Great store because of the staff, and great prices. If it wasnt for HF, I wouldnt have been able to start my business. The prices on their products allow so many people like myself to work because we can buy what need to get the job done. I have purchased mostly power tools such as grinders, sanders, welders, paint gun, personal protection gear such as a face shield, welding lid, welding gloves, work gloves, grinder disk, cutting disk, drill bits, welding gun tips, magnets, the list is long. My satisfaction is also long standing.

I bought the big wagon for $169.99 to load up my groceries out of the car & pull in & unload! I really do love it! It comes in so handy. You just make one trip & thats it! I would recommend to everyone to get this wagon!!! Anyway, you can use it for just about anything you want!

What more can you say about harbor freight... they usurping have whatever youre looking for at a very reasonable price. I recently got into welding and had lots of questions, and the staff was very helpful in answering my questions and helping me to get started with everything i needed. Even offering advice to help lessen the learning curve. Be sure to sign up online so you get notified of all the big sales in advance.

Its not what it use to be. It is a great place for onetime use tools or maybe a project you will do 2 or 3 times and the somewhat low cost is better than a rental. However to have a good quality tool you would have to buy the highest selling one they got and the return policy is not the best. You would be better buying the cheapest at a Lowes or home Depot with a less hassle free return or exchange.. overall one time equipment and nacks are the only good thing.

Harbor Freight tools are fine and they are a good value. What they are not is an everyday tool. They are a very bad idea if what you expect is to use them all day every day for financial gain. They are not a contractors tool! If youre going to make money with your tools daily, stick to power tools like Milwaukee and automotive tools like snap-on and matco. Home use, Harbor Freight is okay mostly.

I was properly greeted when I entered. As I looked at selections for either a cart or mechanics creeper, I was checked on to verify if I needed/wanted assistance. Checkout was equally helpful and polite. I decided upon the mechanics creeper because it offered omnidirectional movement and the price was unbeatable. The selection of options was quite good.

Cody and James helped us out with our purchase. What a difference a little distance makes in finding wonderful customer service. Our local Harbor Freight passed us around and informed us that no store in 100 miles had what we were looking for but Cody and James went out of their way to put eyes on the items and had them in stock. No return without a phone number! What ever happened to the days where you took your receipt and made a return?? Not at harbor freight! My phone # is NOT in their system because because I DONT want all their unsolicited advertising coming to my phone! And the clerk verified thats why they want your number. But guess what?
