Best wings in the area! We have been on the search for delicious wings and Wing Snob is our new spot! Cooked perfectly! We really liked the sweet heat rub and sweet chili dip. The Cajun Ranch fries are a must! The staff was so friendly and brought out additional wing samples to try since it was our first visit.

I wanted wings so bad and wingstop has fallen off completely. I decided to try wing snob to see if they were good. I ordered the buffalo lemon pepper and Jamaican jerk wings. I can say that they didn t disappoint it was actually pretty damn good and we fried them hard because I don t like soggy wings and it was perfectly fried. The only thing I would say is that the buffalo lemon pepper were a little salty for me but the taste was good. I will be back because at this point they were better than wingstop.

I want to just put it out there that I drove from Dallas to Frisco for wings snob. First, I would like to start with the cleanliness of the place. The tables are dirty. The floors are dirty, almost slip, and fell in the bathroom. Next, the service is not that great it took over 30 minutes to get our wings and fries. Then the food comes out cold not freezing, but cold. I asked for like a jerk chicken sauce on my wings and it taste like a mixture of barbecue sauce and hot sauce My fiancé wanted tea and lemonade mixed he had to ask for the tea to be made just to watch the staff pull the lid that covers the tea out of the bucket and continue to make the tea in that same bucket. I will say our fries were seasoned, but just really didn t get to enjoy them because they were lukewarm. So disappointed.

The young man at the front counter was very attentive, nice, and respectful. My food came out hot and fresh. It was better than I expected after reading the reviews. I barely could eat all of it so you get your money worth for the quality. The music playing wasn t too loud but enough for me to have a small jam session as I enjoyed my meal. Will be returning.

By far the worse customer service I have ever experienced I ordered online and wasn t able to pick up due to an emergency I called to ask for a refund the associate then said her manager was not there ok cool fine I get that she then said I m waiting for them to call me back because the food is already made and I don t think we can refund u I then said ok she said call back later I called back later no one answered the phone I called almost 6 times. She the. Answers and says call tmrw I said ok. Tmrw comes I call the lady says my manager is not here your order is still here if u wanna pick it up why the hell would I want to pick something up from yesterday? She then says I ll call u back . She calls back 30 mins and says my manger said to just remake u Order. I told her I didn t want it remade she then says my manger wants to talk to u he ll call in 10 mins it s been 4 hours no call. The topper is I go up to the store on my lunch break there is one cook doing everything and she tells me I can t get my order remade no manager and she s got so much going on sorry. So I just lost $17.31 plz don t waste your time

I do not recommend. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area that will treat you better and actually will make an effort at quality service. They should consider putting their managers through customer service and leadership training. As Wingsnob leaders, there should be some accountability for their establishment and stop making excuses. Still waiting on a refund for food we never received. The manager was very unprofessional and had an attitude. You can tell by their cynical responses to reviews that they don t take ownership for their actions and establishment. Again, I would not recommend.

I ordered wings based on free delivery on the website. I checked out and was charged a $5 delivery fee. I immediately called the store to try to get the $5 refunded and the associate that answered said she had to speak with her manager. After 10 minutes of holding, she comes back on and explains to me that the offer that is actively on their website has expired. I ask the associate to honor the $5 discount since it is on their own website and is the only reason I placed the order. The mystery manager she was talking to was all of a sudden not available. She provided me a phone number and that went straight back to the store, not a manager. After 5 more minutes she finally provided me an email. I send the email asking for a call back. I got a call about 10 minutes later and I can see why she was so poorly trained. The manager was worse than his employee!!! This guy starts telling me about a third party that manages the site and every b reason they can t do good business. He even got the words out his lips of not wanting business. Thats the one thing we BOTH agreed on!!! Dude was a disgrace to customer service. Sad to see another establishment ruined from incompetence management. The wings are mediocre in a land of terrible wings. Even with that I was still willing to accept it with the free delivery, but not tonight. Check your bill or you will end up getting hustled for mediocre wings and terrible service. Too many other options to tolerate this !

I placed a per order for superbowl Sunday. Upon arriving at the location, there was alot going on (as to be expected on Superbowl Sunday). However, I has a pick up time of 5 pm. I was alerted they were sending out orders from 3:00. At this point, I wasnt upset. Perhaps, they shouldve shut off orders or capped them for this busy weekend. I opted for a refund so that I could move on. Three phone calls later, I still do not have my refund.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I placed an order on Saturday 02/10/24 for a pick up on Superbowl Sunday at 4:30pm. Waited over two hours for them to have me give them my ticket number at around 5:30pm because they were not working prepaid orders. At around 6:30pm they tell me that my number was not even on the list of orders coming up. Over two hours waiting on food that I never received. Now I have to wait for my refund and if I do not receive it by Wed I have to go back to the location per the employees because all they were doing was writing on the receipts that refunds were requested. This location was not prepared, they were not organized & never again will I order from this place. Any future events order somewhere else this is not the place or you will wait for hours to leave empty handed.

