Hello, I have eaten there 3 times amazing both times but, the third time I found a fly buzzing around my food and on my fork, and to make matters worse, I go to pick up my fork and find a milk stain. LOOK I love this place but come on, some hygienic decency would be nice.

No lie, best damn fajitas in SETX for bringing to customers out in the field. Beef is cut, seasoned, and cooked right. Chicken is always moist and damn tasty. I sit & eat there occasionally and havent had a sub-7 meal yet.

Took my mom here for late lunch/early supper. Worst decision ever. Do NOT recommend it. She had pollo a la parilla and I had the el indio texano. Service was great, the atmosphere was excellent, but man, their food was terrible. The plates looked hot when delivered to the table, but everything was cold just past that top layer of sauce around the edge of the plates. The taco was acceptable, the cheese enchilada was dried up, the beef enchilada was cold and blah (couldn t eat the dried up tortilla around it), the tamale (hay que lastima!) was so disgusting as to be in edible as well being encased in masa like concrete. The refried beans were the biggest disappointment in the whole meal (because who can ruin them even if they just opened a can?) because they didn t just taste bad- they tasted OFF! Even the rice had no sabor- no chicken stock, no tomato, No LOVE and they had Lima beans in it.Corn and onions would ve made sense, but green peas AND green, baby limas? When La Gorda comes to eat and she s can t even gag through half her meal- flavored with hunger even, your kitchen has FAILED.

Horrible service, 0 people in the restaurant and it took 20 minutes just for them to acknowledge my presence, and the 25 minutes to make a simple plate of scramble egg. Keep in mind that still no one in the restaurant other than the staff.

The food was really great, very authentic, as was the atmosphere. Our waitress was just as amazing as everything else was. Definitely recommend this place. Vegetarian options: There were multiple vegetarian meals on the menu. I almost ordered one myself,( Im not vegetarian), it just sounded so good. Wheelchair accessibility: There are two doors at the entrance and easily accessible for wheel chairs. Parking spots available right at the front door!

What a wonderful experience for Mexican food. Especially the wood decor of the seats and tables in the dining area! Ornate hand-carved wood with beautiful pictures. Everything from Horses to Hummingbirds on these tables and chairs! The food was tasty and filling. I ordered the Chimichanga beef with cheese. The meal was cooked to perfection. The service staff and waitress were attentive and always filled up our Salsas bowls! I highly recommend that you take the time to visit this establishment.

I have been eating here for a very very long time, over 10 years. Pros: Good Al Pastor Tacos Decent Tamales Okay beer prices Cons -More bad wait staff than not. -Hardly any drink specials anymore -Small queso 7.75 Large Queso 8.75 what is this? A movie theater? -Tex Mex food blows almost every time. -Enchilada verde tastes like a can of sauce from the store dumped on an enchilada with cheese thrown on top. -$0.75 for a side of chopped onions -$2.00 bucks to add gravy to a tamale -Then when you get done they hit you with another fee to use your credit card. My 24.50 meal with onions and a credit card fee came out to 28 dollars before a tip. Ive had many good times here over the years, but I wont be back for quite some time. Sad to see a potentially great taco place to to waste.

Use to love this place!!! Went in and placed an order stepped outside came back in and sat in the waiting area. I picked my head up and there was a dog in the kitchen it was inside the kitchen when they re preparing the complimentary chips. Then they pulled him back to where I couldn t see him anymore. I asked for a refund because of the dog she said it s not from us. The dog was INSIDE the kitchen not with a customer(s).

Its been great in the past but recently service has been in the dumps. Horrible experiences with to-go orders and not so friendly over the phone. If you sit down to eat, its better. The picture I posted is a $2 upcharge for a beef fajita burrito grande. The cold portion is on the side because of a long trip home. Its all rice. Very dissatisfied. Its been like this for the past 6 or so months.

Spent $168 and they wanted to charge me $6 to use my debt card! It is not the fault of the paying customer because management chose to do business with a cheap payment processing provider. If you don t know how to operate a restaurant then you shouldn t! Will not frequent this establishment again!
