Attorney Mark Rubin was so friendly and made me feel at ease when it came to filling for Bankrupcy, i was so anxious about it but he made the entire process so easy. I would highly recommend him and his friendly staff to anyone in need. Every time I had a question they were so helpful and quick to reply.

Mr. Rubin was flawless throughout the entire bankruptcy process. I started by filling out his online contact form and got a phone call very shortly after. After that, the process was simple and explained thoroughly by Mr. Rubin during the initial consultation. He was extremely transparent, and it made me want to go with him over other lawyers for my case and I am glad I did. He was able to get my case filed in a few short weeks and give me a peace of mind I havent felt in years. I highly recommend him for your bankruptcy case. Also, if you have any questions, his paralegal Kinleigh was amazing throughout the process as well and answered any questions I had quickly.

I am forever grateful that I found Mr. Rubin. I was very apprehensive about filing for bankruptcy. He took the time to explain the process to me. He also did everything he could to find the best outcome for my situation. His staff was very friendly and always willing to answer any questions I had. I started my bankruptcy 3 years ago and got scared to go through with it but Mark Rubin sent me an email and asked me what was wrong? We talked about it and he reassured me it was the right thing to do. He is such a personable attorney. He makes you feel like you are part of his team. He takes all the worry of filing a bankruptcy and releases the stress that normally would go with such a legal document. His staff is caring and affiant. I did all my business at the Frisco location for convenience, not staying more than 15 minutes twice and it was time for court. Court was done by video (Zoom) in the privacy of my home. I checked out several bankruptcy attorney offices and Mr. Rubin with that big smile just made me feel comfortable during the whole process. He also let me work out a payment schedule to my ability, and sometimes I could not make my payment, he nor his staff hounded me about it; they just waited till I could make my payment. I would recommend Mr. Rubin to anyone. He knows what he is doing. Im excited about my fresh start thanks to him where every other entity made me feel ashamed. He said I won the prize for having 27 pages of creditors and laughed. Thank you, Mr. Rubin and thanks to all the women who were involved in my case. What a relief!

I am so happy that I found Mr. Rubin; he has been so kind and considerate of the problems I was facing - both mentally due to the stress of my financial difficulties and physically (extreme pain due to several back problems). I highly recommend him if you are having financial difficulties. There was no judgment; just a willingness to help, to answer questions, and to reassure me that I wasnt going to lose everything I have worked so hard for my entire life.

Highly Recommend! I don t think anyone in their life ever thinks about really having to file bankruptcy. However, when you come across a law firm like Rubin & Associates, they have made the process a very easy one. I was very hesitant to make that 1st phone call but very happy I did. Rubin and Associates was truly truly wonderful. So helpful from the very first day to the very end when I got my discharge. I was in between a rock and hard place, I felt trapped financially, but everyone at Rubin and Associates was there for me. I cant give enough thanks to Rubin and Associates. Calling them was was the best call Ive ever made. Side note I first heard (and constantly hear) about Rubin and Associates on 105.3 the fan.