Pathetic! Placed a pre-order 2 hours before and they canceled the order an hour later past the delivery time. If you can t handle the demand why be greedy and accept orders???? Update : as the business owner claims below the driver had to cancel as they were waiting in the store for close to an hour longer than the committed pickup time. I preordered for the super bowl and they were absolutely slammed. YES I waited a lot longer than I wanted but was impressed by how the staff handled the situation. Everyone continued to crowd the area and things could of gotten out of control but they were very stood their ground. Got home and everyone loved the wings and will absolutely come back.

I spent $90 on wings and they sucked! The first issue, they forgot the dipping sauce ordered. When a place forgets the sauce and their main attraction is wings, theyre clearly not attentive to detail. so offering a credit for the sauce is an insult, so is saying you can come back and get it because we messed up. since 50% of the wings meal is the dipping sauce, you should get 50% of the entire order refunded at Im very least, and that should be a lesson to the business to take pride in the quality of the work. secondly, the wings had hardly any sauce on them. we got part of an order with the hottest wings they had, and that was a joke with hardly any sauce on them. wings should be sauced, its 50% of the entire process! I would not recommend this place at all, nor would anything about this post get changed unless the business owners took the initiative to contact me to look up the order information to replace the entire order and give another chance to the business. otherwise, I would not recommend it at all.

The food is consistently very good. As a native Buffalo, NY gal, this place is as close as I can get to some actually good wings down here in Texas. The fries are great, too. Those that follow my reviews know that I enjoy Wings! When wings are on the menu, I find it hard to order anything else even if I ve just had wings the day before! I was recently at Wing Snob in Frisco, and I simply cannot find a menu item that is not delicious! 15 awesome flavors, and each one has its own special appeal. You have to try these to know these are just better wings! My current favorite (subject to change!) is Jamaican Jerk it s a great combination of complex flavors with a kick of spice, and I also had some Awesome Sauce, because I love the honey-mustard BBQ flavor, and Garlic Parm Fries (you can have your fries drizzled with any of their sauces, or chili, cheese, or chili and cheese! The restaurant is clean, the service was great, and I can t say enough good things about this place. Go try it! lol I m considering going back to try the Hot AF Sauce. Stay tuned on that one! Excellent flavor .. so many choices in flavors .. their fries are crazy good, even crunchy if you want them to be .. there are boneless specials on Mondays and bone-in on Tuesdays .. both the boneless and bone-in are huge .. try them once and you won t be disappointed. I really wanted to have high hopes for this place but as soon as we walked in, it was disappointing. Pricing was high for the quality. Bathroom was out of order! Tried this for first time off friends recommendation, and I m not impressed. Service wasn t terrible but not great. Food kinda cold by time I got since only 1 employee trying to put together Togo orders, answer phone, type in DoorDash orders and help walk ins, she wasn t great but definitely trying her best. The food is ok. Wings are decent but I ordered only drums and definitely got some flats, I hate places that can t get orders right. Fries are terrible, cold and definitely not fresh. Cornbread isn t very good either. All this is definitely not worth the price. I do not recommend this place

Our first visit to Wing Snob and we were surprised how good it was. I had the regular Buffalo Wings and the Mrs had Garlic Parmesan wings. Both wing orders were cooked and seasoned/sauced just right. The French Fries were very good too. We found Wing Snob to be much better than Wing Stop. Next time we want wings we will visit Wing Snob again. We highly recommend Wing Snob. Enjoy!

The service and food was great! The seasoned fries with sweet chili sauce is so delicious not to mention that the fries alone are so delicious and crispy. Oh, did I mention the sweet cornbread is so delicious with the mango flavor wings. We ordered the nice size bone in wings and I also like the boneless with sweet chili sauce!

Wings are yummy if you can get them. Very inconsistent. Its run by teenagers so service is as expected when they are children. Spent over $100 for lemon pepper wings for our party and they had barely ANY lemon pepper flavor. I had them at a party last weekend and they were dripping in sauce and delicious. The paper in the box was bone dry so you can tell from that the wings were not sauced well. Disappointed. There is potential here but thats it. Wish you luck because theres a good product when done right but I cant take the chance again.

Had dinner at this Frisco place tonight and the lemon pepper wings were so salty they could not be eaten. I took them back and the counter guy said it was the lemon pepper it is very salty. No attempt was made to rectify the problem he just said thats the way they are. Save your money dont waste your time here. Go to Wing stop. Never go here again. Too bad 1 star is the lowest I can rate them.

Food is good. Online ordering is easy. Filling order correctly seems to be an issue. We ordered last night 10/11/22. Order was ready when we arrived. Upon unpacking noticed our order wasn t complete-no sweet corn, 8 piece flat wings instead of the 10 pieces we ordered, no side sauces as ordered. We called, no answer, Voice mail. Emailed info@ haven t received response. Not a big deal $ wise, but a big enough deal to affect our rating. Check your order before leaving the store.

