s because they had no carbonation for the soda fountains or large cups. They have a bar, but they won t sell you anything from it. They also completely ruined the atmosphere with the remodel. If I could give zero stars I would.

My patty was in pieces and I ordered a 1/2 pound burger it looked smaller than a McDonalds patty.I came here because I wanted to enjoy a nice fat juicy burger,but instead I got very disappointed.I might give them another try later after I get over this bad experience. But I sure hope they step up.

I travel over 109 miles to get to the closest Fuddruckers and have never been disappointed. Parking: It is located at the Midland Mall which means at Christmas time parking is hard to find. Wheelchair accessibility: There is access through both doors that a wheelchair could enter. They also have tall and normal sized tables so a handicapped person can roll up to the tables

Fudds used to be one of the best chain burger joints in town. Now its a wreck. The bathroom was disgusting the the only roll of TP was just sitting on the ground. They didnt ask us the size and just gave us the largest cup, which cost us more for this terrible experience. Also the fries were bland, which they never used to be. The worst offense of all though, is the burger. The burgers used to be juicy, fresh, and flavorful. The burger was obviously frozen, no flavor at all, tiny, and dry. You can tell they are using frozen now cause they dont ask how you want it done. Whats waste of 35 dollars. This isnt the first bad experience Ive had, but Ive tried to justify it with the high turn over for employees in Midland, but this experience was just shameful.

So happy that Midland came in clutch with one of the very last Fuddruckers in the State of Texas! Totally worth the visit while in town because those potato wedges smothered in cheese was better than I remembered! Dont pass this place up. Its just attached to the Mall but has an outside entrance. I was trying to order over the phone and the phone wasnt working and our order didnt come out right and Angel fixed it for us and then while I was getting the stuff for my burger I knocked it off the counter and when my husband went to reorder my burger Angel went ahead and made us another one. I have to walk with a cane do to medical issues and as we were leaving Angel came up to us so I didnt have to walk across the restaurant to him and made sure we were all taken care of. Angel if you read this I want you to know you saved me from crying at the table we were sitting at while we were getting our food together and you made me feel like people do care in this world! The food itself was pretty good. The only complaint I have is the cashiers there were a little rude. They didnt seem to really care about us. I also dont like they dont have free water cups. I had to pay $2.99 for a cup. I like the toppings bar and the wide condiments selection. I would go back, but I also did feel the price was a bit expensive for what you get.

First, cook had to call manager from the back office. Second, during lunch rush. Manager is rude the cooks. The manager was constantly on the phone while taking our orders. Proceeds to tell us that there was gonna be a wait. The cooks were ready to work and serve! Someone needs to change management ASAP if you want to continue to stay open! HOT Seriously, the a/c is broken. Thermostats clearly say 90 degrees. I checked reviews and people mention it 3 days ago and a few weeks ago. Apparently, no rush trying to fix it. We ordered the food ahead of time to be ready at a certain time. We arrived 10 minutes early and the food was waiting for us on the counter cold. Definitely won t be returning to THIS Fuddruckers until the reviews improve. Hit or miss on quality. And no need for 90 degrees inside a restaurant.

To begin, the manager expected me to pay 4$ for a Styrofoam cup to replace their souvenir cup which they said they dont have. The two cups they gave me to replace the souvenir cup had 2 long strands of hair in the cups. The hamburger bun top had several finger marks punched through the bun. The girl giving me my order giggled when I said I was give the incorrect cups. The manager had absolutely zero interest in rectifying the situation. I was offered to have my order remade, but there was no way i would trust the young cooks to not mess with my food. So i cancelled. Very very poor service. Stay far away from this place.

Its been about a year since Ive been here as the last time my experience wasnt very good, so I decided to try them again and we ordered our burgers and had a problem with them. As you can see in the pictures both were pretty much raw meat. When I went back to show them the first one, they apologized and offered to remake it. When I showed them the second one, the lady got a little snippy and mumbled something about me being too picky. Im not sure Ill be going back.