I ve ordered a few times and it s always good. A couple of times they forgot my dipping sauce and another time they forgot to put the lemon pepper sauce on my wings. Lemon pepper fries were good, if you really like lemon pepper these will light up your taste buds. They are a little expensive.

The wings were tough and chewy, as if they cooked the chicken while still frozen. The amount of food you get for the Dollar spent is on the small side, so a terrible value, even if the wings were decent - which they were not. They were also greasy and super salty. Listening to the manager/owner berate and verbally abuse the kitchen staff most of the 30 minutes I was there for lunch made it an even more unpleasant experience. I would not return even if the food were free, and I feel bad for the people who work there having to endure the kind of verbal abuse by management I witnessed. There are many better options for wings than this place,

I ordered my dinner online, paid in full. Then got a phone call saying several items were unavailable. No biggie - I asked to deleted the items and refund the difference back to my card. Did not happen. Called everyday for 4 days with nobody returning my calls. Finally an on-duty manager said she was voiding the entire order and will refund it all. Not what I was asking, but very generous for my troubles. I recieved a $4.32 refund which was less than the cost of any one of the items not received but paid for in full. I have reached out to corporate at this point with no help or response. The biggest issue is the lack of communication when they are clearly in the wrong.

Chicken and sauce were good quality, lemon pepper fries were so over seasoned they were nearly too sour to eat unfortunately. It smelled like a sewer line had busted, very unpleasant to sit in through our meal. Chicken took a while to come out which is normal for wings, but when they arrived they were room temp at best. Also all the lights were turned off in the middle of business hours which was strange and did not make for a welcoming dining experience. Would not recommend overall sad to say.

The food is pretty good here. Lots of good options. I ve been here a few times and my brother in law always pays cash. They conveniently don t have enough change and keep it. I get small businesses and challenges but to not have change and then say sorry. Yeah it s change, however this is 3 times and I m sure we aren t the only people affected. Get your change corrected.

The wings here are great sometimes! Other times they just don t seem to be the same quality. But my biggest complaint about this place is the smell. Wanted to sit down and have some lunch and each time I come in here it smells like a porta-Jon. Not sure if it s just a sewage issue or not. I hope that s it tho. This needs to be addressed asap

Edit: wow how did this place go downhill so fast. Food has become inconsistent. Staff and hours are never posted properly. You can not order online without issues. This was my favorite stop but I just can t waste my time here calling or driving in to find out they have closed or their menu is not updated. New owners and new gm are not great. Previous review: This place is fantastic. The service is great and super friendly. The wings were crispy and not overly sauced. The boxes keep the food hot but also keep the fries crispy. I live ten minutes away and the food was not soggy and still hot when I got home. This place beats the other wing stop place in all categories especially cleanliness and hospitality. Keep up the great work.

First time, last time customer. Ordered online, went to pickup, was rudely questioned about why I was 10 min early to pick up the order. All they had to say is it ll be a few minutes please have a seat. Then I was told that half my order wasn t possible because they were out of chicken legs and thighs. I offered a substitution then had a seat. 20 more minutes go by and I ask about my food. The employees start arguing and then someone says they threw away my ticket. I asked for a refund and the employee said Ok. No apology, no offer to make it right. Nothing. Won t be back. Hopefully they ll keep treating people like this, go out of business and something else can move into the spot.

It was our first time here. We live in the apartments inside the mall and we wanted to experiment. Our experience was delicious, the boneless wings are big, juicy, the chicken feels fresh, soft and the flavors wow perfect. We ordered the garlic parmesan fries and they were too rich and fresh. Another thing that surprised us was the ranch sauce, it is one of the best we have tasted, it has a different flavor. The guy who served us [Kristian Sailor] seemed to be alone but the time was still right for our order. the only small complaint is that we wanted to eat inside but it was the boys time to clean up and we couldnt do it at that time. There was no problem and we took the food home, which is right behind in the same mall. I read almost all the reviews and was surprised by everything so completely contrary to our excellent experience. And absolutely if we are going to return with our son. And Yes, they could be the best wings that weve tried.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I ordered from here yesterday because 1. I was slammed in clinic and couldn t go too far out. 2. My coworkers at the clinic raved about how good this place was. Every bit of it was absolutely nasty like the worst wings and fries I ve ever eaten in my life. I asked for well done wings and they were still so soft and chewy. The Asian Zing imitation was terribly executed. My fries were literally taken straight from the grease and put into my container. My sweet tea was indeed unsweet. And that sweet cornbread ? Please. The restaurant- overall subpar! I wasted $19.40 on ONE meal. Save yourself some disappointment. Go to WINGSTOP!

Got the boneless wings on a promo. Hands down the best boneless Ive ever had! Chunks of chicken breast, not chicken nuggets, and not at all dry! Garlic Parm was my favorite. We got the kid-friendly flavors, and we enjoyed everything (but the lemon pepper was way too salty). We also had the garlic Parm fries, and they were great, too. Id go back here again.
